There is a gentleman that works drive-through at night I believe I think he has an accent but I just want to say that is Moe one of the most efficient, hard-working and personable people I have seen working the drive-through in a while. I just wanted to give him his kudos great hire.

Very friendly staff. Good food. We used to go to the other Del Taco on Ramon, as they are closer to us. We won't go back to that one due to their terrible customer service. This one is FAR superior, and we don't mind driving the extra distance.

The local casino doesn't have food after midnight during the week, so I love going to this location to get a couple burritos. The staff is absolutely the best, when I hear Natalie's sweet voice in drive thru, I know I'm going to get stellar service. But all the folks are great, day and night, highly recommend this location

This is the best Del taco with the best service I’ve ever had came in Thursday night at 9pm and this lady running the whole show has such a beautiful spirit, it’s joyful and she is very attentive positive and I loved her attitude, she deserves a raise a manager supervisor position she is really good. She creates the best atmosphere here: As a matter a fact she should be training every Del taco employee two thumbs up and 5 stars from me. BEST DEL TACO OF THE VALLEY THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT EXPERIENCE. I am satisfied 100%

I rarely ever write reviews for fast food. Everyone knows what you are going to get in terms of quality and service. This particular location has such a friendly staff. I visited on January 31 sometime in the early afternoon. The staff helped me out with an order change (my fault) and we're just so kind. I really think they must do a wonderful job here because they looked like they had great teamwork and chemistry. I just think that their excellent level of service and care should be mentioned. We will likely be back the next time we are visiting the area.

Came here tonight the line was kind of long. We had 4 cars in front of us that hadn't made it to the order yet. We spent around 20 minutes from when we got in line to when we received our food. The quesadilla was cold cheese wasn't melted. The tacos were loaded with lettuce very little meat and cheese. The chili cheese fries had plenty of chili and cheese. The strawberry shake was good love that they still use ice cream.

Invest in an ice cream machine that produces smooth, vanilla ice cream. Not nasty ice milk tasting crap.

Either way, totally inedible for kids and a waste of our money. This has happened more than once to our bean and cheese burrito orders. But with the economy the way it is now, it's a less forgivable mistake. Anyway, it's our last trip to Del for sure now. Who would eat a burrito of cheese and very hot sauce? Gross.

Asked for bean and cheese burritos for our kids. They add the very hot sauce and only cheese. Seems like it was on purpose and not a mistake. Amongst other things that I ordered I ordered two spicy grilled chicken burritos. Got home and it wasn’t anywhere close to that. Then I didn’t get them 2/7.00. After every item that I ordered the guy told me to pull forward. Quite a rush job. SLOW DOWN and get your receipt. They overcharge.

UPDATE: Yes I called your location and two of the girls working there weren’t able to help. They put us on hold and started laughing at us saying they don’t want to deal with it and we have to just come in and can’t call, even though the owner just told me to call them… so I did use the link to explain what we heard over the phone. Sadly we had a messed up order and couldn’t eat dinner. We ordered soft food because both of us can’t consume hard food at the moment, but the messed up our order. They wouldn’t fix it, send us the correct order, or even let us speak to a supervisor. We didn’t get to eat and had to throw most of the food away, they wouldn’t even refund the order, only that they thought they should. I am disappointed in how little they care about their mistakes, I need to take medication with food, we arnt made of money, we can’t just order twice. Can’t believe how unprofessional this was, when I call so say all this they won’t even answer the phone. So here is the zero star review for something that could have been easily fixed
