Opinions de Cinnabon Central Valley
Their classic cinnamon roll is a must try! The coffee was surprisingly flavourful too. A gem in the outlet mall. Recommended !
My first ever cinnbon, it was warm sweet and delicious. Grabbed a classic small bun and as I love cinnamon, it didn't disappoint! Thanks to the team who got a very long queue down super quickly.
Caramel pecan cinnamon roll was to flipping die for. 1000 kcals well spent
Super friendly staff, great taste and it is finally an only Cinnabon spot, not paired with auntie annes or Burger King. Recommended.
It's Cinnabon, which means frosting drenched cinnamon rolls with tons of flavoring. Very fatty and will probably kill you eventually, but delicious if that's what you're craving.
Al was the best in customer service! Very personable and even pointed out the where the sugar was at the booth. Thank you!

The sweet little bakery in this mall is amazing. First of all, you as soon as you walk in the food court, you can smell it from a distance and that alone makes you want to walk over there. All the cinnamon buns are fresh, completely glazed with frosting. I paired it off with a nice coffee with oat milk that they had. It was a nice stop before I had to go home from shopping.
The rolls are just amazing here. I came here on my shopping break and ordered one of their famous classic rolls. The price was ok but the bun itself was very delicious, they took it fresh out of the oven and it melted in my mouth as soon as I took a bite. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The place here is just amazing. I can smell it from the other side of the food court which made me want to come here. A great place to stop by while shopping and the cinnamon rolls were fresh and hot. I paired it off with some hot chocolate, which was perfect for the cold weather. The workers were friendly and attentive. Will come back here again.
I decided to come here after smelling it from across the market hall. The representative there greeted me with a smile and was delighted to serve me. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Once I got the food, my mouth started to melt because of how fresh it was. Overall it is a great experience, I recommend it.

Tastes like childhood! The roll was soft and the aroma fills the foodcourt. It was too hard not to stop and buy one. I gave four stars because the price in this branch is more expensive compared to the menu online. One classic cinnamon roll cost $5.75 (plus $1 tax).

Cinnabon is a restaurant of cinnamon rolls mostly, their main product is the classic cinnamon roll which is also the one I tried, it was pretty good and also heated which made the experience quite better, it was slightly expensive comming at 6.99$ but for 880 cal I believe it was only slightly expensive and not that bad. Good experience overall.

Two males manned the registers and service. Have us an incredibly hard time with using a gift card. Told us they had a new computer register that wouldn’t allow the gift card to be used. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never come back to give this business any of my cash in any way.

What a disappointment! And I’m not talking about the cinnamon roles. I’m talking about the people who work there. The woman who helped me, had a scowl on her face and made it very clear that she really didn’t want to be there at all. When I ordered a regular cinnamon roll I asked her if she could please cut it into four pieces with her metal spatula because I would be driving and it would make it a lot easier for me. She looked at me and said as she pointed there are forks and knives there for you. I said I would prefer that you please would use your spatula and just cut it into four pieces I don’t care if it looks pretty or not it will just be safer and easier for me I’ll be driving for an hour and I would like it to have smaller pieces if you could please cut it for me I would appreciate it. She flat out told me no. I asked her again please cut it I would really appreciate it she said no you can cut it yourself. I said those are plastic utensils and they’re not very strong and I will be driving and it would be very nice if you could please cut it for me I had to literally beg her three times to just use her metal spatula to cut it into smaller pieces for me. Finally she did. Once she finished I said thank you I paid her and she handed me the cinnamon roll in a box no bag and took out a fork and a knife and handed it to me. It just seems so bizarre. No bag no customer service no smile no greeting at all she didn’t say thank you nothing! Absolutely zero customer service it was the most weird and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a mall food vendor. Absolutely weird. There was no one in line absolutely no one I was the only person there and even though this whole interaction took quite a few minutes still no one else approached To place an order. So it wasn’t like she had to hurry because people were waiting there was absolutely nothing for her to do. Ridiculous! And the cinnamon roll was hard. It wasn’t fresh. Huge disappointment.
Rude and miserly. Purchased large cinnamon roll and large coffee, and gave a tip; but when I asked for a cup of tap water the guy refused. At first I thought it was a joke, but he was dead serious and said that their plastic cups cost money. He also only gave me like a single thin napkin. This place is run like they’re poor, when they’re making like a 1000% markup on everything they sell. Owner’s response below for a 50% discount is hilarious when they couldn’t give me a $0.05 cup after I tipped 20% on a near $15 order.
I was here at this outlet mall shopping, and decided to get a sweet treat. The cinnamon bun was amazing and tasty as always but the worker that was working that day, an older man, was curt, impatient, and borderline rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend coming here if you want and expect good food and good service.
This was the worst connabon i ever had. Bought a 15 pcs boxed cinnabons. When i got home i was just disappointed, not only is it stale, it was so dry i cant even swallow it. Barely any cinnamonon it and barely any toppings as well. I want a refund!!!!! $38 for garbage
In the staff there was a South-asian mid 30's guy with glasses and beard. He spoke very rudely, and tried to overcharge us. Set of 4 mini cinnamon rolls were $5.99 and he charged us $7.50 for 2 orders (8 mini rolls) he charged us $15 (and didnt even ring the order in register) we had given $20 bill, he just gave us $5 back. When i confronted him on why the menu says $5.99 and u charged me $7.50 and that i want a receipt of my transaction, he rudely gave me $2 back and pretended to be busy... He still didnt give me a receipt, so i insisted again and thats when he actually rang and totaled up to $13 with tax. He thought he'd get away with the overcharge.... Please beware of such fraud employees ... He had no regrets in what he was doing.
Just made a purchase at 335pm from the kiosk and was provided horrible check out service by the female cashier. She spoke harshly to the male who was taking orders from costumers, he was kind and accommodating given the long line. At check out she aggressively unpacked the back her packed because it was to full for her and then failed to put all my items back in the bag. I told her all of them were mine but was ignored. Upon checking my receipt I noticed the overcharge and lack of items. I directed her to use my card as a charge and not a debit, she struggled to complete the function as requested and kept saying the card was declined. I repeated my directions and she simply said "i dont know why it just says declined". I will be following up with my bank to have the amount credited.
These guys are like the used car salesmen of the Cinnabon industry.LOL I paid $16.48 for 2 Cinnabons which had very little icing on it. My wife and I sat down to eat them, and they just weren’t sweet enough. I took them back to ask for more icing, and he wanted to charge me another $1.39. I thought it was a joke but it wasn’t. When I should him how little icing was on the buns, he replied, “that’s how they come”. OK, you got me once, but never again.👎
