Good service,Great food with a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.

The food was spectacular, and the service was fantastic. We had the Brazilian Chicken lunch buffet ($12) and it was a very loaded setting. Only drawback was the desserts were not refilled often between 12-1, so we did not get to try more than the cookies. Will definitely be back!

We were very impressed. We had a reservation and Called on the way because we lost our gift card. The man on the phone was very helpful and assured us that he could look it up for us. He did in fact find it and we were delighted. We enjoyed everything! The cold bars have so much to choose from and it was all delicious. My husband is Brazilian and really enjoyed himself and said it reminded him of his moms cooking! All the wait staff and meat servers were extremely nice and prompt. We will be back.

They're a little off the path for most uptown workers but it's worth the walk. The food's great and the price isn't outrageous. I'd give them 5 stars if they offered a take out option. Buffets aren't really my style. Edit: They now offer a take out option. Its a little pricier than I would like, but the same can be said for most places in uptown. Solid five stars.

This Place!!!! My son took me here for Mothers Day lunch and I was so impressed. We elected to have the buffet instead of the carving which suited me just fine. The buffet was extremely clean, no droppings of food, no dressings on the counter, it was just amazing. The food was piping hot, a very nice variety of things to choose from and the chicken, something or other, I said I was going to remember the name, was out of this world. The desserts, oh the desserts, that's all I can say!! I definitely recommend going here, it is near Uptown, but worth the drive and hope for a good parking space, which we lucked out.

Had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before, and was taken last night for my birthday. AMAZING. I shouldn't have eaten anything all day before and should have not gotten any salad or sides. Meat was amazing, chef was great, very kind and went above and beyond. Server was great as well. I drink a lot of water, and my glass was never empty. The entire experience was excellent!! Highly recommended

My husband and I went for a date night here (first visit) and both were incredibly impressed! The service was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. The manager even visited our table a couple of times to make sure everything was to our liking/if we needed anything. Hand sanitizer was thoughtfully placed throughout the restaurant which we both thought was very courteous. I wish we would’ve taken a picture of our food (it was a spread!!) but didn’t think about until afterwards. Come prepared to eat and enjoy!

We had an amazing experience at Brazz. We went on a Monday night for my birthday dinner and the staff was awesome. It was a slow night in the restaurant but they made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing, the chef came out and spoke with us about our meal. The server was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. The food was amazing!!! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for the Brazilian dinning experience.

Came here on a Thursday night when it was not very crowded. The staff and service were absolutely amazing! The food was even better. The chef was very engaging which added to the experience. I would definitely recommend coming here. I plan on taking my parents here the next time they visit!

Simply amazing! The food was cooked perfectly. The service was great, with a friendly and inviting spirit. My eyes and taste buds kept wanting more but my stomach was beyond stuffed. There is no doubt that I will be coming here again the next time I'm in Charlotte. Well done guys.

Always a wonderful experience. Wonderful selection of Brazilian Meats seasoned and hot off the grill. Great salad bar with a good mix in the cold and hot bar. The service is fantastic. They will also comp your parking ticket for the garage, just ask the host on your way out.

The food was good. The service was a little slow but there was a large party at the restaurant taking up a lot of the waiter's time and he seemed to be the only one working. The waiter was friendly and apologetic for the delays so I'm not counting that against them. At first I thought the price was a little high, but we were able to eat from the buffet, as much as we wanted and there were plenty of options there. Non alcoholic drinks were also included and the cuts of meat were superb, so well worth the price. The location is in the middle of downtown, so we were able to walk around and see some of the sights after eating. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

Before covid this was our go to place when we needed a place that could easily accommodate a large group for lunch. Needless to say its been a couple years since my last visit. I was really surprised to see that we had to order from a menu instead of the buffet-style lunch I was looking forward to. I am happy to say that while this was not the experience we were expecting, all of our food was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was delicious 😋. I do hope that they are able to bring back the buffet lunch at some point but until.then I will happily return for the steak sandwich.

My family and I enjoyed a great dinner last evening before our show. Our waiter was wonderful and the carvers were spot on. Totally enjoyed the selection of items at the "salad / side" bar. Hard to make a selection...they were all mouth watering! I ordered the chicken which melted in my mouth. My husband enjoyed the full selection of meats with the top sirloin being his favorite! Definitely returning to this restaurant!

Attentive staff. We got there at 5:30 with reservations. It was pretty quiet and relaxed throughout the entire time we were there. The food was hot, absolutely delicious and constantly being offered (which I love!). They did a great job of letting us know how each piece was cooked so we all got what we wanted. The salad bar had a fantastic variety, and the hot salmon dish was one of my favorites of the night. We tried all of the deserts on the menu. Personally, I would love to see a fresh fruit option or something that isn't brought in from an outside vendor (but this is so minor!) Definitely a great place to bring your family or friends.

