I love going to sonic. I just got a slush from there and young man asked me how my drink was. ..1st off I'm a mixer so I got something that was new called MAKE IT DIRTY. And I couldn't tell him then how much I like it but it was good. Now that I've had time to sip on it .....let me tell ya....EXCELLENT
excellent customer service, the owner should be proud of that team of excellent customer service people... your team deserves a good review, especially when my background is in customer service, I'd hire them to represent my company and be proud, when you take care of the customer, your income increases, profitable increases and the employees have the opportunity to go as far as like...great job....
Great location! Great food & drinks! Menu variety is wonderful. Drive thru & carhop service offered. Outdoor seating is available as well. LOVE their blackberry tea! They did fundraisers with local churches & sports teams the last time I was team parent (5 years ago), not sure if they still do or not. Parents were carhops & kids did carwashes at the same time.

Located right off 67 South, I stopped here at 1030 at night not expecting much. But man I was pleasantly surprised. Food was PIPPING HOT AND FRESH, my order was perfect. The cook in there gets an A plus (food tasted so good). Management, whoever you have working on 25 June 2019, needs special recognition. From a happy loyal Sonic fan, seriously fantastic job!!! Sorry there's no pictures because I feasted on my number 3 meal w/ strawberry lemonade.
I love the service of this sonic the drive thru attendant was very polite and was thorough with my order. When I pull up to the window the young lady taking my payment was also polite and made sure any other condiments I needed where given with order. The food was fresh. Fries and drink on point. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

I visited this location several times in July 2017. I was on a mission trip with a children's group. We would stop by for drinks and debrief our day. We ended up arriving about an hour before happy hour would start. I called ahead, and they agreed to give us the happy hour discount for our group. We ordered about 15 drinks each time, but service was still quick and friendly.

Their was a wait for my visit, and every stall was full, including a packed drive through. I was on the verge of being annoyed with the wait time when a kind young man arrived with my drinks. He wins attitude and demeanor were excellent and completely made me forget about the wait. Positive staff interactions make a big difference, especially during rush hour. Well done.

We stopped here to grab some drinks before heading home and ordered through Kieno. This was our second visit—we came back because the first time we had such a great experience with the polite service at the window. This time was just as good. Kieno was very friendly and helpful, asked if we needed anything else, and made sure we had everything we ordered before we drove off. Even though it can be tough to keep up in a fast-paced environment, we received our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. It looked like everyone around us was getting their orders quickly as well. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Sonic. We only ordered drinks and ice cream, but this is the second time I’ve gotten the ice cream and it was perfect again. If I could change one thing, it would be having Kieno help us every time so we know we’ll get that same excellent service. We can’t wait to come back for more drinks, ice cream, and the tater tots—which were some of the best I’ve ever had! They were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back to this location again.
Food is usually what you would expect from sonic, service got better, that's why I gave it 5 stars, improvement is always appreciated and should be praised!

The drive thru guy forgot to hand me my milk for my toddler’s meal and the manager Peyton personally brought it to me. Thank god because I was on lunch break and didn’t have time to drive back up there. Thank you so so much Peyton!! Give Peyton a raise
Ariana (I am not spelling her name correctly, and I apologize) but she was the bomb! It was just an Uber order (we weren't even eating) but she went above and beyond) This woman needs a raise, employee of the month, etc.! I wish more people was like her, especially in the food industry. My husband is a retired chef and I worked in the food industry and we always pay close attention to great customer service. We will definitely be back, and although there is a Sonic closer to where we live, it's her service that will keep us coming back! Thank you and you go girl!!
Update: upgraded to 4 stars after speaking with the owner. They are going to replace my order on a future visit. I understand everyone can have an off day. Will update again after visiting for the replacement order. Thank you for taking ownership and reaching out to fix the issue. ( Original post.... Took 15 minutes for 2 drinks and an order of cheese sticks. Then the drinks were not correct. Disappointed. Sonic is usually one our go to places for a snacks and drinks.){ Update have made escalation to the franchise owner as suggested by the response from Sonic. Will update as more information becomes available.}
Since the new crew came in, the place is so good. Attitude towards the customer it nice and seem to care about the customer. The guy with the Mario hat (sorry can't remember his name) always has a joke to share and a Great attitude! Only suggestion is maybe change out the oil for fried foods a little more often.
