There is a large selection of food here, and the sweet tea was delicious. If you're dining in as a family, the experience is nothing fancy, but its clean and has a pizzeria sort of feel. They have a TV playing the news in one section. And just tables in the other section. This is an "order at the counter and seat yourself" place, meaning there is not a wait staff. As for the food, they have a buy one get one free pizza deal which was an excellent surprise. The whole dinner cost us about $13 per person, but that's just because we splurged with appetizers, drinks, and baklava for dessert.

The website has different prices than the actual menu. Ordered a pizza and said I only wanted certain items on it. Told them just these items. Got the pizza and it is covered with green and black olives that I had to pick off. Half of the veggies on it were olives. Asked for extra sauce and got barely any. The garlic bread barley has any butter and is dry and stale. Alfredo tastes like it's the cheapest canned sauce ever. It had no flavor and we had to season it afterwards to make it just alright. Went to return pizza and garlic bread and they said they would remake it and no refund. I don't even want it, it was horrible.

Not the same level of food quality or customer service as before kitchen fire. Website a totally messed up, old menus, different locations listed, need to step up to get old regulars back, price increases make it a hard choice these days.

I had worked 10 hours and ordered spaghetti and a Greek salad. I live over 25 minutes away and found I had no salad when I got home. I called for a manager. A 16 year old told me, I'm just kid and can't do that. There was no manager present. I called the next day for a manager and was told to bring the whole order back. I was not driving over 30 back after 9pm, I just worked that night. Is your policy to cheat people? I love your pizzas but I can not stand dishonesty. Something could have been done. A refund or credit would have been great.

It's like Rafael's used to be, only a little worse and with higher prices... but the patio is nicer and they fixed that collapsed wall. I'm editing this review to say thank you to the owner for responding because we really need this to be our go-to weeknight restaurant.

Just got off work at 4:00 pm after only having 5 hours sleep. Thought let’s just have pizza something quick and easy. That was a mistake. Was getting a to go order and waited forever and then told they could refund my money because the power had went off a very few seconds and it would take the ovens a while to reheat. I said I would do the refund. Then another worker spoke up and said that it would only be 5-10 minutes. I said ok I will wait. Sat back down. Later the other girl came up to me and said they would have to refund me that it may take the bank several days to put the money back. I live on a single income and need my money. Needless to say I came on home with no food because I didn’t have more money to spend somewhere else because I used it there. 😡😡😡😡

I visited Rafael when they reopened I got a lasagna and a chicken Slovakia on a pita I got home the lasagna looked fine but my chicken Slovakia on a pita had nothing but chicken in it so I called down there and asked him should the chicken Slovakia have more than just chicken in it they said he asked should have peppers and a sauce to come with it a cucumber sauce I said okay could I get replaced another day because I do not want to drive back out there they said yes and they wrote my name down.. so then I went back like 2 weeks later to try it again and when I went in there I explained to them what happened and they were arguing me telling me that I should have went in there the next day to get it replaced but why would I want to eat the same place back to back days it makes no sense to me then they said they probably threw away the paper with my name on it to replace my meal The two people in the front counter and the manager were arguing with me they did not want to replace my food at all so I just paid for the food and left I got home open my food and wow what would you think it was messed up again now my chicken pita was not even a sandwich it was a pita cut up into triangles with chicken and peppers right on top if I can I will submit a picture to show everyone I will never go back to this place again they really don't care about the customer

Be aware that while the menu has 2 for 1 pizza in very large letters, they no longer honor that unless you specifically tell them that you want the 2 for 1 deal. It’s good pizza, but it’s not THAT good. Personally I prefer to patronize restaurants that actually provide what the menu says when you order it.
