Love this place so much Every time that I’ve been here the employees are so nice especially Skylar he is so nice and he makes the best pizza 🍕 delightful 🥰
Ordered some pizzas on-line on November 16th and went to pick them up. The moment I walked in the door, the Manager, Addison Guess, greeted me with genuine kindness. He was very friendly and happy I was there. His kindness and happiness was very nice to see. It was obvious he was not just acting friendly. Regarding the pizzas, they were the best pizzas we've had in a long long time. We will definitely come back.
Victor/vic is a legend, hard working guy who only wants to satisfy the customers needs! Food was also above average as far as papa Johns goes! Thanks for what you do man! Y’all got a 15 star crew member who is dedicated!
We've always had a great experience at this Papa John's. We use the carryout drive through feature and it's always ready and hot. Also, when they forgot to include a free brownie order for my birthday, the guy who helped us was very apologetic, even though it didn't show up on his order receipt. I appreciate how kind they all are.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza, garlic Parmesan sticks, and jalapeño knots. Everything was delicious, though the sticks were a bit salty. I was initially hesitant ordering here due to the low ratings, but the staff greeted me warmly with smiles and made me feel welcome!
Nestled in a cozy corner of town, Tacos are heaven made here 😉 El Patron is a delightful gem of a taco shop that embodies the essence of authentic Mexican street food. From the moment you step inside, the vibrant staff great you w a smile and the savory aromas instantly transport you to a bustling mercado in Mexico City. Breakfast is the bomb 💣 too. Come in hungry leave wobbly The menu at Taco Haven is
Some of the best kept secrets are the ones that you gatekeep. I have a friend of mine that's been coming here for a long time and he's told me about it multiple times and I decided to give it a try tonight.. I was not disappointed!!! I started off with the menudo and then finished up with an enchilada play with their red gravy. My wife had the chicken and beef quesadillas because she's basic so we won't say much about that. All in all everything was just tremendous and delicious. And yes I will be coming back over and over and over
Tried them out this past weekend, got a Al pastor and carne guisada taco. We went through the drive thru but next time we’re going in to try the lunch options. In our opinion the carne guisada was better than the Al pastor. The meat is tender, needed a little more seasoning but was really good. The tortilla was great and not chewy. The salsa was pretty good that came with the taco but also under seasoned. We will definitely be back!
I’m so glad I gave this place a try for a late lunch. The service was quick and the food was really good!! I’ll certainly take my parents here when they visit. I had the chicken enchilada and carne asada taco. The corn tortillas were homemade. The meats oh so good. Simplicity at its finest.
Great tasting breakfast tacos. However, the foil on all the tacos had a strong fragrance on them. It's a tough world for those that need to live a fragrance free life for health reasons thus the 4 stars.
I decided to give El Patron another try when I was hungry for a little Tex-Mex food. It was quite an ordeal to get into the drive-through. With the construction currently going on Bell blvd, it’s easy to miss the new driveway. I missed it and looped back around driving the wrong way through the drive-through to be able to turn my car around and place an order. I ordered the chicken nachos which came with a generous amount of grilled chicken and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Both were very good and recommended. Also, I ordered a couple of delicious and savory Carne Guisada tacos. I mentioned to the person at the drive-through window, I hope they survived with it being so difficult to get into their restaurant these days. She seem to think they were doing fine. I hope so. It’s these little mom and pop places that take a beating when major road construction is going on.
There was an employee punching boxes and being super aggressive while working made me real uncomfortable while going through the menu. Pizza was good and it is a takeaway place. Good size of the pizza, we took a large and it was enough for 3 people The entrance to this place is deceiving you need to be very cautious while entering the place or you'll miss the entrance
Y'all should be able to adjust your online delivery times when you're busier than usual. It says my expected wait time was 31 minutes. If I'd have known it would take an hour and a half, I'd have ordered from somewhere else.
