I have gone to this location twice in the past month or so after swearing off Burger King a few years back. I was extremely surprised to have great food and service from Joe and his BK team. Because of Joe, I will continue to come back to this BK location.

Joe at this Burger King manages this high-volume eatery with the strident drive of a field general and the panache of an orchestra conductor. The board of fare is exceptionally prepared; the hot offerings are always delicious and the cool ones crisp and fresh. Joe's employees have been with him for a long time. The efficiency and courtesy shows. Upper management at this corporation should shower Joe with the highest accolades that protocols allow.

Outstanding service coupled with a weapons-grade delicious board of fare sets this Burger King far and away apart from its lesser competition. Effective leadership plus an off-the-charts work effort shows in spades. The attention to detail shows effectively in every bite and sip.

John is an awesome manager. I get excellent service and hot made to order food each time. They always remember to offer me a crown so that I feel like a king and then they say "You Rule!" which makes me feel happy, special and most importantly loved. The most important ingredient on their menu is LOVE! Atmosphere got 3 stars because they need some flat screen TV's to show WWE Smack Down and UFC events.

I go here probably at least once a week. The team never gets my order wrong. That's huge because just about every other fastfood place I have to check before leaving due to something being wrong 70% of the time. I love getting the impossible whopper here. Thanks for being so consistent BK team!

Love this one. They always have the vegan burgers. The Leander Location is always out-ALWAYS. Especially after 5pm. This one, no matter the time of day, always has them. Which is nice so I don't have to tote my toddlers around trying to make sure a place has what they can eat. They've always been duper kind too.

Best Burger King in town. Food is always fresh, staff is friendly and always willing to help customers quickly. I want to give a shout out to the manager that seems to be at work everyday. He has really turned this restaurant around and with all the mobile app deals Burger King has I will continue to visit this location for all my whopper cravings.

I have a toddler in this location has a large place scape so we come here quite a bit. The Staff is always very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and play area are always clean and in order. We drive a few extra miles to come to this location because it’s way better than the one down the street from our house. Keep up the great work!

I really liked chicken sandwich a lot. We have been here with our kids and family. We really loved their vegetarian whooper burger and chicken sandwich alot. The person at cashier was too good and kind.

My 2nd time in Burger King and Irma took my order each time she is so professional and very helpful and very respectful. It looks so good they keep it really nice in here so I do recommend if you want to bring your kids you can they can have a clean place to play at and then the adults can have their lunch or their dinner while watching the kids,it is thank you irma me.

Such tasty selections combined with lightning fast service spells quality at every level. The cuisine is deliciously consistent. Team members are courteous and attentive. My orders always come out fresh and timely. I will definitely be back!

On 12/27/23, in the afternoon I had ordered a meal over $30 worth of food. The sad part was my food was burnt and my husband's food. Luckily we were dining in. They gave it to us just like that with no remorse whatsoever. Also the mozzarella sticks were not hot and the cheese was not stretchy. The cheesey tots were disgusting and cold. And they also forgot to order extra fries when I was making my order. My poor hubby was hungry and didn't want to make a big deal about the burnt food but I had to say something to the manager. I showed the manager the burnt food and she didn't even look remorseful or apologized for how badly the food was burnt. She asked what I had ordered and gave me the burnt food for another. The manager nor employees look like they didn't even want to be there. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Please improve.

A standard Burger King location- food, speed, service- but the playground hasn't changed in at least 25 years! This is a good thing! This was my favorite playscape growing up! The pandemic has caused it to be closed, but you can bet I'll be back with my kid when it's open again. I can't wait to wang my shins on those middle three platforms one more time! I'm pretty sure I was already too big for it when I was in 4th grade, but it didn't slow me down then and it won't slow me down now!

I frequent this establishment and it is getting better and better. Customer service has always been good. The food quality is much better. The order accuracy through the drive thru isn't there yet, but is getting better. They've always corrected my drive thru order, but I have to go inside after the fact, so check your order at the window.

Typically this place is fast, fresh and convenient. They are always lacking in the "friendly" category but they are never rude. Today they were very slow and unorganized. I hope whatever happened today gets handled and they can be back to being a good spot for quick food.

Friendly staff! Restaurant smelled like a stinky cleaning chemical, but it was very clean and the inside play area was open! The chicken fries were not that great, but I think they changed the recipe. Not a reflection on this location. The mozerella sticks were awesome!!

