Just like any Tim Hortons, very good. Kinda expensive there too. Other Tims have lower prices. Maybe different owners also. Get the steak back there.

A clean, well-maintained Tim Hortons location that I frequent on my way to the Highmark Stadium tailgate lots (Timbits are always a hit with everyone).
Good cup of coffee, decent breakfast sandwich. Busy and bit slow on service.
This Tim Hortons does a good job of getting your order and getting it done. I have been to few better and many that are worse.

It’s Tim Horton’s, everyone knows it’s good but this location was out of the peppermint flavor for their seasonal drink yesterday. Ok I can let that slide but today they were out of their flavor for their Brown Butter Caramel. That’s unacceptable. 2 days in a row out of something? and I know for a fact the truck came yesterday because today they had the peppermint. Another thing they could improve is marking the cups so we know which is which in my opinion because I have 4 different cups with 3 different drinks.
This location used to be amazing, but now the service is slow, the lines are long and half the time machines aren't working. Definitely can do better.
Really, really poor service. This place is geared for drive through service, which always has a long line. If you walk in for counter service, forget about it. The last three times I have walked into that place it took about five minutes before anybody realized I had even walked through the door. I will never go in there again.

Went through the drive thru, after needing to restate my order about 5 times, got to the window my order was still wrong. Drive thru cashier was nice though otherwise would've been 1 star

Really bad interaction this morning. I have one store saved on my phone and it's specifically this location. I always get the same thing so it's the same thing on my history and I just add to the bag. Double egg and bacon on a croissant. Always 13.95 with my medium ice cap. It felt a little light but I always feel bad checking it in front of the workers so I pull up and quickly check. I just had the bacon and no egg so I immediately pulled back in and reordered the sammy and was waiting patiently. When I got to the window the cashier was very sweet and spoke with I'm assuming the female manager about my order being wrong. Instead of apologizing and making it over I was interrogated. "Was this the right location? How long ago was it? Can I see the order number, I can't actually bring that up again so pull up the order history and show me where it says you added extra egg." Very calmly (Because I understand bad days and the stress of working in a fast pace environment) I calmly answered all her questions. "This location, it's the only one saved on my phone, I literally just picked the order up, saw it was wrong and turned right back into the driveway to get the correct order." (I lean back to show her the untouched ice cap in my holder and the bag and sandwich without the egg). I gave the order number, my name when she came to the register and didn't see anything or at that point she said she cannot pull the old order up. She then leaned towards the order window to ask me to pull up the order where it says I added extra egg (even though I didn't have the first egg to begin with). I turned on my mobile data and brought the order up. She reads for 10 seconds and then she gives me attitude and a glare as she asks if I have the old order. I shortly said "yes" and handed back the bag (I was short only because her attitude was starting to affect me after I've been sitting there 5 minutes patiently answering all her questions. I've been going here for years and never had this happen so it left a bad taste in my mouth. Saved the screenshots of that order and confirmation number.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The coffee is not near as good as elsewhere. The manager is rude.
after standing at the register for 10 minutes while workers walk back n forth in front of me a guy walks in and Brittany asks him what he would like as soon as he walks up. I asked if I was invisible and maybe I could get some coffee too please. I walked to the donut case to pick out my donut while Brittany just stood there and after cashing me out was upset I didn't want a different donut since someone grabbed the one I wanted while she was standing at the register uninterested in what one i pointed to... awesome eye rolls tho
Service was very slow. Had to repeat order multiple times and it then was wrong. For a new location at a very busy location you would think everyone would be on top of things....but sadly that wasn't the case.
Traveling long distance, I went through the drive thru . I ordered the 3 piece omelet bites. I received 2, and they were covered in mold. I didn't open my order until I was back on the road. When I took a bite, I immediately had to look. I wish I had pulled over and taken a pic. Green mold! Very disappointed once again!
I just ordered strawberry lemonade and it’s moldy. It tastes absolutely horrid and I hope I don’t get sick. 0/10

I ushally like tim hortons. This location is terrible. Drink machines look disgusting. I could see ants crawling by the flavor additives. Service is terrible and slow
They have great staff and service but their coffee is awful.
Received two sandwiches with MANY long hairs in each. Will never return to that disgusting location in Corfu NY
Paid $10 for two coffees. Barely busy. Ordered a caramel cold brew and caramel iced latte, got a coldbrew and a vanilla iced coffee. 100% NOT a latte, color was practically white. Absolutely careless. Always been.
Well compared to all the other Tim Hortons around this area. This one is a joke. For some reason you go through the fast food they take about 3 to 4 minutes per car for whatever reason. Doesn't matter what it is. When you get to the intercom you just sit there for 2 minutes completely stainless they don't say nothing. And then that's about it. There's only like one person here that's actually friendly and nice The rest really could care less that you're there even though this is their job. As I'm writing this I've been sitting in line for the past 8 minutes and drive-thru.

I’ve quite literally went the last 5-6 times here and they are OUT of donuts. I like just the old fashion plain, typically the left behind flavor. Not even the point here, but they are always out of every single type of donut!! All the time!! I come anytime after 3, and it’s a bunch of BS. Baker needs to prep for nights, this is all the time consistently. Your schedules 2-3, still! Leave your display FULL, not even that, YOUR STOCK too! You are near a thruway!!! Reasons why people aren’t coming is simple due to lack of preparation here!

Everytime I come ask for spinach egg white omelette bits,oh where out of m! Why do you advertise them if you never have m?? Why don't you get a manager that can run the place and keep items in stock that you advertise! No one cares anyway!
This location was closed at 8:48 when the site says 9:00. The location is right by Darien lake so everyone could get coffee as the park closes at 9. Very disappointing.