Do not order here if you need your pizza by a specific time. We had a birthday party where we only have a 30 minute window to serve food. Around 11am I placed an order online to deliver at 2pm. We had the party room from 2:15-2:45pm so I was giving them a 15 min grace window to deliver. I realize around 2pm I have not received an update on the order. I call and get an automated message that just says "we are running behind" with no ETA. I call again around 2:20 but get a human this time, and I am told "its walking out the door right now." By now we have already done cake and kids are starting to leave. Finally around 2:35pm the pizza arrives via Uber Eats. We chose Papa Johns because it was 4 minutes away from the party location and we could order with a specific delivery time. Only a handful of kids were left to grab a slice, so we ended up having to take 80% of the pizza home. No one from Papa Johns did anything except say "Sorry, its leaving now." We spent $147.80 on this pizza that barely made it before everyone was gone.
Managers may want to take a look at the cameras from today/4th of July. I get it the kids working wanna be hanging with their friends causing mayhem elsewhere, and if it had been slow today that makes it even worse I get it I've worked in food service. That being said, everyone was seated when we entered. Definitely given the impression that we were a huge inconvenience, as it took the young man behind the counter a hot minute to acknowledge we walked in. There was also someone in the back, fully passed out asleep right in line with the front door. Our pizza was amazing so no complaints there. The employees just didn't give y'all a very good look today.
I have been ordering from this place for the past few weeks. Super excited to try and the first time I ordered through Uber eats, I feel in love. Food was spectacular and exactly what I was looking for. Second time I ordered through uber eats, a few of my items were missing including the charro beans and salsa, which I paid extra for. Food was still amazing, so I let it go. Third time through Uber, was like the first time, perfect. I ordered it tonight and both of my charro beans were missing. I called to ask about it, and since no one really spoke English I was hung up on , three different times. I love Food and have no issues paying for delicious food but afraid this will be my last time ordering from them. And even before posting this gave them one last call, and they pretended not to speak English and hung up on me again. Food good, highly unprofessional.
We stopped by El Patron today hoping to try a new taco spot, but unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to try the food. When we walked in, a young girl came to the host stand but didn’t say a word or make eye contact. I greeted her, which prompted a faint hello, but the lack of enthusiasm or basic hospitality was off-putting. The restaurant was completely empty, and the cold welcome made my husband say, “let’s just go.” The reviews looked promising, so maybe we caught them on an off day—but first impressions matter, and the front of house experience definitely needs improvement.
Worst experience ever, staff need training and Manger is careless. They don't know menu price and offers. This place is very dirty and full of flees and insects, really hazard and not healthy. Cleaning is needed
We order pizza from this store after 2 hours late delivery pizza was so cold when i called and talk to mangers they don’t even say sorry wont ever never order from this location again wont recommend
Worst pizza ever. Go to Niki’s across the street for a good pizza experience. The pepperoni stuffed crust commercials sucked me in. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. It was so greasy & soggy. Philly cheese steak papadia should be called Onion & pepper papadia. There wasnt hardly any steak but plenty of onions & peppers. There are definitely better pizza options in the area. Not very good value for your money.
Garlic breadsticks were horrible and hard litteraly ordered from uber eats yesterday night.
This used to be a good location but has gone down hill. They’ve messed up our order the last 3 times in a row, with the last order completely forgetting to make one of the pizzas. We won’t be returning to this location.
I came to pick up a pizza yesterday with my toddler and left in complete shock when the employee with tattoos began slamming doors, throwing things, and acting extremely violent. We left immediately. I understand people have bad days but this behavior isn't safe and shouldn't be tolerated. We won't be returning.
Came to pick up pie with my bf and was mortified by what I saw. No one had hair nets or gloves on, the guy handling the food kept scratching his head and then handling the food, the other guy came out of the bathroom ( he proudly announced it) and went straight to handling food without washing his hands, the pizza screens look like they haven't been washed in years, dough was sitting out on racks and looked old a crusty, none of the sauce bottles were kept cold ( they were just sitting on the counters) . The food itself tasted weird. The onions smelled bad. Never will we eat here again.
