Dairy Queen is an amazing restaurant. Always clean, friendly, fresh. Employees are always busy, even when it's slow. I never see team members on their phones or hear them gossip or use fowl language. It's just an all-around great atmosphere. Sometimes, the food takes a little longer, but who cares when it's fresh.

It's fast food and dessert but pretty good overall. Hot and fresh when we've gone. The service is always fast and staff are friendly. Love to go to this Leesburg location.

Drive thru employees were very nice and got my order right, and the food was hot.

Ok so this place deserves 10 stars for patience. I had a 12 year old in my group who had never been to a Dairy Queen and he was so amazed by all the options. He asked them to name all the blizzards/ shakes they could make and well let’s just say the cashier sure tried. 😂 after careful deliberation together they came up with the perfect one and they even customized his chicken strip basket to have onion rings and two different dipping sauces and no bread. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I had several other kids and adults ordering and everyone else was seemingly easy and they got everything else out to us quickly. They checked on us even and that never happens at fast food places. So good job to management for choosing good employees. We were thankful this is the one we stopped at! Only downside is they don’t make the Hawaiian blizzards and so maybe they just don’t know how because I assume they have the ingredients. So maybe management could help them out or correct me if I’m wrong and you don’t have all the ingredients! But again we would definitely visit again.

Update: We have been back to this dairy queen several times. We enjoy the staff and managers a lot. They take making sure you get your food in a fast and courteous way, seriously. They still have the best blizzards and ice cream but if you have a blizzard or drink or item with add ins or substitutions I would just double check they heard the order correctly. Our food is always good and hot and the blizzards are basically happiness in a cup. Older: Dairy queen has the best blizzards and ice cream but this location often fails to give the customer what they actually ordered. The service was not bad at all but it was not friendly or helpful either. I'm fine with a neutral attitude and minimal talking but I dont think that's how dairy queen management wants them to behave. It was fine for what it was but getting what we actually ordered with a greeting and goodbye would have been a bit more enjoyable.

Only thing cooler than the ice cream and the service is my kids! DQ for the win again.

Can you tell that I love this place?... Small fry cheese burger and med blizzard 🥶 10.00. I know it's high but food quality is better than other fast food. Bun stays in tact and doesn't fall apart, fries are equal about a med fries at other places. Blizzard is large for a medium size! People are friendly will go back again and again.

Good hot day for an ice cream and treats to bring home. So glad that they still have the butterscotch Dilly Bars!! They are saving those in the freezer until we leave🫶🏼🫶🏼

There was no rushing me out the door like some places can be like. The food came out hot and fresh to my table. It was delicious. The place was clean and sanitized. I definitely recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

They are known for their Blizzards and ice cream but they be doing they thing with the burgers to be a fast food joint. Don't look like much but the taste 👌🏿

Ice cream was good. But what threw me off were the sticky floors. Machine ice cream is dangerous so with that floor I wonder if the machines are clean. So far so good though

Great to have something different in the lakefront city:). I ordered a small frosted animal cookie blizzard and it was ok, however it was not flipped upon me being served. Outside, where I ate they were playing City of Angels by Miguel which I liked.

Do you know that Dairy Queen doesn’t have to list where they purchase their meat from?

The service was excellent, but the banana splits we ordered were terrible: melted whipped cream; no strawberries, just red clear-ish liquid; a few uniform 1 centimeter pineapple chunks, and a teaspoon of chocolate syrup. I threw mine out. So disappointed.

Our order was pretty large, but even though she repeated it back to us, she did not even ring in all of it. When my husband never got his order, he had to go back in and reorder what he wanted. He still has to pay in two separate transactions for his order. He would not go back in to order the after meal treats for us when it was time. We still did not get the chocolate milk for my youngest granddaughter's meal and I had to get that before we left. I get that this seemed family owned--that's great--but with the level of business this place seems to do, there should have been TWO cashiers to handle the customer flow. This was on a Tuesday; I can't imagine a weekend night. Our food was good and was hot, but that does discount the fact that it took too long to get everything that we ordered.

I do not know what has happened to this Dairy Queen over the last several months. But a lot of has changed the flavor of the milkshakes the ice cream consistency the milkshake consistency the whipped cream is no longer real whipped cream it's whipped topping. Currently if you go to the Wildwood or Oxford location on 301 it is considerably different. Today's catastrophe was one chocolate milkshake verse one banana chocolate milkshake. Neither one tastes like banana until I swallowed a single sliver of banana on the bottom I did not want the banana shake however. Couldn't even put a label.

Go here and always get 2 cherry dipped cones! Not hard usually no issues but I won't lie when this white woman is at the register I dont enjoy it. Not good service and if she makes the cones its terrible and she will even tell you sorry this the best I could do!!! Really??? So next time instead of paying the full ill just pay half and say its the best I can do sorry and that'll be ok right? If you cant make a cone let one of the other 6 people working do it! Id rather what for what i paid for then ahh im sorry here you go!! Just run the register or practice making cones! Cracked cone cracked cherry dip ice cream melting like forreal!!

A couple of nights ago I ordered a hamburger and when I put mustard on it, I realized that the expiration date was March 2023. I notified the girl who was serving and she didn't care at all. They simply should pay more attention to the expiration dates of the products they put out for the customers to use and at least try not to ignore a kind suggestion from a customer.

Received better advertising of ongoing deals and decided to take my family there to use the app. Started out fine no problems with the food but they did nickle and dime me for a BBQ sauce, half a crushed up oreo, and roughly 12 crushed MMs. It really came off as stingy. Instantly I realized why the chic fil a was always crowded and this place was always empty. Just make your costumers feel welcomed into your establishment. We are trying to give you a chance just dont keep making people uncomfortable. We are gifting you our money for a dairy queen experience. Dairy queen is not a neccesity if you treat your costumers like that they will notice. We will give them time to address the costumer service before we attempt another family meal.

It felt more like a bad quick fix than an effort to correct the error. What was most disappointing, though, was the response from the team. When I asked one of the young employees if this was the standard of service they aim to provide, she simply smiled offering no apology or concern. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve received a smaller portion than what I paid for, but it is the first time I’ve felt compelled to speak up. The quality and care just aren’t what they used to be, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously by providing better training for employees and raising expectations for customer service.

Went order a blizzard my total was 5.99$ I look at my bank statement right after they charged me 7.19. I asked for a receipt said the Machine was down. If I’m mathing correctly the lady in the drive Thur just gave her self a 20% tip with out asking me. When I called the store to talk to the manger he not in the building. Just be careful when you use your card in the drive Thur an double check your bank account.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Awful customer service. And I saw them treating their employees horribly which also made the experience uncomfortable. I do not recommend.

I ordered from the app and gave sufficient time, beyond the time of when to expect my order to be ready. When I arrived, no part of my order was ready. I had to wait extra time, which defeats the whole point of the app ordering process. Needless to say if more DQs continue to staff the type of employees such as I saw, I will be eliminating the DQ as a place to spend my money.

And a large chocolate sundae. We get to the window the employee gives us a hot fudge sundae, when I ask what's this she says we never had sprinkles. I give the sundae back asking for more hot fudge we didn't order, she comes back with nothing added. The sizes are like small that should be large. It will be a very long time to visit this store ever again.

This place is the saddest Dairy Queen we’ve ever ordered from! Ordered six piece chicken baskets and literally got four piece chicken baskets, but paid for six and ordered a cake and did not receive it. The quality of the food was terrible out of all the Dairy Queen’s I’ve ever been through this one is awful.