As far as quick cheap food goes, Burger King is pretty good. The prices are right, the creativity is growing. I typically lean towards the chicken sandwiches and this last time I explored their "Jr spicy chicken" sandwich. Their unique sauce made me very curious as it was sweet, tangy, and barely spicy. My husband tried the spicy chicken nuggets which were not a red as pictured, but were heavily breaded and made him happy. Overall, this fast food restaurant is just that... Not too bad in a pinch.

This Burger King has become a landmark or waypoint for us between Austin and Houston, mainly because they serve the impossible burger that our kids will eat. The location isn't anything special in itself, but has been planted in our memories as the beginning or end of road trips. Worth noting is the employees are always very friendly which makes the experience better.

I was traveling with my granddaughter, we stopped to grab a bite. I was surprised it a play scape inside, she had a blast, food was great, ladies were so awesome, my sweet girl went an talked to them an they talked to her, she is 3 an this made her day! Thank you Burger King

It's simple " Have it your way" right? I asked for additional items on my sandwich and they made it exactly as asked. The cashier was pleasing and patient. Also, didn't have to ask for ketchup for the fries or napkins it was in the bag.

The temperature is so hot it's unbearable for a in shape mom. Also for the first 3 stars we're only because of the size of the hamburgers. So I do believe it's a maybe Corporation issue not this location per se I see it at all the Burger Kings in Texas.

Update; We have been here multiple times and most recently on March 4th for dinner and ate inside. The service slower than expected and the burgers were alright, but not that great flame broiled flavor. We will probably continue to come here whenever. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast today. The young lady at the window was very friendly and helpful. The food was much better than we expected. I know we will be back again.

First, yall sent me the wrong drink. I'm mostly perturbed because I'm trying to cut back on soda- so I ordered tea and y'all sent me Coke anyways! Additionally, everything was room temp, including the Hershey Pie. I gave you three stars instead of one because everything tasted good once it was the appropriate temperature. (I know it's not the driver's fault; the order was here less than fifteen minutes after the courier left the restaurant, and I always get fresh hot food any other time I get my dinner delivered by Uber Eats. )

At times the service can be slow, the last few visits my order has been over cooked or poorly packaged. Which in all those instances the eating experience was poor. And the constantly forget to give me the dipping sauces or ketchup that I ask for. P.s. dpmt waste your time on ordering there taco or the jalapeno peppers, I tested them out and absolutely worst items on the menu. Well that taco is if that's what you want to call it shouldn't even be on the menu.

Food was fine and hot, however the person at the counter seemed annoyed at the existence of customers. Tries to walk off before you can ask any questions and in general comes across rude. Interior was ok. Didn't feel dirty but not very clean either. Easy things to fix.

Play area update June 2024 - no a/c in play area, it’s shockingly hot. Like a tropical rainforest. And the first step is so big there’s no way our kids could use it. They’re almost 3.

The servas was dead no smiles it looked and felt like someone was not happy at her job so she was passing that on glum on to customers. She was the manager, it's all in the addtude you have.

Pros: The food was good, we got served quickly, & the lady that took our order was friendly... Cons: The kids play area is big, but today we were there and the A/C is broken which was horrible.. Also wish it were more baby/toddler friendly as my daughter wasn’t tall enough to climb up & could only play on the slide... When you walk into the building it smells weird as hell like whatever they clean the bathrooms with..

This was a very bad experience. I have previously eaten here, and never experienced service like this before! When a customer is dissatisfied, the employee should make it right, not go back and forth with a customer! A milkshake should be thick and creamy. So thick you would use a spoon for it. Never should you be able to pour it out like milk! So when a customer comes to buy more than one milkshake and states this fact, you should not tell them that's how it's supposed to be and refuse to re make them! All 3 of my dessert items were poorly prepared. I know this, I have enjoyed them here in the past. So if you refused to re- make the items, then you should definitely give a refund. If iced coffee is on the menu you don't say we don't offer coffee at this hour! Every request and every resolution was met with a stern No! That is not good customer service! I ordered onion rings with one of my combos, I received all french fries. Luckily, my French fries were hot and crispy. My co-worker was happy with their Whopper. So I will give 2 stars for it. But I will not waste my lunch time on this location again!

Food is the usual BK fare, but the staff is better than average. Really only writing this review to mention how awful the smell emanating from the floor drain in the men's room is. How is that not a health code violation??? Stopped eating there because of it.

