All I have to say is I'm amazed at everything!!!!! The food!!! The atmosphere!!! The chef!!! I definitely got my money worth coming to this place. The food was damn near cook to perfection. My chef did a fantastic job, he was very entertaining. If you have a birthday or special event they will definitely make your day.

I wish I had come here sooner! This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations. We arrived and were seated immediately, served drinks immediately, and then after we ordered our salads and soups came immediately! We got the teppanyaki meals because we wanted to watch it cook in front of us, and the cook was phenomenal! He cracked jokes, showed off, and gave us a wonderful time, all while cooking our food absolutely perfectly!! My husband’s steak was perfect, and my salmon had a crispy crust and juicy center. The fried rice was flavorful and not dried out. And the prices just were a cherry on top, for having a complete, all-included appetizers, dinner, and a show, I am thoroughly impressed. All the food was made quality and in plentiful amounts! We had many leftovers. If you are debating coming here, you will be pleased beyond all imagining.

We always love Osaka but this time the food flavor was just off. The waitress was very curt & non-welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday and the chef was interactive and very nice though. We'll be back, we know there's going to be off days.

Great place to take the family. Food is good and they put on a nice little show. Seems to be a very popular place for birthdays as they sing a happy birthday song every 5 minutes lol.. only big negative in our opinion is they don't filter their water - it tastes horrible. It's 2026, can you not invest in a water filtration system for your customers??

Fun fun place for birthdays - grown ups or kids. If you go later in evening, there are less kiddos but never been an issue for us. Teppenaki is sooo good and tge chefs are very talented. My kids love, Blue - he's a great chef!

I took myself out for a birthday dinner. After the waiter took my drink order, I let him know I had to go to the bathroom and asked him to not bring my drink until I returned. I never leave my food or drink unattended especially when I’m dining or drinking alone. Both the water and drink were at the table unattended when I returned. I asked him to take them back because I don’t drink unattended drinks. When I reminded him that because I was alone I asked him to not bring my drinks until I came back from the bathroom. His response less than empathetic. He looked around maybe to show me that no one was around to do anything to my drink… but he just didn’t seem to understand my position or point. When he brought the new drinks I felt paranoid and afraid to drink it. Thoughts that it was the same drink or maybe he spit in my drink made me fearful of drinking them. It ruined my evening just thinking like that. I wished he had just waited until I got back from the bathroom before go brought my drinks to the table. The food was good but my feelings about the drink took my birthday joy away. I ended up asking for a box to take my food home. But I threw everything out when I got home.

Food was amazing and our chef was awesome with the kids. The only negative I saw were 2 things. One, The floors were very sticky when walking on them and it smelled a lot like chlorine. Two, there were a lot of cigarettes outside and a cigarette box right outside the door. Spent 10 minutes explaining to my 6 yr when she asked questions. Other than that. Great experience and food was delicious.

Geisha roll and fried rice were the highlights. The rest of the food was bland, especially the dipping sauces. Service was good/prompt. This is a conveyer belt for dinner. They are all about getting you in and out very quickly. It’s also loud and smoky. I personally like the food at Benihana better but the service is better here.

My son for some reason likes this place. I've tried it more than once and am still team @benihana. The rice was very sticky and unseasoned. The lobster was good and the filet was cooked well but neither could compare to Benihana. The price point is far better but you get what you pay for. The service was great and the staff was friendly

I have loved Osaka for years. The Teppanyaki experience is always fun and the food is top notch! However, over the last couple of years, their service has gone downhill exponentially. In particular, they rush their guests out so it feels like a frenzied experience instead of a nice dinner out. Let me expand on this by providing a timeline of what happened when I dined at Osaka this past weekend (we took note of the times throughout the evening because we had been rushed during previous experiences). We had reservations for 7:00 p.m., and we arrived shortly before that. We were not seated until 7:28 - nearly a half-hour after our reservation time. The chef arrived for the show at 7:44 and finished at 8:05. He left the table by 8:08 after cleaning the grill top. Two minutes later, the server dropped the birthday and anniversary desserts at our table. I had barely eaten a couple of bites of my dinner when this dessert arrived. By 8:17, the check was dropped off at our table along with to-go boxes as I was still trying to enjoy my food. During our meal, our server never refilled our waters or checked if we wanted to order another drink (my friend did!). At no other restaurant would you receive your dessert only moments after receiving your full meal. And how rude is it that you're handed/offered a to-go box while you're clearly still eating?!?! The prices are indicative of a nice restaurant, but their actions are similar to a fast-food joint. Definitely go to experience the show and their delicious food, but know that you'll receive sub-par service and feel like you need to inhale your meal.

