It has been a while since we went to this location. Today they did pretty good almost gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened. So since they are getting better. I will give them some stars. Could be their biggest problem is messing up orders during a rush. But please always check your order before driving off. They are more than willing to fix it without charging you. Now the McDonald's up the road if they mess up on your order to fix it they will charge you. It is like they use to be the cheapest place around but after covid their prices shot up. Seems everytime we go they either forget something like fries! This last time they didn't give me my medium fries and put whata sauce instead of mayo like I requested. If I could give them no stars I would! They are getting better. When they first open they had problems with getting orders right. Always want their cinnamon rolls and an unsweetened tea... yum 😋

For the most part, good food and service. I just have to point out that for the second time in a row, I ordered coffee from this location and it is absolutely awful. Tastes very sour and overly strong. Not even cream and or sugar could help!! Definitely need to change the coffee!! Very disappointing.

They used to be very good about giving fresh chicken but here lately they have been selling us old dried out chicken. That's not ok at all! You can even see in the pictures provided that chicken is NASTY and dry!

Went through the Drive thru. Ordered 1 meal and 1 extra sandwich to share. Checked the bag it was missing 1 item. Went inside to get the item. Tell me why none of the food is actually hot. 😩 $21.74 for Luke warm meat and soggy fries.

Not worth the wait, seriously, there's better food to be had anywhere else and cheaper. I don't know why anyone bothers with this place when the service is so poor.

Whataburger now requires you to download their app for curbside pickup. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it requires you to create an account to even check in, even after you’ve placed an order. Just give me my food without having to do all the extra nonsense! As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to sit and wait another 15 min for my food. What’s the point of ordering online if you’re just going to have to wait anyway!!

The fries were disgusting!! The girl at the drive thru window got upset cause we asked for a kid straw. No need to treat customers like crap! The food was very dissapointing.

Saturday, 9/21/25 at 10am -the service was AWFUL IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. We watched 4 cars drive off without food, including us. 25 minute wait, both lanes were backing up and they asked 3 times what we ordered and finally said they needed to take our order again because they couldn’t find it. (She couldn’t remember after each time she asked.) Someone needs to up their management skills. Hopefully not all shifts are like this, but we’ll drive to Hondo or go to another drive through from now on.

Order took over 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Asked the girl in the drive through how much longer she said less than a min and we proceed to have to wait an additional 10 + minutes. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I stopped going here after they kept messing up our orders. From missing meat, missing fries, water instead of coke. Today my wife picked up an order and they left out an order of fries, double check your orders. I have talked to management and they were no help.I showed the a picture of a burger with no meat, the manager just stared at me, just useless. They have been operational for months and still perform like it is their 1st day.
