Amazing food , high quality! friendly, much improvement in the last half a year on the customer side. Love the new decor and there are quite a few different cheese steaks you can choose from. Some of the best curly fries I've ever had in Chico as well!

Always great sandwiches. I get the same one every time and split it between two people with one side of curly fries and it fills us both up to the point of bursting! So delicious! I love the spicy peppers and sweet peppers they have in the sammies, as well!

Simple & delicious! Menu is pretty basic but has all the fixing you would want on a Philly. They have a kids menu also. There is a vegetarian sandwich that looks pretty dang good also! Priced appropriately and you can choose how large you want your sandwich as well.

Aww man this place really is habit forming! Their King Gilroy is amazing and the added roasted garlic cloves create quite the nice touch. I would definitely eat there again!

Been here a handful of times now and the food is always on point. My girlfriend is from Pittsburgh and says the Philly cheese steaks are on par. Great and friendly staff too!

I am more than satisfied with this place the staff is very nice. I will be a return customer whenever I come to Chico.All of the food is to die for. I had the king of Philly it was more than excellent. I don't mind paying the price for the real thing. So from now on if I want to Philly cheesesteak I will be coming to your place. Other sandwich shops don't even come very very close.

Food is the same as always, delicious. I would have liked my mushrooms not chopped to dust but thats personal preference. The server was friendly but the heavier set cook, seemed like he was not wanting to be there. I get we all have bad days, but leave it at the door, cook with love not anger my guy.. Would have been a 5 star if there was better vibes.

Food was good but not exceptionally good I would order it again the bottled Mountain Dew tasted kind of flat to me but I didn’t take it back. Customer service and everything else was good. I did like the fries

The service was good. There was a pleasant guy on the register and two in the back. Food came out pretty quick. The fries were hot. The sandwiches were waterlogged by all the juices but there was a cheesy flavor even though you don't see cheese in the photo. The joint was clean.

FILTHY disgusting dining room and bathroom. I have been to some hole in the wall places in the central valley and this is the worst I have seen. It makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Food was just okay. I really wish they would toast or grill the bread. The crunch would go a long way. If you really want to try a sandwich I would stick to take out only.

Update… Restaurant responded after seeing the pictures and complaint that are obviously Mini sandwich and anything but king size and said that the eight dollars that Doordash offered did not happen they charged me for a king size meal pictures proved that it was anything but a king size and they didn’t Even honor it their mistake. What do they think I went in there the day before purchased a small philly and then came home and the next day and ordered a king size and replace the picture???I really don’t have that much time on my hands to try and get a king size for a regular or extremely small size Philly cheesesteak? How can the fries be cold when I’m one of the first people that ordered? A king size sandwich look closely on the customer satisfaction is garbage…

Food was poor.. haven’t been here in a while so i thought ill stop and get some good food..Not the case!! Meat was DRY and Gritty no onions like it should have cheese was on the bread instead of the meat and the fries was nasty and greasy. 0/10 IDK what happened but it’s definitely not the same..Wont come back