Used app, ordered two burgers with mustard, no ketchup, no mayo. Received one with mustard, one with mayo and ketchup. Ordered no ice in drink, received full of ice. It was very busy, so some mistakes are reasonable, but it should be easy to read an exact printed order. Went again a few days later, order was right and quick service, upped rating to 4
The food was very good and fresh, everything was hot bit cold like other Sonic I've been to. The only complaint was I waited about 15 minutes before someone took my order, it was quite busy, it was after 1p. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the food. Well visit that location again if I'm in the area.
This has honestly been the fastest sonic I have been to in a while. The ones in desoto and Lancaster take like over 30-40 minutes to get an order out so I was happy for that because I love sonic. The car hop was nice. Only reason I'm giving it 4 is because I asked for raspberry sweet tea with lemon and I got a sweet tea with no raspberry or lemon. Will still come back due to fast service just hope my order is right next time.
They are very busy during lunch. If you're in a hurry, go through the drive thru, check your food before leaving. It took 20 minutes to get a fork delivered out to me. This included pressing the button 6-8 times and finally standing outside my vehicle, calling out to the attendant who was delivering to another car. The food was good. And delivery time of our order to the car was excellent.
Great Customer service by a young lady, she was a great car hop, I felt that she wanted to make sure that as a customer I felt welcomed and wanted. Sonic needs more like her, I only hate that I didn't get her name. I only ordered a Grape slush and A small Chilli Cheese Fries but I tipped her 5.00 for her service. #ItsSkiDaCEO💈❄️🎯✊🏿🤲🏿
This location always gets my order right, and the drinks are great. Good burgers when you want something greasy (but not Five Guys greasy) and fantastic pretzel twists. Good tots as well! The only real downside is the fries tend to always taste like they haven't changed the oil or something. I've stopped getting fries at Sonic completely as I think that's a franchise-wide problem, not a location-specific one. Great location overall!
My biggest complaint is why do this location run out of onion rings so often? We have to go to a different sonic evertime we want onion rings. It's been only 3 times this year we were able to order from this location. Please keep onion rings in stock so that we don't have to go to other locations. Great convenient location.
Went through the drive thru and the line was very long!! ... No one took our order and because the line was moving so did we!! .. finally got to the pickup window and we told them what happened and they took our order for the drinks we wanted!! ... They were nice enough to give them to us with the half price discount!! ...
It took a really long time to make it through the drive through, but the folks working were nice and efficient. All the food was good, except the tater tots. You could tell the oil needed to be changed and if gave the tots a really bad flavor. (My first job was Dairy Queen and we had to monitor the fry oil.)
I love sonic but I do not like coming here 60/40 my stuff is usually wrong... I would go here more but it sad to say I do not go cause how many times I have an order wrong... i love chili cheese fries. If you want non spicy stuff peppers go here more flavor than spicy. Burger good. Tator tots are a hit and miss sometimes fresh or stale... fries for me. People are great real nice respectful on intercoms. The ladies and gentlemen that came were really good ask if I need something great service. Service is like 4.5 stars
1/12, 2:06 pm - I was running to get gas while I was on lunch break and my Aunt called and asked if I would mind bringing her Sonic's latest $2.99 Corn Dog (2) & drink special. I told her I wasn't sure what she was talking about about but I'd be happy to grab it for her. When I arrived, the drive thru line was pretty short; but, I did have to repeat myself to the friendly WF cashier 2-3 times before my order for six (6) corn dogs & three (3) drinks ($11) was noted correctly (wonky speaker?). I then drove to the window, & was greeted by a smiling BM who handed me a drink carrier and a bag of food. I stopped by my aunt's and gave her 2 meal specials and 2 drinks & then, dropped the final corn dog special off with my mom. (Sadly) Surprisingly, 4 of the 6 corn dogs appeared to be fresh; but, as always with CH Sonic's quality consistency, the other 2 corn dogs were all but old and burnt. Why must every visit, ordering food, be a hit or a miss? Personally, I no longer buy burgers or hot dogs for myself at this location, the wonky food quality is just too infuriating.

Today I arrived after placing my pick up order and still waited more than 40 mins for a fountain drink and orea blast that I never got.
