Ben & Jerry's on Franklin Street has the best team. Ciara was so sweet and Manager Mel top notch! I tried the Berry Berry Extraordinary and Lemonade but blended! It was the most refreshing delicious summer drink I have ever had! Loved the vibes and the shop is so clean.

Went in craving a root beer float and sadly they did not have it available. Mel, the store manger, got us right. He told us if we went and got root beer, he would make it for us. Went to raising canes, bought root beer, brought it back. Mel gladly took the root beer and made perfect float. Great experience, great float, friendly staff that went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Would definetly recommend. Especially with canes root beer. 10/5 stars

I had such a wonderful experience at this ice cream shop today, thanks to Dan! From the moment I walked in, Dan greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was incredibly friendly, patient, Dan even helped me pick the perfect combination!

Daniel was so great with our group! He patiently waited on all 4 kids as they made their choices and kindly served the adults in our group. He was friendly and made the whole experience wonderful, especially on a super hot day! Well done Daniel!

Fun memories but super overpriced. I paid like $10 for a cone of ice cream…but it was a really nice ice cream cone. I love the ambiance and location!

Customer service great - Hattie, Daniel, and John were amazing. However, it was so hot because the air wasn’t working, ice cream was melting so quick, I was sweating buckets. Please fix this as I would love to come back.

I’ve had a few really negative experiences at this store! The most recent time, I walked in to a completely empty store (all staff in the back and nobody seemed to be intent on getting out quickly.) This has happened in the past as well! Once in the store, I went to the restroom, which had urine on the seat, an empty toilet paper roll, and no paper towels. It’s clear that management and staff do not pay attention to those details. After leaving the restroom, someone was finally out from the back. I was visiting with both of my parents and the staff member was extremely rude and unwilling to answer their questions about how many flavors they could have with different sizes. The employee would just grunt and nod or shake his head and looked absolutely miserable to be there. By the time it was my turn to order, I felt like too much of a burden for this employee and decided not to order. I understand people have bad days, but this seems to be a pattern at this particular ben and Jerry’s and I’d urge anyone thinking about going there to go somewhere they have a better trained and friendlier staff.

I don’t normally leave reviews but my waffle cone was so unbelievably stale I don’t want ben and Jerry’s for a while. I’m sad I paid $11 for something I can’t even finish because of how inedible it is

Man behind the counter definitely needs to help customers understand the dynamics of ordering. We gave him the size we wanted (usually places l've been to get the cup or cone then ask what you would like served) and then just stared and says.. okay... what do you want.. I was confused and thought he didn't hear the size .. so l repeated the size and he gets frustrated and says.. okay.. and... what. what did you want in that cup.. I explain that I'm sorry I thought he was going to get the cup and replied "oh and you need to see the cup or what?" May 28th 9:45 pm