One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. No sauce. Very little cheese and just cold and gross. I will never order from this location again..garbage. Really just disappointing. Put more effort into your pizzas! The peppercini had a bite out of it. Disgusting. Doordash drivers need to be held accountable for this..eating people’s food are you kidding me!!
Worst Customer Service Experience – Manager Victor is a Disaster I ordered a large pizza from Papa John’s through their official website. The delivery driver (from DoorDash, which Papa John’s uses for deliveries) arrived, confirmed my name, but handed me the wrong order. She even said she told Papa John’s manager Victor my name — so the mistake clearly started at the store. When I called the store, Victor immediately blamed the driver, claiming she asked for a different name. That’s not possible — each driver delivers a specific order, and she clearly had mine but was given the wrong food. This isn’t even the first time this location messed up my order; it happened about two months ago, but I let it slide then. Instead of listening or offering a solution, Victor started making up stories — saying my driver was “still there but refusing to deliver.” Reality check: the driver had left 30 seconds earlier, and the store is 15 minutes away. When I asked how he was going to fix the situation, he took a deep breath and acted like it was my problem. Then, he raised his voice, lied again, and eventually hung up on me after telling me to “call DoorDash” — even though I placed the order directly on Papa John’s website. I called back, but he refused to answer. Since I paid and had no food, I drove to the store. I recorded the interaction — I spoke calmly, asking why he was being so rude and where the customer service was. He just kept babbling excuses, refused a refund or replacement, and then shockingly called the police, claiming I was a problem when I simply wanted what I paid for. The cops showed up, and Victor actually asked them to ban me from the store. I’ll be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. If this is how Papa John’s allows its managers to treat paying customers, then it’s no surprise this location is so poorly run. Avoid this place at all costs — especially while Victor is in charge.
One of the worst service you can receive. No acknowledgement of customer walking in for a pickup. Just kept me waiting for 10 mins just for a 2 sec pickup. On asking about it no response just more attitude. Both employees were not wearing gloves, no head caps nor a apron. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they appreciate the customers.
Last night I placed an order through Papa John’s website. My food came and I noticed that I did not receive my 2 L Pepsi. It was cool. I told the delivery guy that I would call Papa John’s to get my drink sent over to my house so when I call Papa John’s, I’m sure it was either order taker or the manager that answer the phone very rudely and I told him my situation as I did not receive my drink, and I wasn’t sure of the location that I ordered through since it was placed online. The guy rudely said well how did you receive the order?
Terrible service. I've never been to such a disrespectful Hispanic place. They don't even say hello, they serve you very reluctantly, they treat their work like a joke. It's not racism, I love the tacos, it's just the service.
I’ve ordered from here multiple times through Uber Eats, when ordering it asks if you want salsa, I choose green, I never get it in my bag. The asada tacos were dry and chewy. I called to let them know that they keep forgetting salsa for the orders, they make you pay extra for them, and I hear the cook in the background talking shit in Spanish, saying if I don’t like it then don’t order from them, I was just letting them know, that if we’re paying extra for salsa, it should be added. I don’t appreciate being treated this way, I’m not eating for free
This is normally a go to spot however as of late the service is dismal, after waiting at the front desk a young girl came out & alreday looked annoyed that we were there. Barely said anything, rushed our order and cut my husband off while he was ordering & just said CARD then pointed at the credit card machine. On top of that, she didn't bring my menudo or his chips & salsa out. The barbacoa tacos were fatty & did not taste good. We were extremely disappointed this time & will be looking for other options.
Hi just went in today and ordered some Chile con queso that was made from Rico canned cheese! Did not realize that it wasn't actual cheese until I got to my destination! I offered to return the food and asked for a refund! I was told that I would not get a refund nor was I offered something else in compensation!!! Por customer service! AC sucks! Half the times before they could never get my order right !!! The one time I do get everything that I ordered it was nasty and no refund!