All the food is good, but don’t order anything that you’d like sauce for. I ate all of my food but the strips and asked 4 different people 5 times overall to get sauce for them. No idea why that was such an impossible ask.
Cashier at drive thru window was very nice, great personality. However, the line was ridiculously long, and service was slo. Upon that, I received cold tarter tots and the wrong order.
It's a hit or miss honestly. We come every Wednesday for dessert and somehow we never get what we want. Two weeks ago, we wanted waffle cone sundaes, took them a while to tell us they were out of waffle cones. I get it, things happen. Last night we ordered two desserts with banana then wait about 5-10 minutes to find out they're out of banana. Then our snickers sundae came with no snickers, I got no spoon with my sundae, we ordered a limeade and got lemonade. I mean, I only wish they were a bit more proactive. If they know they're low on certain items, be sure you're ready to tell your guest at the moment they order. I work in the service industry, this isn't a hard concept to grasp. We used to look forward to coming to sonic every week, now it's always "Well, let's hope we get it right tonight."
Line and wait time is too long! Ordered popcorn chicken, half of them were too hard to eat so had to throw them out, disappointed. They changed the happy hour menu on snacks just to corny dogs for .99, they cut out all the others that had. Drinks are half price during happy hour. As far as food I'm out but will get the half price shakes in the evening after 8p. Cedar Hill location.
We love Sonic, but this location had been bad for years. They have bad customer service. This last visit, when we asked for ranch sauce, they gave us BBQ. We pushed the button again and asked for ranch sauce, which they said they could give us two packets, but only gave us one, and didn't seem happy that they had to do so. In the past, they've made rude remarks about my wife's skin condition, and never seem like they want us to be there. I recommend sonic for their food, but find a different location.
I've yet to find a Sonic where the drive thru wasn't the slowest of any fast food chain. While this location was faster than most, the employee needs to be assertive and speak up! I had to ask him three times what he said when ordering. I also can't vouch for this place because I bought three slushes and the cost was over $11 for some shaved ice and some syrup!!!
System needs to be fix with these Sonic restaurants especially during the summer. I understand that things break down but 3 locations on the same day. We wanted ice cream and you couldn't provide it. Very disappointed. Hello Dairy Queen...
So when kids are making food instead of grown ups. You get food wrong. I had my food sent back and fixed twice. Not going again sorry.
Please pay these people more so I can get my order timely and correctly. The irony is not only did the employee repeat my order back correctly but once after finally getting to the window after 40 minutes, and 3 cars infront of me (no one in the stalls), I asked if they were busy they replied no…I got 1/4 of my order correct… it didn’t seem rushed or anything but rather lack of care… this occurred at night an hour or two before closing
We rarely eat at this location because of this ... My daughter's and I ordered on the app. The chicken on my girls sandwiches was cold! When I ordered mine, I specifically asked for extra veggies, my request was not fulfilled! I also asked if it could be hot! You got it, it was cold as if the chicken had been sitting. Very disappointing! We will not be back!!! I called corporate to submit a complaint!!! The best thing that took place... Our server, Grant was great!!! He gets a ⭐ 🌹
Literally sat in the drive through line for about 45 min because it’s so slow. It’s taking them 20 min to get one car at the window. By time I get just the drinks I ordered they are melted . My stuff should be free at this point. Edited Review: As I sit and read all the other reviews going as far back as a year I see it’s been the same issue as I have had recently. Slow service, Cold food, melted drinks etc. This clearly means management/corporate is not trying to fix the issue. I definitely will not return to this Sonic or waste my time escalating a complaint to them that won’t get resolved.
The extra long coney I got the frank was to salty.
I asked the manager if he would eat this. His reply, no mam. Utterly disgusted. Ultimately the manager was kind and not at all rude or defensive. He issued a refund and came back with fresh hotdogs but I declined. I’ve upgraded my review to 2 stars vs 1 for the manager being kind but this has overall ruined my experience at this sonic and I may never return.
The carhop was super nice, but the sodas were flat and very flavorless. Mine also had a giant solid chunk of ice in the bottom that took up a lot of space in the cup, so I didn't even get the full amount of soda.