We had a wonderful time at Brazz! Starting out, our server was absolutely wonderful. He was very busy, but managed to stay on top of each one of his tables. The food was Delicious! The meats were on par! At one point, we had to ask for some that were a little more done to our tastes. However, the staff was great about it! The only parts that could have been <5 star were the size of the salad/soup bar and dessert isn't included (especially for being $45+ a plate!). My first Brazilian Steakhouse was in Michigan and it offered quite a bit more selection for the salad/soup bar and dessert was included, BUT everything on the bar we tasted was great! We would definitely recommend to others!

Not deserving of that fifth star. One guy was being pushy on giving me meat. Especially the chicken, the cheap stuff. He even dropped nuggets on my plate when I denied the food. That really upset me. He did not ruin the overall experience. I like the environment, the other employees were kind, listened, and made sure we were tended to when we wanted, and the food was really good. I like the steaks and the desserts. I had an Australian red wine, it was fantastic. The feel of the place is good. It is pricier than you may want, but I am happy I went during my visit to Charlotte. Recommend it to anyone stopping by the city! 👌

Had a taste for something different and chose this restaurant on a whim. Intimate setting, looks like they offer buffet style dining, but it wasn't available during my visit. Staff was very friendly and courteous. It was our first time at a Brazilian eatery and our waitress explained everything in the menu and made recommendations as well. Food was delicious and seasoned great. We had combo #2 which feeds 2-3 people. It offered a variety of meats: chicken, steak and beef, and also shrimp. It also came with four sides. We had the fried plantains, mixed veggies, french fries for the kids and black beans. We also added bacon wrapped scallops to our order. The meat was cooked to our desired consistency and placed over a burner in the table. The only issue we had was with the scallops. The bacon was a bit raw. Asides from that, it was a great first time experience.

I've been to a few Brazilian steak houses and this was worth the money. The cuts of meat were good and seasoned to my liking. The side foods could have been more plentiful but what was there was really good. If you are a serious carnivore and in the area then I recommend trying this restaurant.

The food was good, presentation could of been better. Like all places short staffed no bartender but service was good. Just need better presentation to showcase quality food.

We went with a very large party, and had made reservations. Our server was very attentive and our drinks never went empty. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. We loved it!

I can appreciate this version of a Brazilian steakhouse. Some days you just can't do an AYCE like Chima or Estampa Gucha (especially when you already did an AYCE for breakfast)! Did restaurant week and it was a set amount of meat compared to previous years when Brazz was still AYCE.

My wife and I had a great time here, and a memorable meal. As carvery type restaurants go, it was pretty good. Not the best, but close. The restaurant was comfortable and we did not feel crowded even when the place had a lot of customers. Service was excellent. We both recommend this restaurant. Not as pricey as some of the other Brazilian-type establishments we have sampled in this area.

Food was good. Restaurant was understaffed, I don't know if that is normal, or it was just the night I was there. Service was good, but it took a few minutes to be greeted and once sat, it took some time to see the waiter. Once the order was in, food and drinks came out quickly. Service was good, but not prompt, too few people, trying to cover the number of tables.

The one in Asheville NC is so much better. The one in Charlotte NC it was like they were short staffed. Our table kept getting skipped. And our waitress kept forgetting our order for drinks . It was not a lot of people to be served. They were nice just slow and forgetful. The bathroom is on outside of restaurant was a Lil dirty . The food was OK. But my experience here on my birthday was sad and very disappointing.

We decided to celebrate my husband's 54th Birthday here and I just want to say that the food was absolutely delicious. But because the service sucked 👎🏽 I'm only giving them a 3 star rating⭐

Idk If it was because it was restaurant week, but their sausage was terrible, waited 30 minutes before even getting a drink and another 30 for the food! The cake was terrible tasted like box cake that I can make at home.

Ate here during a lunch which was a buffet. The food was pretty good, though I don't recall it being anything too special or outstanding. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and this was during peak lunchtime hours.

First of all, the Google hours are wrong. it opens at 4pm on Saturdays. The food here was good, but not quite worth the price. It cost $42 per person for the rodizio here. The top sirloin and garlic steak were both amazing, as was the cheese bread and soup. The chicken and lamb were not very good though. The best thing about the restaurant was the service. Amazing service... Never let your glass get half empty and always very quick if you ask for anything. Brought new plates constantly and always checking in. I'd give the service 5/5 stars.

The staff was friendly but the food was just OK. I have eaten at a lot of Brazilian steakhouses all over this country, and I expect a higher quality of the food and a special experience. We did not get that here. Half the sides were inedible. Not having the salad/hot bar is a negative as well as not being able to truly choose the type of meat you want and waste meat you didn't want.

