I’m so glad I decided to give boba another shot at a new place because the brown sugar milk tea was so good. It was originally 6 dollars (medium size) and some cents but I added foam and some petals and tax made it a little less than 10 bucks. I got the sugar level on 100 and it was perfect. They made my drink in literally less than a minute (I’m not exaggerating) and the barista was so nice and patient with me. Definitely a good experience overall :)
Story by for the perfected Teas here. It’s very clean and lots of seating outside. The service is fast and staff is very friendly. They have the green tea, milk tea and everything you can fancy. They make the best BoBa 🧋 tea. It’s a must visit! I have bene going to goncha since Singaporedays . Ooolong tea (lil strong) and winter melon tea (lil sweet so don’t add extra sweetness) are my most favs with the jelly
It's the perfect spot to grab a refreshing drink 🌟while shopping. Their bubble tea is delicious, with plenty of options for flavors, toppings, and sweetness levels to customize your order just the way you like it. The staff is quick and friendly, and the service is efficient even during busy times. I tried their classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was absolutely perfect—just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess. Whether you’re a bubble tea fan or new to it, this is a must-try stop to recharge during a shopping trip
This Boba Tea is amazing. Gong Cha was my second top tier on the list! If you’re near one next to your location, you should definitely go there! 🧋😋
Small store for drink to go. Usual Gong Cha menu. Staff are good, line moves fast, order comes out even faster. Got my Thai latte tea within a minute of ordering. The taste was excellent, bubbles were chewy and soft. I was able to adjust the sugar and ice levels. They have a fivestar membership system as well to earn points for the purchase. Overall a really good GC store.
I first had looked up this chain company on here, Google maps. After I saw my first Gong Cha shop, I knew I wanted to go there. Today I tried it for the first time. I was surprised they had so many choices for their teas and toppings. The employee was patient as we all stumbled through our orders. They then put together our drinks with quick efficiency. It altogether took about 5 minutes. I had the caramel milk tea with coconut jelly and it was SO GOOD. They didn't mess up anything and I've had places do that. I will definitely be going to any Gong Cha near me, but definitely this one. I had a great experience here!
Small store has no seatings but they have all kinds of boba ☺️ staffs were nice too.
Gong Cha has the best bubble tea. This newly opened location not only serves bubble teas but hot lattes. I got the matcha bubble tea with pearls, strawberry oreo bubble tea with pearls. Make sure to go light on sugar. Place is super clean, excellent service, happy employees. The hot chai tea latte was just like back home. I have to go back and try other flavors.
I was so excited to see Gong Cha in Woodbury. This was the closest I have to an authentic milk tea. Please visit this location. The staff was very nice and the shop was very clean. Most importantly, the drinks were tasty!! I cannot wait until the next time we visit the outlet mall.
Delicious beverage while shopping at Woodbury Commons Outlets. Order a base tea - and add your beads… great concept for a togo beverage, lid is completely sealed.
emILY and Yana (I apologize if I worked your name wrong) were very helpful and they prepared delicious drinks for my brothers and I. Within seconds, my cup was half full. It was so tasty. You can even customize your tea or drink. How much sugar do you want it? Do you want to add any other pearls and stars? I felt like I had a treasure in my hand. I look forward to speaking with Mark about partnering up and/or sponsorship in the future. People will love ❤️ this 😍!!!
Great place to stop by when shopping at the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Everything is made fast and efficiently, staff are also very helpful in their recommendations. The boba tea at Gong Cha is seriously so tasty! I’d highly recommend trying the brown sugar milk tea myself. Keep in mind it’s a bit hard to navigate so get directions to Gucci which is across the way. Definitely worth a try when in the Woodbury area!

