Megan was amazing. Even though it was a full house on a Sunday morning, she was great. Food took longer because is was packed, but when it came out it tasted freshly made.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Makayla was hands-down one of the best servers we’ve had at IHOP. She was kind, attentive, and on top of everything without hovering. Drinks stayed full, food was right, and she checked in at the right times — not rushed, not ignored. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing a good job, and that was very clear with her. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely come back and ask for Makayla again.

My daughter and I went for brunch on a Friday and were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. She took our order promptly and came back with our drinks and then our order quickly and correctly, even with our specific requests. Everything was great including the prices. My server Collin was great. Everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy, but the manager made it a point to come out and make sure everyone was good. My French toast was good. My eggs were a little too loose for my liking for over medium and I did get some are mashed potatoes...but overall it was definitely decent.

Thus could've been a good breakfast experience but the food wasn't up to par. Hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked directly over onions. The front desk when paying for our food took an extremely long time due to them not plugging in their receipt machine and one of the hosts being to busy on her phone watching bodycam YouTube videos. Overall, I think if we go back to Ihop, itll be a different one where the staff and employees actually focus on the customer and not YouTube videos. I do admit she was pretty quick to hide it in her pocket when a manager (I think Tim is who they said) came by to help.

Food was extremely not appetizing i asked for crispy bacon it looks like they js cooked it in dirty oil i order and omelette and it was not good at all got some hashbrown it was just burnt from each side this is an unacceptable cooking environment but overall the waiter was extremely nice and did her job right but the cooker was not it at all!!!