So, I just came from this Burger King. It was my first time here! And this Caucasian, bigger woman served me my food. There are three things I disliked about her service: 1. When I asked for the price of my order, after she took off the lettuce and tomatoes, which made it cost more, she had told me she would tell me the new price at the window. Why wouldn't she tell me the new price at the intercom? 2. I had asked her to please be nicer to me, and she stated to me she was being nice to me. I had told her, "No you are not," It is not nice that she couldn't tell me the new price at the intercom. Then she slammed the window in my face. 3. I didn't receive an apology. An apology would have been nice. But I thank her for offering me extra mayo though! The burgers were bíen! I hope the manager of this BK establishment reads this review so he can discipline and train her to be more nicer and professional to customers. Otherwise, I will not be returning to this place.

I order one of the wraps and the chicken I got was just half of a sandwich I would have waited for the other tenders to cook usually my food comes out great and is in reasonably timed.

This place was good at first , Burger King advertises “ fresh burger of the grill ,, got that once , all the rest of the time I ask “ fresh of the grill,, no luck , seems like they hate grilling fresh burgers here , and the old guy “ manager, seem to have attitude or always eyeing you , like , stop looking back here guy,, that was the last time for me , they suck !! Great when it’s fresh , but here , that’s not the case!!

Went to try their tacos, which were actually very good! The problem was the person working the drive thru.. He was mumbling, unfriendly and acted like he doesn't want to be there. Would have been much better if this person was friendly and welcoming, as I liked the tacos.

I went to this location's Burger King drive thru to pick up my online order and when I get to the window I see the person who is handing me my meal put food in their mouth with their fingers and then hand me my bag. It was wild to witness and because of the way they did it I was unsure if the food he was eating came out of my bag or if it was their own food they were eating. 🫠 That is very unsanitary to be eating your food and handing people their food at the same time

I love Burger King. I really do. The crazy burgers they come out with and the great deals are top notch. Sadly, this location is far from it. I've been there probably 10 times in the last few months and only once did they get my simple order right. The food is frequently obviously old. Chewy chicken nuggets that have obviously been out for a while when I get them. Lukewarm food and overall bad customer service. If anything changes, I'll update this review. For now, I'll keep going back because they are the only one around. Hopefully they get it together soon. If not, I'm going to stop going altogether and steer people away from there.

The person who took my order at the drive thru had very little charisma. No pleasantries or anything. When I drove up to pay and get my order, I wasn't greeted. Just told me the cost and took my credit card. This particular location has horrible customer service.

My drive thru experience was good. It was easy to place my order. And despite food always being made fresh, I still made it to the window quickly. A very friendly employee handed me my burger and wished me a nice afternoon. All of this is so positive.  However, my Whopper Junior came with a stale bun. This is poor quality control.

Food is fine. But, no napkins with the order?! How cheap can you be? Saw the person in front of me ask for some, but it didn't click. The window attendant gave them a stack like 6 inches thick. I don't think you are saving any money that way!

My review today is regarding the restaurant itself. Went to go get ketchup for my french fries as I dined in today. Their ketchup machine does not put out ketchup and the ketchup that it does produce is watery. They were happy to give me a giant handful of ketchup packets, which I had to open up one by one. The inside of the store looks like it’s always under construction and it smells.

We have tried coming here a few times over the course of a year and it is always hot and more of the ceiling seems to be damaged each time we visit. I think today was our last visit. If you want to dine in for any length of time, visit a different BK lounge, this one is slow, hot and possibly falling down soon. There was also an issue with our order but since we placed it through the mobile app, they couldn't refund us.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Everytime I go is a horrible experience. Constantly closing the drive through, hours before posted closing time. One time I went and they wouldn't serve any full size cb hamburgers, only small ones. Seriously?!! Absolutely ridiculous. Wont be back.

Second time going here we've had our whole order wrong. Tonight got home to half of my order missing completely. Phone number listed doesn't call anywhere either. Terrible experience all together. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible location and staff. No customer service and or people skills. I offer free training if needed to teach your employees to value your customers and not make them wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes while you have a car parked by the drive thru window attending to what seemed to be a personal friend of yours clearly. I won’t be back to this location I’ll make the drive to 183. Burger King hire new staff for this location & train your employees how to provide the BEST customer service experience to it’s customer’s.

At 8 pm I Ordered two pretzel bacon burger meals. When they came out they were cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked if we could get warmer burgers, even said they could just nuke them. They said it would take 5 minutes for "fresh meat", it took 10mins and I'm pretty sure they gave me the same burgers just with more grace. They laughed the whole time about "fresh meat" ( which I didnt even ask for the front counter lady said it) then when I apologized they said it wasnt me they were making fun of the Front counter lady . How rude, I will not be coming back . I never write reviews but his one upset me.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We got 2 bacon, egg, and cheese croissan'wichs and a md hashbrown. 1 sandwich was fine the other one had hard bread with cheese all dried on the paper. The phone number they have listed says they can't accept calls. Was given no receipt, so can't even get it replaced elsewhere or get my money back.

