Jersey Mike's is a chain that prides itself on consistency. Well corporate needs to look into getting the quality of customer service at this location consistent everywhere. The Sunday morning crew here are the most polite and caring of any location I've ever been. I love coming to this location.

It's Monday, May 9, 2022, and my wife and I just placed an order to go for our early dinner at this location. The young man that greeted us on the phone was extremely polite, professional, and detailed. You could tell he was genuinely interested in ensuring that every aspect of our order was correct and that he provided the highest level of customer service. At the store, there were 2 other ladies working with him that seemed just as eager to make great sandwiches. In today's age, this is unfortunately not necessarily a given anymore. My wife and I always love it when we see members of the next generation still demonstrating strong, positive, and productive, character traits! If you're in the mood for a fresh sandwich, I recommend stopping by this location. You may just be lucky enough to meet Jason. He is a tall, extremely polite, and hardworking, young man!

Been a while since last time I had Jersey Mike's Subs in Texas, pretty much the same old here. Ordered my routine, Mike's Famous Philly, steak grilled on the hot plate with onions, peppers, and American cheese. The kick of peppers is their trick of making the cheese steak.

on two occasions, same young lady with curly hair touches her nose and glasses with gloves on and keeps touching food. If it would have been mine on last visit, I would have rejected it. Didn’t want to embarrass her by saying something as she’s very sweet.

There is nothing wrong with Jersey Mike's if you want a very expensive sub sandwich with out having loads of options to put on said sandwich. I ordered I reg sub combo (drink and chips) and is cost over $15. For a sandwich! Maybe I am a penny pincher but that just seemed like a lot for some lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, and seasoning on a roll with chips and a fountain drink. The sandwich wasn't spectacular, it was a regular sub sandwich. I think they are a little over rated and price gouge people for a sandwich.

Good : fast service , friendly Bad : place is dirty . They had 3 workers with no customers . I was the only one eating there . I had to walk around table to table to find decent clean place . Even then I had to wipe of bunch of veggies and grease off the table.

Went in today at 8:30pm to get my son food. And the girls serving were purposely going slow , avoiding or ignoring customers acting like they are busy so that they didn’t have to serve anyone. And they had all the chairs up so no one could sit and the bathroom blocked off. I honestly go here atleast 2 times a week. If they don’t want to take anymore orders then just say something before people walk in. I’m just very disappointed.

I love Jersey Mikes but this is the worse location I’ve visited! The employees are very unprofessional! The quality of the sandwiches is trash! I do not recommend this location at all. They need to be retrained or fired period! Maybe the owner needs to just sell this location and give up on owning a restaurant! My experience with Rosalinda was terrible and I’ll never come back to this location!

Nine times out of ten this location gets the order wrong. The only reason I ever use this location is because the app forces this store when ordering delivery. Otherwise I will usually make the extra effort to pick up from the nearby Buena Park location which is always great. One experience, after they left out part of the delivery order for a second time, I drove to the location to get the remainder. The manager on duty couldn't have cared less. She begrudgingly gave me the remainder of my order with no apology or consideration for my time and effort to correct their error. I have never once had a good experience from this location, and only once was it acceptable.

They take FOREVER making the sandwiches. Jersey mikes should think about getting the hams and rest of the meats already SLICED. It’s a whole process that takes about 40-50 minutes for one simple sandwich. Reason why subway beats them and reason why there’s more. Closest jersey mikes is in bellflower and they the same

She told me that she’s unable to give me a gift card although I showed her the code. She proceeded to tell me that she was the manager and that the employee that normally assists me can not help. I walked away thinking that I did not purchase the gift card . She did not bother looking into the matter or helping outs By the time I went to my car noticed that the gift card payment had processed on my upside app. I went back inside the Jersey Mikes and asked for some receipt of the balance indicating that there was a gift card. Wow! The employee, not the manager, printed out the receipt . The manager saw me and did not bother apologizing for the misunderstanding. Hey , she just got a recurring customer who purchased a $100 gift card and did not even bother to acknowledge. Whoever owns this franchise store should look into hiring a new manager since this one has poor customer service.
