In and out always have good food with a simple menu. They are usually very busy with limited seating depending when you come. Parking can be a hassle as well since they are packed. Aside from this they are a good place to eat with very helpful and friendly staff.
Got there just before noon we went inside to eat. The line was surprisingly not long. We ordered 2 double 🙌 didn't have to wait to fine a table. Didn't take long to receive our foot. All and all it was great
Such a good, affordable, quick bite to eat. You can never go wrong with In-N-Out Burger!!! The only downside is it's so busy it can be hard to find a place to sit & the drive through is always long...but I guess that also just proves it's worth it 😋

The morning crew on Dec 15 2025 was above and beyond. We came in around opening and had the best in n out I’ve ever had. We have come here a lot for the last 15 years and this was the absolute best I have ever had. We are never disappointed here, but we’ve had in n out in two other states and it’s never been as good as Chico. The whole crew was in a great mood, and super friendly. The food was so fresh and amazing. Happy holidays yall thanks for making our day!
It was great but always very overwhelming since so many people were there. Got my order out from going inside fast!!! I always recommend going inside for faster service if you are able to.
Delicious as always, but if the drive through line is out to the street, just walk inside to order. Way faster.
After being gone 6 years california living in northwest wisconsin, i'm being able to come back to California. The animal style cheeseburger did not disappoint. My wife also had the animal style cheeseburger protein style, and it is her favorite. It was also top notch We have Culvers back here and they have really good burgers with everything. Yeah, but you have to specially ask for the melted cheese. It makes a big difference, good job.

Great food like all locations. This restaurant attracts a lot of business, but they move the customers through efficiently. They were well-staffed when I was there and the staff at the register properly dealt with the issue when my order was messed up. Thank you for making it right In-n-Out Chico. Indoor and outdoor seating, easy highway access. This place upholds the high expectations for the chain. Thanks for the great memories.
I love In and Out! Probably my most favorite restaurant since moving to California. I have Celiac Disease and they do a wonderful job keeping my food safe and with cross contamination they do superb. I’ve never gotten sick yet from eating at In and Out! I get the Protein Style burger with fries and it’s always the same and delicious. I also appreciate how friendly and nice the staff always are. Thanks for making a great place for us to enjoy!

The food here was amazing, as for any In-N-Out Burger. There is ample seating and the location is perfect for those long drive-thru lines. This location in particular doesn’t leave chillies out unless you ask which I found interesting. Overall, I would visit again. I would recommend the double double with chopped chilies and grilled onions. With a side of fries with grilled onions and spread. Basically animal style fries without the cheese.

Wonderful 3X3 animal style with 2 extra cheese. Quick and unwrapped. Best bang for the buck in these challenging economic times. Staff is great and place is clean.

I love how efficient the staff are. They are always cheerful, courteous, and quick, even when it's super busy. My kids like food, even my pickiest eater, and I appreciate how accommodating they are to requests like protein style burgers, extra crispy fries, and extra sauce packets. My 7yo LOVES the free hot cocoa for kids on rainy days. My favorite thing about this location is the employee, Kirk. He is like the In-N-Out grandpa and he keeps the place clean during rushes and busy times. I appreciate his work and his smile!

Staying at a hotel across the street I saw a continuous lineup for this drive-in restaurant. So, over I went to give it a try, now I understand why there's always a lineup. The key: friendly service, simple menu and consistently good food.

They did a great job at this location. Rolled up at 1030am, no line whatsoever. Got my food, properly made, great customer service with it as well. Fries were amazing, the touch of pepper was nice. All in, I will definitely be back, line or no line.

The burgers are good, but the fries SUCK. I absolutely hated the fries. They are too hard and not enough salt. Always too busy, like fr who wants to wait an hour just to get a burger and then wait even more time to actually receive it?

Toasted Double double bun soaking wet and everything cooked to different temperatures even fries tasted like a few batches and recooked thrown together. Both me and friend found this order to be below average ....I would have preferred to wait 5 more minutes and gotten fresh instead of redone refried soaking food during a busy lunch rush. The food was amazing as always! I have to get wraps because I have an unusual illness that I can not eat sucrose. I ordered a diet coke but apparently the server (who was clueless and messed up our order serving 1 burger instead of 4 and then started to argue) must have given me a regular coke instead. Now I am in pain 9+/10 which i will have to deal with for possibly up to two weeks. I wish people would understand that not everyone that orders diet are only worried about weight gain, but some of us have illnesses that can be extreme pain inducing or even life threatening. The server had no idea what he was doing and was just laughing about our order. Yes, I share the guilt of this pain, i should have known better, but I have always found in n out to be trustworthy until now
