Service is fast sometimes and sometimes I wait forever. Not consistent. Atmosphere? I never eat inside. Not applicable? LET'S TALK ABOUT THE RED BEANS & RICE! The small amount I've gotten the last FOUR TIMES was ridiculous. Popeye's sides are amazing and they're expensive, so when I get a regular container that's only a THIRD FULL, if I'm lucky, it just doesn't seem right.

Besides being cold, chicken, and potatoes. Potatoes weren't even half full. Chicken not crunchy. For over 17$. I ended up tossing 3/4 of the meal. Never again. Use to be good. Times have changed.

Waiting to place our order, I noticed the filthy floor near the prep line. An employee saw me point at it and promptly did a cleaning. The front counter person seemed somewhat overwhelmed by the job, and had a hard time moving around. Kudos however, for hiring a senior. Our food tasted fine. Just the right amount of spices. I think cleanliness is extremely important. Attention to detail is top priority.

I placed a $160 order for a crew of 11 working on my house. I downloaded their app and placed the order. It's almost 10 miles from my house. When I got to the store to pick it up they had all the doors locked, and signs stating "Sorry Maintenance issues". I knocked on the door to see if I could get them to cancel my order and refund me the $160. The lady inside just threw her hands in the air and pointed at the sign. I held my phone up to the window and yelled to tell her I need a refund. She just turned away and after I continued to knock on the window she went in the back so I couldn't see her anymore. I went across the street to KFC and purchased from them and headed back to my house. While I was waiting on the KFC I used the Popeyes app to put in a claim. On the way back to my house I looked at my phone and seen Popeyes had sent me an email. The Customer Service rep (what a joke) demanded that I send pictures showing that the store was closed. I guess they don't know how to call the store to verify they are closed. Demanded to provide the burden of proof, how can this be a Customer Service procedure! Anyways I had to get the KFC back to the crew. I then drove back (20 mile round trip) to get the pictures. I submitted the pictures but in the meantime they sent me another email saying my claim was closed. I have emailed, called and I get nothing. They processed my payment and it doesn't look like they have any plans on refunding me. A week later I went to the store and talked to the manager, he said there was nothing he could do and that he was on a very important phone call. I have never experienced anything like this, not even close. Oh I forgot to mention that when I went back for the pictures there were 2 employees sitting at a table, when I tried to get them to get the manager one of them gave me the "I'm on break" motion with his hands and just laughed at me. They did write "closed" on top of the signs by the time I went back for the pictures.

I went here because my son wanted Mac and cheese and KFC said they were out. So across the street I came and Popeyes had what we wanted. Unfortunately not the portion size I thought I was getting paying $3.99 for a side of Mac n Cheese. It was a measly scoop and I was rather disappointed. Images online show a full cup and what I got was laughable at best. One of my chicken strips was not good at all, maybe a bad cut of meat? Also I waited for quite some time at the order screen. Well after the person in front of me made it to the window, received food and then left. A few moments later they finally take my order even though it was not busy at all. Not the first time I've had issues at this location, I really do hope they improve as the food is actually good tasting.

Food was terrible! I live in Wildwood and drove all the way to Leesburg because the location in wildwood is temporarily closed. The fact that I make the drive and got rock hard shrimps and stale fries is absolutely ridiculous. When I say ROCK HARD, I literally mean it. Sadly videos can’t be uploaded although if I could, I would and you’d see me hitting the shrimp on the table. I’d rather be told that they are out of shrimps than give me that! There goes my dinner and money wasted.

I asked for mayo on the side and they loaded the sandwich with so much mayo the bun slipped off and they didn't give me the right sandwich.. the lady taking the money was rude and very abrupt.. tired of going to spend my money and thinking I might just get what I ordered.. silly rabbit... lol not in today's restaurants.. never again!!

Everyone was real nice, however I got home to realize they messed up my order. Which ok whatever I had Mac and cheese in the cupboard. But everyone is now extremely ill. Throwing up and diarrhea. The only thing we all had was the chicken and the coleslaw. I'm honestly thinking about going to the ER. This is really bad.

They never get my order right, always something missing. When I questioned them is my chicken fresh they accuse me of being rude. They have one job, get the order right. How smart do you have to be to read an online order. And pack it up right?

They deserve zero stars. They didn't want to serve us because we were white. My husband was a little dirty because he has a labor intensive job. I was trying to order two combo meals and she was trying to stall because she was profiling us. At that point we got frustrated and walked out and went next door to Taco Bell, who by the way, had excellent service compared to Popeyes. It's a shame because I love their red beans and rice. Can't believe that we are actually experiencing racism from the other side.

They couldn't have found a dryer piece of chicken to use for my sandwich. Tasted like it was being kicked around on the floor all day then heated up in the microwave just for me. No paper towels in the bag either.. waste of money. Go to chic-fil- a

My wife and I had a very unsatisfactory meal at this location. Both tender meals were obviously sitting for some time. The tenders were barely warm and dried out We usually enjoy Popeyes but I don't think we'll visit this location anymore.

Honestly, don't waste your time coming here. The staff was hella rude to us besides this one younger girl. The food sucks here and I usually love Popeyes. We tried to get the fnaf meal and even called in advance to ask if they had it, they said yes then we get told that they don't have half of the meal just the chicken part?? Like how are you gonna tell us you have something when you don't? I feel like the risk of me getting food poisoning just went up by 70%.

Nobody came to the door and apologize for any inconvenience they just looked at me 😞 that was pretty annoying being that I wasted valuable lunch time.

We went inside of the Popeyes for dinner a couple of minutes after 8:00 tonight and could not get anyone to come to the counter! We yelled hello and nobody responded and after 5 minutes we walked out. Went across the street to KFC and were immediately greeted and served; won't bother with Popeyes again...