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD. We just drove out of here in total shock. The drive thru attendant was extremely rude. He asked us for our order almost 40 seconds after we've pulled up. We thought maybe they were closed. So when he answered we said, "Oh sorry, we thought you were closed." He then proceeded to respond in such a rude way. "Well, you see that our lights are on and that I'm speaking to you on the intercom so obviously we are not closed" We told him that he didnt have to be rude and that we only thought that because no one was answering our call. He then continues his condescending remarks and forced us to drive away without ordering our food. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

Went inside to see "Casper" standing there at the cash register. He is very apologetic but he is still distracted while I am ordering. All of my food was cold as well. Place closes hours before their posted time. They will let you sit in drive through and bot tell you they aren't serving. This was common even before the pandemic. Place is dirty and food is sloppy and rarely correct. Downright gross. Once in a blue moon I get the urge and give them a try and always disappointed.

The cashier this evening made me very upset. According to the recite "Casper" was very rude and his attitude was uncalled for. If I had a drink in my hand it would have been on him. All I was asking was to use 2 coupons and he stated "1 coupon per customer a day" I couldn't even leave and come back. So I had my daughter go up and order the second meal. This used to be a good BK. For the longest time I would get breakfast on my way to work. There was usually a middle aged, thin manager type in the morning. Since he's been gone the morning crew are absolutely asleep at the wheel. Most mornings after open, the drive through is either off or no one will respond. Many times I've knocked on the drive up window to get their attention. A few times there was no one inside to come to the window AFTER OPEN. I finally gave up and go somewhere else. Absolutely poor management. If you're the owner God help you.

Every time I show up, I feel like I' hassling the people working there. They usually have no respect for themselves or others. My orders are never correct and even if know one is there, they take forever to get my food ready. Thanks for nothing!

Garbage location, I used to go in there three times a day yea sewage smell is nasty but I just got stuff to go and the new management after the old one left is awful. Rude as all get out and wanted to charge me for a dang refill when I'm in there every day three times a day. Never going back.

Not to good there were no napkins at the dispensers, drink fountian went everywhere but my cup, and the food I got was definitely setting for a while. And do the minimum mop your floor guys it felt like I was walking on gum when I was eating inside.

This was a very dirty location! I should of left before we even ordered. The smell of raw sewage hits you as you walk in the door. The high chair was extremely gross and every table. We cleaned ourselves. I'm giving it a one star only because Elizabeth was friendly when taking our order. The food was cold. We didn't even finish it.

Yikes man. I've been here like 10 minutes and I've seen three orders returned for being wrong including my own. The floor is sticky and gross and the diet Coke tastes like berries.

I am used to slow service here, but son really wanted to go. This time was worse! Took 11 mins just to take my order, and only because people in front of me left because they got tired of waiting. This was not rush hour, but 3 pm. Only had 3 people working, manager, cook, line. Now I understand being short staffed, but that just means you have to work a little harder. Not this group! They moved like pond water, with no sence of purpose!!! Finally get my order after another 7 minutes, small order at that, and stand there waiting another 4 minutes because they didn't give the juice that goes with kids meal, nor any sauce for his nuggets. Now off to find a place to sit. Everywhere a mess, and cleared and wiped off own table as always! Onion rings on the edge of burnt. This location is in a great location for business, and after several years, they still can't get it right. I HATE going here, but it is the only 1 for MANY miles! I think they know that, and won't change, because people just tolerate it to get their BK fix.

It took 30 minutes to get our food and then they screwed up my order then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make 1 burger. Fries were cold and the cashier (Keesha) was eating fries off the line while tending to customers. Also when I handed her the wrong burger that I had already taken 2 bites out of she went around the corner placed the sandwich on a table and came back with a mouth full of food. Assuming it was the burger that I had returned. Also the floor and play area was disgusting along with the tables. Horrible experience.

I visited this location yesterday for lunch and when I entered the front door, I had to seriously work hard to even OPEN the door! It is in serious need of repair. I walked in and stood at the front waiting to be served. There was one woman, dark hair, working on a togo order and another older woman wiping down the condiment/soda machine area. I stood there at least 3 minutes without ever being acknowledged. When the older woman finally finished wiping down the condiment area, she looked up at me and asked if I had placed my order. I said 'no, in fact no one even noticed I was even here.' The older woman looked over at the woman behind the counter and told her that I needed assistance, at which point the woman behind the counter FINALLY turned around to look at me. The look she gave me was one of disdain. She never said a single word to me. In fact, after looking at me, she turned back to me and continued moving around some items under the heat lamp. It was at this point, about 5 minutes from when I came in, that I decided to leave. I will never go back to this place again. So let me share something with whoever reads this post. Excellent customer service is how you get and keep returning patrons to any establishment. I hope management takes note of this and makes the necessary changes to improve their standards.

