Our first experience at a Cheesecake Factory ~ the food (Double-Bacon Burger, Fettuccine Alfredo, Mac-and-Cheese Burger) was sublime! Flavorful sauce, juicy burgers... The service we received from "Ali D" was EXCELLENT - couldn't have asked for better - she was very attentive, even though the restaurant was fairly full. The restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was nice, (even in the ladies room; soft lights, mucic). We will absolutely be back!

The cucumber 🥒 lemonade 🍋 was sweet and sugary. I would recommend ordering water with ice 🧊 on the side with this drink to make it less sweet. It was great. The grill steak medallion and the Korean fried chicken 🍗 were delicious. Good place to bring family or friends and eat. I appreciate the service here. 🙏 thank you.

Love the service and what I ordered. Service with smiles. Very helpful and attentive to my needs and palate. Definitely recommend going here during lunch as there is a small wait but worth it. Ordered a pasta dish and desert treat. E joked the servers as they were pleasant. Cerritos is great. Keep up the great work Management.

We love eating here. Why do they place the silverware directly on the table? That bugs me soo much. Those stuffed mushrooms are a delight. Too bad they are so small. We need 2 orders so my son and I don't have to share. Staff is always great. Except today, the Hostess had a dull vibe. Showed us to our table, dropped the menus and walked away like we were not behind her. Not Cheesecake worthy. She needs to go be rude elsewhere. Our waitress was great. We enjoyed our lunch. But that silverware 🫤.

We stopped at Cheesecake Factory after our automall excursion. We were both hungry and tired. We started with drinks as I had an iced tea and my wife had the mocktail mojito. Ericka was wonderful as our server and also brought out some fresh hot bread. We started with the chicken taquitos which were quite tasty. The ambiance seemed upbeat and we sat in their outdoor patio area which was bright and airy. We then ordered our entrees. My wife ordered the turkey burger with a salad and I had the skinny chicken pasta. When the food came out my wife noticed her turkey burger was overcooked/burnt. I motioned to Ericka who apologized and stated she was going to get a new one started immediately if that was okay. My wife agreed. The manager stopped by an apologized as well which was very nice. My wife ate her salad and I shared my chicken pasta with her and she asked that the new burger be wrapped up to go. Ericka was very efficient and kind and we understand that things happen and the care and service provided was still quite good. I knocked a star off for that issue as we frequent Cheesecake Fastory and seldom have these issues. Recommended.

Okay so I'm kind of a foodie! I ordered the Chinese chicken salad, yet it was very fresh and a large portion. I was extremely disappointed to find. Not much chicken in it though! Did have a slice of cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. Sweet but not over sweet. Would I go back again? Not so sure

Wait time is long, seating is tight, atmosphere non-existent as its just bodies in every possible space. The server was a sweet file that dod her job well. Food came out in a fair amour of time. this is like peak american-core: calorific galore of huge portions and sweet-sweet desserts. seated "outside the restaurant but inside the mall" was certainly.. an experience.. staff were still "present" despite the dreadful seating in the farthest corner imaginable, but the kid's alfredo i got was basically just butter, salt and farfalle pasta, not exactly "alfredo" 🤨 the prize in my eyes was the reese's cheesecake: none of that actual "cheese" taste—which is what i wanted—just decadent peanut-buttery fudge cream with chocolate crunch in a dollop of pure, unadulterated sugar; overall just a one-time "check it off the bucket list" type of spot.

Dear Cheesecake Factory, Is this plate really worth the price you ask for it? As well, when someone asks for medium rare, do you normally cook it to well done? Under no circumstances would I recommend the steak n frites plate here! It is a micro steak, and if that was six ounces, I am shocked. With the cost of living where it is, I should get at least what I ask for when I order it. It is good my son was patient, and just ordered a chicken Parm sandwich to replace the steak bite. At least you recognized it and gave us a different menu item. I wouldn't recommend ever sending out such a poor product ever again.