Nothing special about the food, it's ok. Atmosphere wise, it's high energy on the group table side. You'll hear the Happy birthday song being played several times while you're there and people cheering for tricks their table chefs do. The whole thing is a bit campy.

Lunch started out fine, appetizers were great. Our entrees came out and my entree (Filet Mignon Teppanyaki) was supposed to have white rice, but came with fried rice. I asked if they could fix it (I work in food service, I fully expected them to scrape the fried rice off and put white rice on the plate) but when the runner brought it out to me again, the plate wasn't even wiped. So half of the sauce for my entree was on the underside of the plate when I grabbed it from the runner (plus there were still chunks of fried rice, peas, and carrots on the plate). Someone I was with got the Chicken Curry Rice dish and when the runner brought it out, we were told they only made half of the chicken for the dish and it would take time for the other half to come out. The server also did NOT ask if he wanted white or fried rice with the curry (the menu says it comes with white rice), but then it came out with fried rice AND it was a $2 up charge on the bill! (the curry was also completely lacking flavor). I asked for the manager because for a $30 entree, the plate should’ve been cleaned up a little and the chicken curry should’ve been delivered altogether (it was also 3pm and was not busy at all). If something happened to one of the pieces of chicken, that’s fine, and we would’ve understood had that been communicated. Our server then tried to find the manager, “Sky” is apparently her name, for the rest of the 30 minutes that we were there but apparently couldn’t. Yet then called her to get approval for a coupon we were using?? Not sure why she couldn’t come to our table. But then as we were leaving, I saw Sky, the manager, come out of the back with food for a bar top customer, while also holding a Lululemon shopping bag in her hand?? Very odd experience, maybe they just have B team on when it’s slow. Would not recommend coming back.

We were here on a busy Saturday for a birthday celebration. A party of 7 with a reservation. We arrived on time for our reservation and still had to wait 40+ minutes with toddlers for our table. The staff at the welcome desk were super casually dressed and not very apologetic about the wait. The restaurant, bathroom and even peeks into the kitchen were pretty dirty, food all over the ground, toilet paper everywhere in the bathroom. I wasn’t even comfortable setting my toddler on the toilet and had to hold him over the top. Lastly, after we ordered and had our meal prepared, the birthday girl only got half of what she ordered (she ordered steak and shrimp and only got steak), so we had to wait longer for the shrimp to be cooked. Is teppanyaki fun? Of course, the dinner show is fun, the drum birthday song is cute (and playing nonstop), but this particular location will not be one that I visit again.

So I feel really bad having to leave a negative review because we REALLY wanted to like this place. I wanted to bring my partner here for his birthday and we had been so excited. We came on Thursday (6/19/25) thinking it wasn't going to be super crazy... We were wrong it was a mad house, but you know they were doing what they could. So first issue, we came as a couple and they sat us with a family of 7. 2 adults and 5 kids under 10. Usually would never have been an issue but we wanted something more adultish so whatever it was fine. Second issue, So my partner is a vegetarian and we had asked our server before hand if there was anyway we could get the fish and stuff cooked separately or before they used the stuff for meat because fish and shrimp cook faster and he said yes they can do it in the kitchen. Cool fine when our chef came out everything was thrown together on the grill and same utensils were used to cross contaminate everything. So right away we asked our server about the situation and instead of helping fix the issue he hands us a menu so we could order more food and spend more money because they didn't communicate it better. My partner had to go talk to the manager, She was really helpful in correcting the situation but it wasn't helpful when you have to sit there while your food gets cold waiting for your partners food to come out. Third issue, By the time it did come my food was just not good. We had ordered all seafood and as soon as we tried it it was very fishy tasting like we have seafood a lot and when its got that extra fishy taste YKIYK. We just were done with it at that point. Everything with tip came out to be like a 100 dollars. OK so usually that would be no issue except that is A LOT of money to go somewhere you think is going to be nice and it ends up like going to chili's or Applebee's. And I wasn't looking for like a 5 star restaurant but from the pictures and the 4.5 star reviews it seemed like it had potential. We are just disappointed because something that was supposed to be fun and cute was just the total opposite. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. Spending 100 bucks way more of a waste than what we thought was going to be a fun birthday dinner. If you do come here just go in expecting the worst so at least that way if its better then you won't be so disappointed.