I’ll give two stars because the day time crew like before 3 are very good. I like to get Reese’s blast extra Reese’s. Every time I come at night they never put really any Reese’s in despite my request and paying extra. Today everything was wrong and it was only drinks. I got a soda it had no flavor changed the soda and that one was also bad I just kept it because I had also ordered a strawberry shake but was given a vanilla shake and had to return that as well. So I didn’t want to keep returning stuff. I also ordered a Reese’s blast extra Reese’s, the top had Reese’s stirred into it but the rest was just ice cream. Like they wanted to make it look like they added the extras. The other night I ordered coneys and the weenies were old and nasty looking. All the manager said was he’s sorry but they’re closing up at this time. I suggest if you go to this location go before 3 if you want your food and drinks made right.
I had a simple order, very simple. All I wanted was a cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only. The first time they brought the burger to me, it had everything on it. The second time they brought the burger to me it had ketchup and pickles on it. This place sucks! Don't come here! You come out better.
I have given this place chance after chance. Always love the food but the service is the worst. They are too busy rushing and playing. When the girl comes to the window to tell me they are fixing my order that they messed up completely, she has the nerve to say the F word with the window open. And that is after the first girl at the window could not get my order correct. They definitely need to change the staff and apparently the management for allowing the service they provide. I will be more than happy to go into details if needed
Ordered a Wacky Pack, 2 Corn Dogs, Med Fries & DP. Food came in 10 minutes.. Not bad. I asked if ketchup and mustard were in the bag.. She said I can get you mustard.. But I have ketchup as she handed me 3 packets. I asked for a little more ketchup, a since she was going to get mustard anyway. She said sure, I'll be right back. This was at 6:34pm..by 6:49 I pushed the button to ask where our mustard and ketchup were.. By 6:56pm I was pulling out with no mustard or ketchup or answer from my pushed button. As I drove away with my window down I heard her come back over the speaker. 😑 Not impressed.. Cold food.. Watered down drinks. Toddler wouldn't eat the cold food.. We were not going home.. So ended up having to pull into another place to get dinner for me and the toddler. Neither of us wanted cold food. Will NOT be back to this Sonic. Will probably be a while before I go to ANY Sonic to be perfectly honest. Just left a VERY NEGATIVE view of Sonic for me.
Pulled up and checked in using the app, my dad thought it was cool that his name was flashed across the screen. He pushes the button and we wait. And wait. We get timed out on the red button so he pushes it again. On his app, he’s being rung up for something but he hasn’t even spoken to somebody through the kiosk yet. Finally the person talks to take our order. The person taking our order got our order wrong and when we pointed it out, she switched it over to a different person to take our order. They kept getting the order wrong on the screen and wouldn’t let us redeem a coupon for a free Birthday Shake because the shakes were already half off and they couldn’t put another coupon on top. The coupon we had was for a free Birthday Shake though, so we had a coupon, we weren’t asking for a random free Shake. They had to go to the manager for our order. The car in the drive thru was mad apparently because I heard them shouting at the drive thru window and when the person came on to finish taking our order, they didn’t apologize and we could hear the yelling customers clearly. After all was said and done and the order was finally right on the screen, we went to pay and the kiosks were reading “technical difficulties” so now we have to wait on our order and the carhop to take our payment.
More than 40 min waiting for just a "Mango Tea", for some reason they didn't let us order the drink from one of the stalls [we arrived at 10:22 pm, they close at 11pm] and sent us to the drive thru. We received our drink at 11:05 pm. Something similar had happened before, but they took 30 min instead of 40+.
Poor service kids working there I pulled up to the speaker, pushed the button they pushed it where I could hear them talking for about 15 minutes. Not until one of them came out to bring someone order when I told her that I had been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes while listening to them talk. It was about 7 in the evening, that's one place never to go back. #No thanks I'll get McDonald's
When you spend more money burning gas at the drive through then what the cost of the order is.......... that's a problem. I don't know why it was taking so long but I see a lot of talking going on and not alotof activity. I waited 36 minutes to get my order if I was not stuck between cars I would have left sooner.
SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!! Ordered ahead on the app. Instead of a 9:25 pickup time, I chose ASAP. Got there at 9:20 and checked in. About 3 minutes later the screen said my order was being delivered. About 5 minutes later, still nothing. I asked about it and was told my drink would be right out. 5 minutes later, still nothing. Tried to cancel my order and got no response. Order finally came at 9:40. What did I order? A large iced tea. Took 20 minutes to get an ordered ahead iced tea. I won't be back.
