I love Fuddruckers! I have childhood memories of visiting when on vacation and loving it - and it still holds true today. This last time, I got the chili cheese dog and my wife got a hamburger. Their staff was extremely friendly and they made our food quickly. I love being able to manage our toppings ourselves. The place was clean. It was pretty busy, but we went on a Friday night. I would highly recommend visiting!

It was kind of nostalgic to find one today! I remember eating at Fuddruckers in the 90's and always loved it. Fresh 🍖 for their burgers, great fries and awesome BBQ sauce! You get to decorate your own burger with all the toppings you want at their fresh topping bar!

Pretty great place for a meal. You get to choose from 4 different burger sizes and they even have a plant based one. Food is great and you get to choose your own topics. Only thing I can warn you about is that cheese sauce they have by the ketchup and mustard dispensers. That first bite is probably going to be molten lava and nothing can prepare you for it. You'll be ok. I promise. That second bite though, heaven. They have a little arcade section for kids, sell beer for dads and a freestyle coke machine. A little pricy but worth it.

Tasty burgers made with fresh ingredients. The hamburger buns are a staple here and the fries are cut thick and served hot. The self serve bar is organized and convenient. There is also a small game room. Great food and service, I will be back!

We have had good luck with this Fuddruckers at lunch. The place is not too crowded, the food is cooked properly and comes out in a reasonable time and they keep the condiments, etc., stocked. Friends who have come here for dinner sometimes find problems. This time my wife tried their Frito Pie Burger and liked it. They were running a special on the Rib Eye Steak sandwich, so I had that. We were happy.

My siblings ordered before I did (2 burgers and 2 kids meal for my bro) ( burger milk shake and 2 kids meal for my sis) it wasn't that busy, I ordered some sort of Western burger with caramelized onions, barbecue sauce, and blue cheese, a drink with fries, and an order of onion rings. We waited for about maybe 15 mins which isn't bad because we 8 people in our party and it all came out within mins of each other. Was sad to see they stop putting ranch out so now you have to ask for it. Getting my food went back I didn't put any toppings on it because the carmo onions blue cheese and sause I thought it would be enough. Taking a bite of the burger they put a bunch of onions on it which isn't bad just a lot fell off I was upset to see that there was barely any Bleu cheese on it as I am a big fan of Bleu cheese. The burger was alright I asked for it to be medium it did come out well done I don't know why they ask how you would like it cook if they cook it well done. The fries were alright just their normal fries but the onion rings were the best they improved on those a lot they taste like cactus blossom from Texas road house in ring form. We all finished our food and they didn't ever give my sister her shake. So they gave her one in a to go cup which is way smaller then the one she would have gotten. Plus they messed up the kids meal so it was a struggle trying to get all 4 kids their cookies because we only had 3 cookie tickets not 4. Which you can see at the top they ordered 4 kids meals. *So fast service (except for the shake) *Accuracy of order was not to good *Quality of food the onion rings where the best thing. The burger did need more cheese. * Friendliness of staff needs work My advice CHECK TO MAKE SURE ORDER IS RIGHT.

This Fuddruckers is hit and miss on getting the order correct at this location. Why they ask how you want your burger prepared is just a formality because 50% of the time you get whatever they have precooking on the grill. They used to be good, but this store must be managed with a fast food managers mentality. Honestly, I'm tired of taking my order back to have it redone and after the way it was last handled, I don't trust them to remake my food. Medium Rare - it's not that difficult, you can somehow figure out the plastic marker to put into the bun, now make the meat match the order. I don't like my burgers to be gray on the inside and crunchy on the outside. And it's not 100% Delicious.

Ive gone to Fuddruckers since I was a kid. This is the last time I will be going or taking my family there. Ive given this place several chances. The last time I was here was 10 months ago, and STILL, their soda machine is broken, they're offering cans of soda, tables are dirty, theyve got unprofessional printouts blocking menu items that are out of stock, things are broken, tables are dirty. They dont even play atmosphere music! The last few times this has been the case. Worse yet, my chicken tenders were trash. One was hard as a rock, breading shredding off it, and one of them is hardly even a tender. I mean just look at this! Disgraceful. Im convinced theyre intentionally not keeping up on repairs or investing back into the business because they intend on the location closing down over time. Nothing else makes sense. What a waste of a once 5-star restaurant and staple of my family.

Ok here we go... I want to preface with I'm 32 and have been going to this location since I was a kid. This location is where my definition of a great burger was written. With that said, what I walked into today was a dying franchise. It is important, that I point out the customer service was wonderful, fast, and polite; they are not my issue at all. Let's start with the first impression. We were greeted with sad hand written signs that simply listed all the things that they were out of. It's strange times, supply chain issues, higher expenses, so we shook it off. It meant I wasn't going to be getting my bison burger I came for, but hey, I can adapt. As we approached the counter we realized the soda machines are down and they were offering cans instead. It was explained that it's a supplier issue; in my restaurant experience, that hits more as poor ordering, but ok I'll buy it. I don't really care for the customizable soda machines anyway, the flavors are always slightly off, especially with the Sprites. So once again, we adapted, and took the can soda they offered. Perhaps changing back to soda lines would be smart here. Now, this is where our "we aren't coming back" solidification came in. First, the meat. Absolutely, not acceptable. They compromised on the one thing they shouldn't have. They now serve what can only be described as the cheapest, least flavorful, mass produced pucks. I've stopped going to places who serve this kind of patty. If these are hand pressed into this shape, then my only critique is, that was a poor choice, and the meat blend is awful. The meat used to be glorious, on display through a window, they valued it so much. Now it's had the life pressed out of it, lacks any specific flavor, and just tastes how the restaurant atmosphere feels, dead. They even went as far as getting rid of their signature wedges. What came out were knock off Red Robin steak fries. My husband got their new "thin fries" which oddly had the old wedges flavor, but were so limp and soggy, that I spit it right back out. We only got 1/3 lbs. Burgers, and didn't finish them, despite being very hungry. I don't say any of this to be hurtful, it's honest feedback from a loyal patron. This is a far fall. Maybe they are just trying to stay afloat and are buying cheaper faster items, but my feedback is GO BACK, before it's too late. Customers dont always offer feedback, they just stop coming, saying "Oh how sad, they used to be good." I don't want this to happen here.
