I love this place! No matter who is working, they are always so friendly and happy to help. Charmagne helped walk us through the new menu and gave us recommendations. Justin and Hunter made our meals perfectly. I was definitely a bit disappointed when hearing that the beets were no longer an option. The Picnic Pesto wrap was amazing though!

Walking in for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the atmosphere was. I was assisted by two wonderfully kind employees. Brooke helped with my order, showing great attention to detail as I selected items for my salad. Charmagne kept the register lively and polite, balancing both a formal and respectful conversation. I truly appreciate this kind of interaction in the food industry, where both the food and the people make the experience enjoyable.

The most welcoming and friendliest staff of any restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dining at, and I keep coming back! Charmagne brightens up every day I happen to stop by Mad Greens and I wish there was more of her! This place is my go-to lunch spot anytime I'm craving a big salad.

Had a nice experience at mad greens. This place is quick, and has a decent menu. Mad spice is recommended in their salads or warm bowls. We really liked the tofu option. However, since this is a chain, I urge them to include more vegetarian options. Like fried avocado/chickpea patties or veggie patties or any vegetarian protein. The hummus trio veg is also excellent!

Charmagne, Ashlin, Sarah were the best. The Harvest Salad needs to make the menu for availability year round. This was my first time at Mad Greens. If you are in the Cedar Park area near Lakeline Mall and you’re craving a salad, grain bowl, or a wrap, I highly recommend this place. 10/10 for me!

This place is more than healthy delicious food, the employees made our visit unforgettable. Charmagne and Paige both went out of their way to exceed our expectations. Again the food is fresh, flavorful, affordable and delicious but the human experience was both unexpected and delightful. This is our new go to bowl stop, if you’re thinking it’s just a salad place you’re mistaken. 5 stars 100%

This location is part of a nationwide franchise that focuses on an assembly line Subway like kind of model where you have their staff build and assemble your salad. What makes this location different from all the others and this franchise in particular unique and it's on aspect is his focus on organic ingredients and combinations of spices that you won't find anywhere else with a unique combination of flavors and proteins and drinks! What I also love about this location is the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff and for the focus of this review I'm going to hold on to things that and particular make this location a phenomenal place to visit. First I do want to make mention that they have added a new aha tuna protein that you can add that is totally worth every dollar and get you about 30 g protein all by itself. They also serve the most fresh avocado for the bang-for-the-buck compared to anywhere else! Also the pickled onions are to die for and their salad dressings such as their avocado Sriracha or Sherry molasses vinaigrette are totally worth buying and bringing home all kinds of flavoring for your foods and not just salads ! :) Also I love their southwest chicken here and they're mad spice is stunning as a flavor enhancer I love to add to each dish. Every time I've come here to staff make sure everything is spotless and clean every tables clean and restrooms are clean! They serve food in steel bowls or handy plastic bowls to go with no metal aluminum cross contamination! This is a big deal to me as I have studied and learned how many other restaurants and fast food use to save a buck! Also this month ever do any scratch-off cards and my mom won two free drinks! :) Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a quick fordable healthy alternative to eating out in this area!

Our first trip and it was excellent. Had the Southwest Bowl as listed and really enjoyed it. Great sauce tying it all together. Started with the Humus Trio and I can't tell which one I like best. We're definitely coming back.

Build your own salad. Pretty much the same concept as a Chipotle or subway; except it’s for salads. They also offer an array of wrap sandwiches. There are a few salads on their menu or you can build your own. They didn’t have dried cranberries, Gorgonzola or walnuts (which are my favorite toppings but I was still able to build an awesome salad. The place was clean but there was a smell of sewage. I don’t hold the restaurant accountable for that. I hold the city of Austin accountable. Be sure to try their natural sodas. The blueberry is my favorite. The staff was polite and offered to let me try multiple dressing options to assure I got one that I’d like. Great alternative to burgers. Fantastic for vegans and omnivores alike.

Absolutely shouldn't be offering Uber Eats delivery! We scheduled a time for a salad delivery in the morning at 10 to be delivered at 1 15 to 1 45 and they canceled our delivery at 12 58 at the last minute. We tried calling and they didn't pick up but transfered us to the wrong delivery service. They can't handled rush hour lunches and shouldn't offered the food delivery at that time!

When I walked in the girl behind the counter was eating and wiped her mouth as I approached. She didnt even wash her hands or use hand sanitizer before grabbing gloves. I asked her to wash her hands. She disappeared into the back for about 10 sec (didnt hear any water running, still would not have been enough time properly clean hands) and came back and grabbed the same gloves she previously touched. I told her thats not sanitary (especially after I saw her wipe her mouth with her hands) and its cold and flu season! I told them they are not very clean I will not be going there again. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

I deliver for Uber Eats to make ends meet. They kept me waiting for half an hour in the shop, saying there were customers, without even apologising. They couldn't care less about our wasted time, yet they're too selfish to ask one person to prepare online orders while four others serve customers.

I’ve been to this MadGreens at least 4-5 times and it’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but I want to help prevent someone else having this experience. Today as I was eating my bowl that I had just ordered to-go in my car, I came across a part of a dead animal (it definitely had fur) in my bowl. It was at least 2.5 to 3 inches long. I immediately went inside and asked an employee about a questionable ingredient in my food and she took it aside and said she doesn’t know what that is and apologized. She offered to make another but my appetite is ruined and I don’t trust the place anymore. The manager refunded me. The employees service has always been great. But having that IN my food is just unacceptable and makes me question quality control and sanitary standards. I honestly don’t think I’ll trust eating out anywhere for a while because of this incident.

As someone who’s worked in food service management for over 6 years, I can confidently say this visit was one of the worst first impressions I’ve had at a restaurant. My wife and I made it clear this was our first time here, but the staff’s “hospitality” came in the form of fake smiles and passive-aggressive remarks. We even tried to joke around to lighten the mood—met with cold, dismissive responses. When we tried to pay with cash, instead of politely explaining their policy, they acted like we should have already known. To top it off, the food quality was poor. The rice was hard as a rock, and nothing tasted fresh. For a place that markets itself as fresh and welcoming, the service and quality here were the complete opposite. First impressions matter, and this one made sure there won’t be a second visit.