Waited 35 minutes on a Thursday evening for 2 small shakes. The girl never gave a receipt nor did she have our order right when we pulled up. This is the third time I have been there and the same exact horrible service. Learned my lesson never to go there. Forget Sonic and go to Chaps Burgers.
So the young lady with the blonde hair at the drive thru window saw me sitting at the order box and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I had to drive up to the window to ask for a bag of ice. Then she had a attitude, If she doesn't like her job she needs to geta different one.
I went through drive-through at 7:30pm and ordered a single corn dog. After 15 minutes, finally got to the window and waited for three more minutes with no service. Honked my horn and a young man opened the window and I asked why we’ve waited almost 20 minutes for a simple corn dog. He responded, “that’s not within my control, sir”. While waiting, five cars parked in the car hop slots, ordered food, received their food and drove away. If the delay only in the drive-through lane wasn’t in his control, how did food get to the car hop slots only? He left the window, we didn’t have a single corn dog so we went home empty handed after 20 minutes. We will never return here and will just use the Duncanville location.
This is Sad how fast food places do us .My fries so hard it does not make any sense. It is a blessing that we do business with you and we still can not have fresh food. I saw the commercial say 2 for 7..why you charge me 14.05 when it is supposed to be 2 for 7 and you did not give me a drink..i am big upset..now I have to double back..i am really upset about these fries and all we gone talk about this price.
This location is near my son's sports gym and I have stopped here several times and experienced long wait times and incorrect orders. Today it really irritated me because I waited over 30 minutes for a fudge sundae and an unsweetened tea and still didn't get it. After 20 min, I pushed the button because I was already 10 min late picking up my son. I would have left but I prepaid! Another 10 min and I get a fudge sundae without fudge and a sweet tea! The lady went back but I had to leave, pick up my son (I was 18 min late!) and come back. Then when I wanted my order she asked for a receipt which I never received and said they would need to remake...yeah I know. Sundae comes, no tea. Then tea, no spoons. Finally got everything (an hour after I ordered) and the tea is rancid. I am not coming to this location again. This isn't the first time they messed up but it's the last time.
Worst place to buy food and the stupid girl that took my order just couldn’t listen I told her just regular hotdogs and sauce on the side and she put the chill on the 5 hotdogs and I payed $18 and didn’t find out my order was wrong til the food was given to me and I wasted the food and threw it away.
I am so sick and tired of this Sonic. The few times a year I decide to order from this location, I get disappointed every single time. I won't order for a long time, then decide to give another chance yet get another disappointment. I ordered the very nasty jr bacon ranch peppercorn cheeseburger on toaster, received no bacon but had a flat skinny small burger patty sitting between 2 melted but cold pieces of cheese with a big load of peppercorn ranch slathered on top. It was DISGUSTING. I'm so fed up that I want my $5 and some change back. Called the location, call kept forwarding to somebody's voicemail. Called corporate who said someone will be getting in touch with me, no follow-up happened. Last time I visited this location, I ordered a beef chili cheese dog. Bit into it and it tasted like and had the texture of potted meat/liver loaf. I took the weiner out of the bun, wiped it off and saw it was shrinked up, wrinkly, and with an old grayish color as though it had been rolling on their cooker ALL DAY LONG. I almost vomitted. SHAME ON ME FOR GOING BACK and trying you all again!! You all are going to end up poisoning someone.
Took over 10 mins for them to answer my stall. I ordered a blast that was supposed to have snicker and cookie dough- they sprinkled a little snicker on top. No cookie doe. And the rest was plain vanilla ice cream. Horrible service and a major waste of my hard earned funds.
We bought 2 large cups of water which were .44 cents each, and the manager denied us the opportunity to refill our cup with water. Please do better, get a better manager.
I place an online order at 5:25pm on June 8, 2022, to pickup at 6:10pm. My husband and I arrived at Sonic, store 3253, at 6:10pm showed the employee the order and gave the name on the order. At 6:35pm we press the red button and was told they were still making the order. At 6:54pm, again we were told the same thing. We only order 3 combos, mozzarella sticks and an extra drink and fry. We have never experience anything like this before anywhere else. At 7:09pm, the food came out without the drinks. We will never order food from this place again.