Horrible! Under staffed. Had 2 coupons to use but was only allowed to use 1 because not enough help. When we arrived to order the guy at the counter rushed in as we waited at counter & did not wash his hands. He handled the food which was unsanitary. We left instead without placing an order! Will not return..will wait for new Burgerking to open on 2243 on Heroway. Prefer to rate no stars.

This Burger King smells like sewer when you walk in and always has. The employees say it started when the bathrooms were remodeled. The food is hot and fresh "if" and I want to stress"if" you are there during lunch "if" you come in anytime else, it taste warmed over and might even give you a stomachache. The restaurant is usually very clean.

We just spent over $30 for three meals. First of all the Royal Chicken was not royal. It had a sour taste, fries were cold, and root beer was flat. And the whopper we ordered, should have not had pickles and of course it did. For the money we spent, it was not worth it. Last trip to Burger Joker(Not a King).

I am a chef at a private school. We were trying to do a teachers appreciation day, and I was going around to a few restaurants in the area seeing about possibly getting donations. I went to the Burger King in Cedar Park, and a talk with the guy or the manager there. he gave me a bad vibe from the jump like I was bothering them when there was no one in the restaurant. And when I asked about possible donations, he went and grabbed some coupons and threw them at me. Not for sure how I feel about that because I was asking for a donation, but for me to get the vibe that I was not wanted in that restaurant, I’m not for sure if I want to give these coupons to , my teachers and they suffer the same negative attitude. I have eaten there in the past and have had an enjoyable experience each time I’ve been. But today seems like he had an attitude and did not want to be bothered. So not for sure if I even want to come back to this restaurant all together.

I don't think I'll be returning to this burger king. The staff was super rude, they gave us a warm drink with no ice, then the chicken sandwich I had has NO Mayo NO lettuce NO tomatoes and the chicken looked burned. didn't notice it till I got home. So I paid 20 dollars for 2 meals for that really? I'm really really annoyed about it. Get better employees please.

Where to begin. Manager is very rude and needs to be terminated immediately if you all want to keep your location afloat. I've been in the business for over 20 years and if I was the AD he would be out on his a**. The place is filthy dirty and there are no supplies to accompany your meal. Burger King if you want to salvage this location fire the manager and retrain staff. There are never more than one or two cars in the parking lot. The ship is sinking and its SOS time. Do better.

The kids and I stopped coming here for a while because last time it was so hot that we couldn’t eat. We tried coming back, it’s August in Texas. It’s 99 degrees in the playroom. That’s a dangerous temperature. Also, this place is always dirty. The windows, the floors. There is a spill covered in napkins right now. I only come here because the kids like the crowns and the play place. But now, I’m not sure it’s worth that anymore.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my whole life. I say this with my chest. My food was given to me cold and I ordered 2 large halfies fries and only got one and a regular fry and a regular halfsie fry. I ordered a drink there and that took forever to get and when I went to fill up my cup the ice machine wasn’t working. When I asked if they had ice they said the store was completely out of ice. I wish they would have told me this before I ordered a drink. Then I wanted my money back and they ignored me and the 10 other people waiting to pick up orders/place orders. Ridiculous in there and this is coming from someone that works in a restaurant. Never ever go to this location. They don’t have their shit together. If you want cold food and hot soda eat there.

Stopped here to take the kids to the play area for lunch. The play area had no AC. They had no sprite. They had no lemonade. The manager didn't seem apologetic or even to be concerned that her restaurant was working at about 60%. I'll probably skip burger king next time because of this poor example of one.

The customer service is always wonderful here and the food is good. I had to give 1 star because the AC is out in the play area and I know it's been out for a long, long time. Hope the owner will get it fix so my kids can come enjoy BK

This is the absolute worst place to go to at night. If you place an Online order it is not started until you get there and you have to wait. The manager is very nasty and could care less about service and uses all sorts of excuses to get her way out of not providing good service. Seh really needs to be fired. This has happened in numerous occasions and only on the night shift. This does not happen during the morning or afternoon. On this nights visit she was verbally and physically abusive and threw someone else's order at me. Don't visit this place at night. Head to Wendy's or McDonald's down the road. This lady and staff need to be fired immediately.