My first time here the food was amazing and seasoned to perfection my Sangria was watered down had absolutely no favor (once we stated we didn’t like the drinks the waiter just came back to the table and laid receipt on table with no explanation) no manager came out to speak. We asked for another salsa and the waiter told us he would have to check and of course the answer no though altogether it was a $100 meal a small of bowl for four people and paid $100 ANNNNDDDD still CANT get another of salsa! Not understanding! Another issue instead of the waiter walking around the table as you should with fine dining he reached over us and just wasn’t taught the proper way of how to serve food. The whole night no manager or supervisor didn’t come out to assist or ask how our night was or nothing! I’ll be back for the meat but nothing else.

We have been here four times. The first time was very good and they served us this incredible pineapple dessert at the end. We were sold on the pineapple. We returned three more times hoping for the pineapple and they didn't have it. We asked each time. Very disappointing. The taste in the meat seems to have declined as well. I have found that the flavor leaves much to be desired on everything but the garlic steak. Sad but we will not be returning. Definitely on the lower end of Brazilian steakhouses, but decent enough that you can take a family and dress casual. We are just so disappointed on the pineapple that we don't want to come back.

When I brought it back I was told all he could do was have it thrown back on the grill. Then told me I could leave it on the bar. Never offered to remake it or refund my money. I already took everything off the burger and only wanted ketchup mustard lettuce and pickles. No pickles no ketchup completely made wrong. A complete disaster had to go back to work without lunch we’ll I did eat the fries.

Bar couldn't make a Long Island and the food was horrible. Pork was not cooked correctly, chicken croquettes were super greasy, grilled vegetables were hard and undercooked. The cheese bread had no cheese in it.. This was my plate for restaurant week. Looks like a high school tray.

bad attention from the waiter, he thought I had to guess what was on the menu or how the menu is handled at noon, he almost threw the plate on me, anyway... horrible . and the meat that was there was horrible full of blood, nothing to do with other restaurants like Chima or Ríos they are class restaurants and with a staff that takes care of you perfectly. sorry but yell at you behind the bar and tell you have a seat and then tell you to stand up and help yourself, that's not customer service, it's supposed to come and ask you what you want to eat or how the restaurant works at that time, I have a restaurant and That is definitely not the protocol for serving a customer in a restaurant, especially not in Uptown Charlotte. In the end, personally, the attention was bad and the food honestly did not look appetizing at all.

We (party of 3)went during restaurant week 1-28-22 @ 7:15 we were so excited…. So very disappointed the water came out with lip stick on the glasses, the food came out on a elementary school silver tray, the shrimp was old and over cooked, replaced, the lamb was bloody and too tough to chew it was thrown away , the chicken croquettes were indescribable (unfavorable), Brazilian cheese bread we literally spit it out not sure what it was made of, the rice was good, the black beans were edible the sausage was very small but good. The food looks nothing like online neither does the restaurant the service was extremely slow, however the waitress was pleasant the pork was ok had I noticed the sauces available (A1, 57 etc) it would have made it better just not a good experience at all I would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible customer service. It's family owned and clearly they are not familiar with the customer service standards we have here. Both managers(husband and wife) were unfriendly and rude when I tried getting take out food from their buffet. I was told over the phone that the price was 5.00 per lb for a to go box. When I got there and asked, the woman very rudely cut me and told me "NO THAT IS NOT THE PRICE AND I WOULDN'T HAVE TOLD YOU THAT!" Then they acted so hesitant to give me a to go box! Their manner and tone was very rude. And their food is not that great for the price!! The rare meat at the meat station was almost raw and the other food is lukewarm and not very tasty. I dined in once before and was not that impressed but decided recently to give them another try. I won't be going back! It's not worth the money anyway, and I have many choices on where to eat my lunch.

We had a reservation for 2 at 6PM on 12/11/2021. We waited to be seated. No one was there to seat us. After 5 minutes, the people waiting to be seated behind us went to the bar and asked for all of us to be seated. We were seated. After 20 minutes, no one had even come to serve us water. We left. On the way out, we explained why we were leaving, and the hostess basically shrugged. We will not return.

Horrible experience, cold food, old dried up sides at the cold bar, several kids running around and babies crying. A waste of$100. Did not get to try the 10 meats only 6 they kept bringing out the same stuff. Poor customer service, meat was cold/ some sizzling hot. They ask you how do you like your meat cooked we say well done but they only brought out medium cooked meat. Smh it was really horrible and not one person there cared. We will never forget this anniversary.

Went for restaurant week tonight. Me and my girlfriend were going to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and we were excited to try this place. Place was awful tonight. We were seated and was not told how everything worked and was confused from the get go. We were never told how the meat was cooked until we finally had received two pieces of meat that left both plates with a Puddle of blood. The meats were tough and just not worth the $35 price. I hope you do not have your sites set on having a rotation of meat. Within the hour and a half we were there we were offered Sausage around 10 times and every other meat maybe twice. We Did not even see two of the meats that was offered. Even when the other meats came to the table they were already cold by the time they hit our plate. The sides were cold and the soup tasted 100% like Campbell’s Tomato soup. The salad bar was dirty and during our visit was never cleaned. If I was you I would stay away from this very expensive restaurant!