The worst sonic ive ever been to. I waited 32 minutes for my order. Just a small Reese’s blast. I paid for extra Reese’s and they didn’t put any in or on top. Completely plain and melted. They still charged me for waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order.
This sonic is the worse. They always have issues smh. The app never works correctly at this location, the staff is sorry they have ordering ahead turned off so you have to either order in the drive thru or the stalls. I sat at the stall the other day for 20 minutes for absolutely no reason it wasn't even that busy so I didn't get it. The food be okay but the service is the worst someone needs to do a facility check and employee check as well because this is ridiculous i hate going to this sonic. Although a couple of the workers are really good and nice some of them just dont need jobs. Come on sonic yall gotta do better!!!!
It is called fast food but we have been waiting for 30 min for our order. I had to push the order button twice. The first they answered but didn’t talk and eventually hung up. The second time they answered but now we had to wait a long time.
Do not go to this sonic! They are a rip off. Pay cash if you go here. They workers take your card into the inside and then they start charging your card for Uber eats everyday. They are stealing the money. I don’t use Uber eats at all. Also I don’t use my cars until I went to sonic for my lunch break and didn’t have cash!!! Do not use your card
Sat in the in line for after 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We had call and ask if anyone was talking order at the drive through. We drove up to the window and told it didn't single them we were sitting. But there was 2 other cars behind us as well. This is not the 1st time either
The wait in the drive thru is horrible and at the stalls. You can be sitting in stall from 15-30minutes just for drinks. And the drive thru you there for about 10 minutes. They will even turn the stalls off and say they close a hour early
Drove up to the stall and ordered 2 shakes one oreo chocolate master and Strawberry cheesecake... both shakes come out in a good timing but the same shake 😒 (strawberry cheesecake) I sent one back to correct and they used the same shake to just add a lil chocolate syrup and oreo pieces! This really irked me as Im pregnant and was craving a certain flavor 😭
If you’re like myself and prefer great service with your food avoid this place! I went here a day ago park in bay and place my order with someone on intercom. Well they completely forgot about me. I never received it and after sitting there for twenty minutes I push the button again which was never answered. I drove away, but called back to tell the manager of my experience. He apologized and comp the order on my next visit. Showing good faith I return today. Believe it or not I had the exact same problem today after placing the order ahead on line. I pulled up press the button and let them know I was there to pickup. No one ever brought out my order I press the bottom again and they tell me they do not have my order. Once I did receive it was incomplete….smh! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Currently still waiting for my slush drink, been parked here for 14 minutes as of writing this review. One other car waiting for their order. Abysmal service and won’t be spending my money here again in a rush. One drink taking over 10 minutes is an absolute joke
I just ordered 2 ft long conys with chili onions and no cheese,#10 chicken tenders and fries. There was cheese on coneys and no chicken tenders. Spent almost 20.00 and husband has no food to eat. You guys have got to do better.
Unfortunately this was my second and very last attempt at placing an order here since I moved to Cedar Hill. This location by far is one of the worst places to order from in the entire area next to Braums in Ducanville. The server didn’t introduce themselves, say hello, and on top of that he was trying to give me items I didn’t order. I ordered online and added a $5.00 tip and I regret it because of the service. At 16 sonic was my first job and the management and employees staffed at my location took way more pride in their work and the effort to make peoples experience worth their time and money. It sickens me to have the experience almost every place I attempt to go. All I wanted was to get my kids some ice cream to end their night and week off. Prayer for this generation is much needed. They lack so much discernment.
Very aggressive at order. They will ask you if that's all while you ordering and after every single item. We just stopped ordering because it got so annoying. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times. It's just a chore to order here. Didn't receive receipt. Asked which is which was which of our several drinks and they just walked off. Edit: So funny went back and had the same experience. Asked which drink was which and no answer. She just walked off and even left her tip. We did get the receipt this time. Slushes had zero flavor. Halfway through it was like funny tasting water.
Rarely come here but….come on this isn’t a limeade WITH REAL CHERRIES! !! I asked for a limeade slush + real cherries..I had to hand it back three different times none were correct. I got one cherry that’s not what I pay extra for real fruit for it’s very simple to make a limeade slush and add multiple real cherries not flavouring!
went through the drive through a while ago and the girl in the drive through was so rude.No great customer service at all.
