They have very nice people they were very nice and efficient in serving us are food was very satisfying.

Love this place! Get it every time we go to the mall. The Stromboli’s are delicious and so are the garlic rolls. The marinara sauce tastes super fresh and is packed with flavor. On top of the great food, the staff is always so nice to us! We go here with our three small kiddos and they are very patient and accommodating 😂

We ordered for a family birthday party and were extremely pleased with the food and service. The amount of food meant nobody went home hungry. They supplied everything we needed, food, utensils, cups napkins and things we didn't think of. The staff was over the top helpful and pleasant. I will keep them in mind for future events. The online ordering system was easy and confirmed enough the reduce stress, without over informing.

He seemed annoyed and just replied “not yet.” I looked around and saw no signs saying when they opened so i asked what time. Again, he looked annoyed and told me 11. Safe to say I wont be eating here again

I love spaghetti & pasta so much. I make it 2 times every week at home. Tasting it from Villa was awful, sour, sour, no salt in the spaghetti. Their pizza was the only thing that kept me from throwing the food away. Pizza was average, I expected more flavor and uniqueness honestly. Shame.

NOT GOOD! The pasta was terrible. The bread was the best part of the meal & it was even a little underbaked. 👎🏻 The dude thought giving me a paper plate for a to-go order was a good idea.. newsflash, it's not!

Got pepperoni pizza and it was awful. You can tell they combine slices from who knows when and serve the oldest slices first to cut costs, always the sign of a thriving Italian restaurant: can’t get the pizza right. Just not good or fresh at all and a bit pricey

I got food poisoning. I came here during my vacation in Austin with my family. And we had to cut it short cause I got food poisoning from here. I had spaghetti and chicken parmesan.

This food tasted okay, however as soon as my husband and I went home we had the worst night of our lives. We both had been experiencing the most horrible stomach pains In our lives. I cannot stress enough to begin to explain how painful it was. We we're at that point that we really wanted to go to the hospital because I began to hyperventilate and my speech was slurring as I couldn't even keep my droll in my mouth. I was basically drolling as this pain continued. We knew it was from this place because we hadn't eaten anything but only drove all the way down to Lakeline because we were craving there infamous Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, when we went the Mac and cheese seemed like it was left out all day, that I began to believe later in the night that these pains were caused by bacteria that grows in the food after being left out for such a period of time. This was not the first time that happened but this has happened twice. First time we weren't really sure if it was from this place so we brushed the issue off our shoulders but now we know it was definitely from this place. I will not go any further with the issues we had tonight, however we both left a horrible crime scene in the toilet. Villa "Fresh" Italian Kitchen has lost 2 customers today.

Do not waste your money in this place like we did, 5 meals for my family a total of $70 and food its terrible, not fresh at all, they use Chef Mic (chef microwave). The strombolis are filled with breaded frozen chicken strips from restaurant depot or any other restaurant suplier, and the dough is hard and tasteless. The tomato sauce for the pasta is liquidy like v8 tomato juice, really disgusting. The pizza? Oh gosh if an Italian person see or taste this food will jump from pisa tower. The only good thing was the pepsi and the bottled water.
