I had an amazing experience at Masala Grill Food Truck! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the employees were incredibly polite and friendly. I ordered the chicken tikka 2pc with roti and a vada pav, and both were absolutely delicious. The seasoning and flavors were spot on, making it one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for great food and exceptional service!

We absolutely love their food!! We use their quality of food as a standard to other places/restaurant/food trucks. Dabeli is my absolute favorite as i never found it this good at any place else. Chicken boti roll, papdi chaat, pani puri is great as well. The lady is very welcoming and warming. I hope they expand their menu as whatever i have tried and that too several times, they never disappointed us!

Excellent food. We reached late night about 15 mins before close and the ladies at Masala kitchen were very hospitable. They made no fuss about closing time, and served us with smiles. The food was excellent, we ordered the vada pav, bun kebab (👌🏼) and chicken boti rolls and they were all amazing! Would definitely come back when we visit Austin again!

We tried Masala Grill on a whim and left so full and happy! The grill was not working so we ordered the chicken biriyani and the chicken tikka. Everything was so flavorful and the servings were large. I will happily be returning!

Chats have been always good. I even like their Jalebis. But many times they run out of them. Ladies behind the counter are very nice and polite. Very few sitting tables available. We had tried their breakfast items as take out.. not so good. Parantha and poori were hard. Halwa was okay.

Samosa chaat, Mango lassi and daabeli is gr8, rasmalai, bhel puri and gulab jaamun are good. Halwa not to my liking. Paneer dish are alright. Halwa Puri on weekend, stay away :) that one is beyond bad so go for other items.

There’s no shade, so we had to wait in the sun and after ten mins we decided to wait in our car and ate our food in our car. We thought since it was a food truck, food will be ready in a jiffy but we were wrong. We will not be returning back to wait 30 mins for mediocre food.

Over the last 2.5 yrs, we've been there 4 times. First 3 times, the food was tasty and consistently good. Not sure if ownership/management changed over the last year, but the food quality has gone down terribly. They've also introduced entrées which they didn't have before. We went there on 24 March 2024 and ordered a lunch special with chana, and kadai chicken with Naan, dahi puri, pav bhaji and dabeli. The pav bhaji was cold, felt like they took the curry out of the freezer and microwaved it, the lunch special curries were not good. The Naan that they gave us was moldy 🤢🤮 they did give us another Naan but makes you wonder how fresh is the food that they're serving you. The dahi puri was the only thing that was good. Anyway, last time we'll be going there and wont be coming back.

Ordered Papadi Chat , It was good. And then I ordered Pav Bhaji . The Pav was bitter , Not the actual bun that is normally used for this chat. And the Bhaji was just potato . Prices are high for the Quantity and Ambience . I don't get it , Food trucks charging the same as a restaurant Will I go Again ? A definite NO

Do not order any food from this location specially biryani because it is always just full of rice and you can find hardly any goat meat in the dish. When you order goat biryani it will full of rice and few pieces of bones with hardly any meat on that. The taste of rice is sour as well. Please take my review seriously otherwise you will be totally disappointment. This is my opinion to the food truck owner.. please keep some honesty while doing you business and don't rip-off the customers who pay their hard earned money for the food they order from your food truck. The money you earn by ripping off customers that way will not bring any happiness to you so please take my words seriously.

We were on the way home and tried finding Indian food and found this food truck with good rating compared to others. Long wait times, Dabeli was good other than all other dishes were horrible. Paneer butter masala, paneer was hard, rice was hard, Bhindi masala, Bhindi was not fully cooked, Chicken Butter Masala was the worst, Chicken was hard with bones, felt it was not fresh and hygenic, had to trash it. I would say stay away from this restaurant.