Waited over 20min for order to never come out. Luckily hadn't paid yet, so I left after 30min.
We went out on Friday evening with my family, my husband stated Placing the order the young lady did not get any of the order. Then he pressed the button again, he asked did you get any of the order she replies" I just got here". So who ever the first person who was taking the order took her headset off In the middle of Placing our order!!!!! We tried to place it again we did not receive anything that we ordered the second time!!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!! I will be calling Corporate office !!!!!
Is a terrible establishment throw away the entire night shift it's crazy to mess up somebody's order first time around but when they come back to get it remade correctly and y'all mess it up a second time that's just diabolical don't management away too at this point cause what the hell is y'all doin
I ordered the garlic butter bacon sandwich, but when I got the burger it only had cheese. Went back through the drive through and told them. They had me come back through the window and handed me a bag of bacon. Really? You couldn’t remake the burger the right way?? Crazy to me. This is just another reason I will only order drinks from Sonic.
I place an order here today with Uber. When the I got my food it cold sloppy no extra may for the burger and my feet wrap was sloppy flat cold babyspoon full of chilli.Theislike the 3rd time I have tried to give this Sonic on HWY 67 by Wellsfargo a chance.I will not ever come back to this Sonic again because cat seem to ever get my order right.Then when you call they don't answer or put you on hold forever.If I am ordering through Uber do this Sonic not have Carryout concealed bags so tht the Uber driver doesn't go into our food.My food came in a wrinkle bag today with old cold sloppy food.Shameon you Sonic. I will make nooneI know eat this Sonic again!!!
This is the second time at this location. I always order the same drink at any sonic a Lemonade add mango flavor and real strawberry fruit. This location does not use fruit but I’m guessing a purée which is ok bc it’s sweeter. The last two times I have order the lemonade is so watered down and not sweet so I’d would add extra strawberries at $1 dollar and they never add extra even when id asked about it. This location is a NO for me. Bad service and low quality drinks.
Wow! Haven't been to the Sonic in Cedar Hill in years and it appears, I haven't missed anything! Where to start? Had to place 2 orders until they finally got it right & when they did get it right, the hamburger was so saturated with condiments, it looked unfit to eat. Man! should have read the reviews before I waisted time & money at this place. Food horrible! Service a nightmare (wake me up!) "You Better Read Reviews." Won't be going back! Place has gone downhill, & it should be a crime for it to remain open!
🌟★☆☆☆☆ I’ve been to this Sonic location several times, and unfortunately, I’m consistently disappointed. The service is poor, and the food quality is even worse. My orders often arrive cold and poorly prepared. The burgers look unappetizing, the hotdogs seem thrown together, and the chili and cheese items are dry and lack flavor. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of care in food preparation. I wonder how this restaurant continues to stay open with such ongoing issues. I hope management can address these problems soon!
This is the second time I’ve come to sonic & it’s been a complete disaster not only did I order a double cheeseburger meal with no veggies & it still have everything on it even though I’m allergic but it only came with one patty. Just save yourself the headache & go somewhere else. Even last night I had an issue with them giving me not only the wrong order but then they refused to give me my extra fry that I had on my order because my receipt was on the bag that wasn’t mine & they told me I only ordered one fry. I ended up just leaving because to be frank their customer service sucks
By far the worst experience ever. I threw more food away that’s not pictured than we ate .Forty five dollars for this . First I order two 5pc chicken strips which we called to get refunded due to them not being dropped fresh. Than to find out my children food wasn’t right, both of my girls hotdogs was burnt but they was hungry they ate it.My strawberry shake which I paid xtra to add banana. As you can see on the picture the banana. Our drinks cherry limeade, didn’t get a cherry in the cup nor a lime. I should’ve just took it all back . Definitely my last time going to Sonic.
Every time I eat here I am disappointed. Last year found hair in my Taco. Didn't go back for a year. Went this morning and my food was so darn greasy. Had to throw it out. Told the girl at the window no red sauce, well guess what got all red sauce. They will not get a dime of my money ever again. The food was nasty and way too greasy to enjoy.
