Always fresh. Love the salad bowl. Their flavors are great. This time the chicken was a bit tough/dry, and the guy making then was a but stingy with dressing. Don't be afraid to ask for more!

Owner is very kind and welcoming, so are the other employees. Food is good and service is usually fast, it's a great environment here.

Pita Pit is a great place in downtown Chico for vegetarians and even vegans. They have a good breakfast sandwich served all day that I get most often but they have beyond meat bits that are kind of like chicken textured for some protein in your pita. Always great customer service too and quick and clean in these corona times. Between subway and mod in terms of toppings offered.

I love the Double Meat Wed special for only 99 cents! Great food that makes you feel good. There options for everyone, the meat lover, the vegetarian and even those vegan folks. Always clean and great staff!

There was a piece of plastic in my pita that I almost swallowed. Everyone was very nice about it, and they handled the situation very professionally. The pita was delicious so I can’t really complain. Good customer service :)

Haven’t been to pita out in five years and boy has it improved! Staff are super friendly and accommodating to special requests. Super Greek is AMAZING and I will be craving it for sure. The Shug sauce is incredible. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st time there. I give 3☆'s, cuz the service was great, the lady who took my order was very helpful, answered all my questions, & made a solid suggestion I truly appreciate. The Gyro I got was really not good. Mostly it was the meat, it was gross tbh. Otherwise, place was clean, quiet, relaxed & nice for eating alone, or with others. So I will have to go back to try something else before I can really say, hate or love.

Took over 40 mins for one bowl and one pita, it was 12 dollars for a pita that was smaller than the size of my hand, it was also cold, the kid working the counter acted like he didn’t wanna be there. The build your own bowl came with avocado, he may have put less than three little pieces in there. There was also almost no clarity on how the “build your own” process worked. The smoothie I got, also terrible tasted like quite literally nothing.

I used to be a big fan of this place, ever since moving to chico 4 years ago. i would come at least once a week for a while and raved about this place to friends/coworkers, but honestly it’s just gone down hill. the new workers aren’t friendly or welcoming, and customer service is a big part of enjoying your experience somewhere. this wasn’t just a one off day, but my last multiple visits. my food the last few times hasn’t tasted very well, i didn’t even end up getting 5 bites into my last pita before throwing it out, despite it being what I usually go to. food quality + cm service will not have me back.

food is great the people that work there are very nice but, there is a female worker there that was newly training and she is very unprofessional and customer service was at a 0. she was rude and kept glaring at me and my mother it was just weird and i don’t normally do this but that’s not the type of person I’d like to be greeted by when walking into a business.

Ok, well I was not going to say anything it’s not a big deal but, it bothered me. I go in to the Pita Pit. There is no one to greet you as you come in. There is no one anywhere? Ok well I just want to buy a coke. They have an ice box with coke in it. That maybe an old term (ice box). I go over and get one. Ok now I want to pay for it? Ok no one around. Ok I step around the corner to see if anyone is here. I find one poor guy working hard to make a pita sandwich. Ok he comes out and said don’t come back here. I can’t understand him.. how I’m I going to pay for my coke? Ok so I’m a pretty old guy so I’m not used to this new work environment. It was not the guy fault ,it just he needed help. This is not a Subway..

Slow service, way too expensive for a small. Eight dollars to build your own pita and it's smaller than my hand. Don't waste the time or your money. Many better places to eat downtown
