Burger was good. Fries were okay. Chicken nuggets were terrible. Sad, dry, and chewier than leather. I'd be willing to bet a meal or two thar these were microwaved. Also... 🫠 let's not call these chicken nuggets ever again. I hope biting into them won't give me food poisoning. That's the first thought I had biting into one.

I ordered an 8 piece and was given two extra small pieces that could be considered one... I drove10miles home (out of town) only to find technically 7 pieces....

The smell alone,,,,,,,,,,,,. Photo#1 is the lady's room. Around the drain is a puddle of piss that smells so bad I turned and went to the men's room which is Photo #2. There was fecal matter splattered on the camode and the walls.

Slow service...ordered and was told to wait on the parking lot, waited 15 minutes outside until I decided to come inside to ask about my order...didn’t had it ready not even started it...had to wait another 5 minutes and when I finally got my order it was wrong also my biscuit was under baked not coming back

⚠️ Do not go in their drive thru. Big hole at the exit. Your car will falls into it and you are forced to scrape the bottom of your car to get out. ⚠️

Always forgetting something in your meal. Employee(s) will lie to cover the mistake. Food quality and portion size has diminished.

KFC has gone downhill as far as service to their customers. Their online app is a joke. Didn’t receive my order until 25 minutes after promised time, even though the app said it was ready. Tried another KFC and had the same issue. Made my comments known on the survey that was sent to me via email. Was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours. As of 5 days later haven’t heard anything. KFC has lost my business.

I went into the KFC to treat my 2 Granddaughters and daughter in law to dine in for a nice lunch. One of my Granddaughters started feeling very sick so we went into the car and decided to order on the KFC app for a to-go order so she would feel comfortable. I then decided to order for the whole family at the house since we were going to take it home. My order went through at approximately 3:30-3:35 pm with a promised ready time of 4:05 pm since it was a large order. During that whole time my Granddaughter threw up in the van a total of 3 times and my daughter in law, (Her Mother) walked next door to 7-11 to buy her a Gatorade to help ease her pain. At 3:55 pm I went inside to see if our order was ready by any chance… It was not. I hovered by the pick-up station for some seconds but no orders seemed to be coming in for me any time soon so I sat. About a minute later a young man in a buttoned downed, checkered shirt asked me if I needed help or if I was waiting for something, I can’t remember but he was polite. I let him know I was there for my online order, he got my name, he and his co worker then another co worker looked into it, asked my name again, looked confused, then found my order in the system. I then heard a male voice say, “Ohhh, it's because it’s not suppose to be ready until 4:05…”. I looked at the time on my phone and it was 3:57pm. At 4:09 pm I got up and asked if my order was ready since the KFC app said my order had been ready since 4:05 pm. I was told NO and ALMOST. I asked, what was I waiting on and 2 employees said, the chicken nuggets were just about done. I then asked for the manager and for a cancellation of the order and a refund. The manager response was he could not issue me a refund. The order was still not ready. I walked out and left because my Granddaughter was still sick in the car. Immediately I contacted KFC via telephone, I have a case number. I spoke to 2 representatives, very professional, by the way, thank you. But, I was told the refund window had closed and I would not be able to be reimbursed for the order I didn’t receive. The representative did let me know she would escalate my case to Upper Management to which I asked who that would be but she could not elaborate. A little later a supervisor contacted me from the store and spoke to me about everything, that she's check the cameras and speak with the employees the following days then follow up with me. She said she'd some how find a resolution to getting me some kind of a reimbursement to which hasn't happened, it's been a week now. It's fine. She was nice and helpful though. I'll also be submitting this to the BBB as well.

Dear god this KFC is trash. I just decided to try it out and got two of their new wraps. I did ask them to be custom and was clear on what I wanted. I got one which was just a tender with mayo and another with hardly ANY mac and cheese. They didn't include any of the sauces I asked for either. They just tossed me the bag and left quickly as if they didn't even want my business. This place is garbage. Avoid at all costs. I will never be back.