Love this spot! The quality of the tea really makes a difference, and there’s a wide variety to choose from. The shop is small, so when it gets busy, the line can extend outside—but there’s nice shaded seating for warmer weather. I recommend checking the menu beforehand to create a unique and delicious concoction.
Located in Woodbury Commons. Last store in one of the corners. Can’t remember which stores were next to it. Very clean and new looking. Friendly and helpful staff. The drink was made quickly. Very refreshing for a hot day.
Super fast service. Crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea was really sweet even with 50% sugar. With boba, the large came out to be almost $10 before tips.

Rude and unfriendly staff. It seems that they really hate their job or something as they did not show much willingness to serve customers. The drinks were fine, nothing special, but as the only bubble tea place in a large plaza, I expected better.

Won’t give tap water unless I pay $5 ridiculous policy I’m paying for a boba drink tap water is free for the company makes 0 sense
Refreshing teas and drinks. Slightly too sweet for me even with no sugar added. Customer service could definitely use improvement. Maybe it's because it's the weekday, but the associates used to be more friendly in the past, when they first opened. Menu is posted on their wall and via QR code, however the seasonal specials is seen only in the screen for seconds. It’s been this way since they opened, but when it gets busy, no one has the time to be staring at the wall for that long. I've been to other Gong Chas, and they have posters in their store and by the cashier. Apparently, there was a Neopets collab today, which I only found out afterwards, online...hours later. No where in the store was there any mention of this special event. Not on the screen, which changes every seconds, plus who has time to stand and stare. You get a free sticker with any Neopets collab drink. If I had known, I would have bought another drink 😠. The 2 girls who were working there also were not helpful. When I walked in, no one greeted me (even though I wad the only customer in the store). I took a bit longer because I couldn't see the seasonal specials, and it wasn't listed on their menu or anywhere else in-store. But, no one asked if I needed help, despite this. When I was checking out, I felt like I'd interrupted their conversation. The girl was slightly passive aggressive and had an attitude; it's your tablet/wi-fi that's slow not me tapping my card too quickly. As she was making my drink, she kept slamming things. I guess, she finally has to work. Also, while she was making my drink, she was talking to her friend in the back. Her face (uncovered) was inches away from my drink! It literally took a minute (or less) to make, she couldn't wait until she's done?! It skeeves me out that food service workers don't have their hair and mouth/nose covered. This is not solely Gong Cha's issue, but in general. When I finally got my drink, I realized I didn't tell them my ice level... but I wasn't asked either. My drink was good (just hope I don't get sick) but still very sweet despite 0 sugar. This is why pay kiosks will solve all issues. I'd be able to see all the items, customize to my choosing, and check out smoothly with no attitude from a cashier who can't even be bothered to say hi. There is online ordering, which did not exist last time I visited, 1 year ago. However, prices are at least $2 more. Unless, the cashier under-charged me 🤔. This is probably the worst location I've ever been to. I NEVER had an issue anywhere else (e.g., Edison, Montclair, Paramus, Fort Lee, Wayne). If you want a refreshing drink (that's not coffee or water), this is the place! However, make sure you know EXACTLY what to order (sugar level, ice level, size, extra toppings) and lower your expectations for customer service, as it's barely existent.
It’s rare for me to leave this kind of review, but this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rudeness from the staff at this location. Today, I ordered a wintermelon milk tea, but when I received my order, the label said “wintermelon latte.” As a customer, I politely informed them that I had ordered milk tea, not a latte. One staff member took my drink to check, and another responded in a rude tone, saying, “It’s the same thing.” Then, they slid the drink back to me in a very disrespectful manner. I had no choice but to leave with the drink, but when I looked back, all the staff were staring at me as if I had done something wrong. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve been a fan of Gong Cha for a long time, but this branch doesn’t make great drinks—and worse, the staff are unfriendly. It would be much better if they served quality drinks and treated their customers with basic respect.

I ordered a drink for $10 and asked for a cup of hot water so I can thaw my babies milk. The girl at the register refused. If you don’t care about babies then that says enough about your business and employees.
Drinks were good but the staff was rude. During my order the girl working the register looked back twice at the girl behind her as if I had grown another head. I ordered a Thai tea with boba and she acted as if that’s strange.