My family and I dined here recently. The wait for a table was about 1 hour, which wasnt horrible because its attached to the mall, so we were able to walk around during our wait. I ordered orange fried cauliflower with rice and veggies, which I saw on their televisions in the waiting area promoting their dishes, though when I went to order, it was not listed on the menu. As there arent many vegetarian dishes, the waiter recommended ordering it anyway, though I was not able to get a concrete detailing or price for the dish. I ordered it with a green/garden salad. Though we all ordered at the same time, all of the plates came out very staggered, at about 15 minutes after one another. This was troublesome for those at the table who wanted to respectfully wait for everyone's food to arrive before eating, but also didn't want their food to get cold. The waiter did not visit our table too often which did not give off a welcoming feel. While all of these things happened, the biggest reason I will never return is because while we were seated to eat, the waiting area was not regulated, and people waiting to get their tables began to surround the filled dining tables and booths, which was both extremely uncomfortable and a large health and safety hazard in my opinion. The garden/green salad looked/tasted very rushed - sparse in vegetables, unclean lettuce, etc. The orange fried cauliflower was very dry and looked nothing like the image (which was all I had to reference). As a whole, I would never recommend this eatery to anyone else. I was so disappointed that I completely skipped dessert. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

I went to the cheesecake factory last night to reward my son for earning the honor roll award this year. He wanted to go to this particular location because he believes the food is better at cerritos. Our service was pretty passive aggressive. The restaurant was packed so I understand it can get busy but this felt like forced "good" customer service. The waiter walked past our table twice and ignored us. The food came out lukewarm, bread came out 15 minutes after requesting it, I asked for additional sauce for my mac and cheese balls that took about 20 minutes, wanted more chips for my spinach dip said they don't provide additional chips to go, asked for 4 to go boxes, provided 3 and I had to go up to the cheesecake bakery counter to ask for another to go box because he ignored me when asking for the missing box. My son couldn't wait to get out of there. Poor kid. Especially when we saw others around us being served with a pleasant smile. Despite all that i tipped him pretty well. He took the check, asked if I needed change because I paid with cash and I gave him an additional $5 to make sure he received a decent tip. Took the $5 while walking backwards to hurry and leave, said thanks and that was it. No thank you for dining, enjoy your night nothing.

Always is a mess. It's always a mess. The service is never good. There's always a long wait. All the other restaurants of the same brand have better service. Today I went to the restaurant and waited over 40 minutes for a table. It's completely disorganized. All the other restaurants have good service and are well-organized. This one always has a waiting list and is so chaotic you lose track of time. I'm never going back. I prefer the restaurant in Huntington Beach or the one in Anaheim.

Ordered food online to be picked up at the curb. No one ever brought the food out. They suck as a company. No one answered the phones when I called to see where the food was and why it was taking so long. Now some of you say, well, get out of your car and walk up and get it. But it's not that possible for everyone. Some people don't walk. Some people have injuries and can't walk. Some people have a broken leg and don't walk well. Some people are bound to a wheelchair and can't walk to get their food, hence the curb side service. Service should not be offered if you arent going to follow through, that is the bottom line.I'm so disgusted. Then to boot, I was told that I had to wait seven days for a refund. Really????? for food that I never received? I mean the charge was in pending status. They could've just canceled it and if they couldn't because it was an online order then they need a better system in place. There are multimillion dollar restaurant chain. They definitely need to do better and at the very least they need to answer their phone. If they're too busy to do curbside service they should turn that feature off on their website. I've never been treated this poorly from a restaurant before. I will NEVER BE BACK. I hate the Cheesecake Factory in Cerritos YOU SUCK.

I walked in and saw many empty seats. The front receptionist did not welcome us at all. To be able to get a seat for a big party of 9, we waited for 30 minutes to see the manager, and then she told us to wait in the front area while preparing the seats. We waited for another 20 minutes to get the seats. Most of the foods we ordered looked good but were too sweet and had a strong flavor. Rice is soaked in the sauce in the middle of the paste. Two flies landed on our food. We could not finish the dishes. We decided not to take the leftovers home because the food tasted bad and nobody would eat them. I pay for an automatic tip of 18% = $68.56. Is that too much for bad service and bad taste in food?

Boo! Why did I pay $7 for three tablespoons of corn? Disappointed I was shortchanged on a side of corn when everything else was superb. Service - amazing. Freshness of our other items - excellent. CCF is typically so consistent on portions which is why we come here. Our order of corn at table side was pretty much a full bowl. Takeout corn is three tablespoons. I feel dumb. Waste of money.
