Great experience at Raising Cane’s. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole visit. Even during busy hours, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The food was fresh, hot, and really good. One of the best parts is the sauces — they’re generous with them and they complement the meal perfectly. It definitely adds a lot to the overall experience. The restaurant itself is also very comfortable, with plenty of tables and space to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a great place with great service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommended.
Raising Cane’s Chicken has a great atmosphere, with a live DJ playing music that really added to the vibe. Even though the place was very busy and crowded, the service was extremely quick and efficient. The chicken was absolutely gorgeous—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked—and Raising Cane’s signature dipping sauce was so tasty and addictive. Definitely recommend this place for great food and a fun experience
Stopped by Raising Cane’s Chicken - Times Square and it was exactly what we needed after a long night walking the city. Times Square can be nonstop chaos, but this spot was a solid, familiar option when you just want good food without overthinking it. The chicken was hot, fresh, and cooked right—crispy on the outside, tender inside. The sauce lives up to the hype, and the combo hits the mark when you’re hungry and need something filling. Even with the steady flow of people, the staff kept things moving and the wait wasn’t bad considering the location. What stood out was how reliable it felt in the middle of such a high-energy area. No frills, no gimmicks—just fast, consistent food that does what it’s supposed to do. Sitting down with a tray of food and taking a breather from the lights and noise outside was honestly part of the appeal. If you’re in Times Square and want something quick, satisfying, and dependable, Raising Cane’s is a great stop.
First time ordering and trying Raising Canes. I went to the time square store on 15001 Broadway. I went inside by mistake instead of mobile window. Employee didn’t even correct me & gladly helped me. I decided to eat inside. A member offered to clean my table twice and grabbed my garbage as soon as I was finished. Chicken tenders are nice and fluffy. Texas toast was amazing. SAUCE was SAUCING. that was the best part.
Excellent experience at Raising Cane’s Times Square. The food is spectacular, the chicken is fresh and perfectly prepared. The service is fast, ideal even when the place is busy. Great atmosphere with good music, and best of all was the excellent service from the staff, always friendly and attentive. I will definitely return and recommend it.
First time visiting this Cane’s and the experience was great. The place was packed but the staff moves really fast to get your order. Peek times during 01:00 to 03:00 pm. Took about 7-8 minutes to get the order and hunt a table. As soon as you see someone leaving you have to run to take the table. They have a DJ live and feel like a party place to eat. Beautiful decoration, clean and the staff passed multiple times to get the tray, plates and make sure the place is clean a ready for the next customer. Great experience, packed place and good food at this Canes’s location.
Raising Cane’s Times Square Did Not Disappoint Raising Cane’s Times Square was so worth the year-long wait. It was insanely busy but the service was still quick and well organised. The food was super tasty, the vibes were amazing, and the inside looked so cool. They even had a DJ playing banger after banger proper early 2000s R&B which just made the whole experience unreal. Would 100% go again.
The best fast food spot in Times Square for a late night bite and good time! They had a live DJ (DJErnz) at midnight and he was awesome! Although the placed was packed, the food was coming out fast and fresh. The sweet tea was actually sweet (southern style). The staff was personable and kept the place tidy. If you're looking for quiet place to eat, this isn't it. For those who don't mind good music and a bustling scene, this place is perfect and also kid-friendly.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in New York was by far the best fast food experience we had in the city. The food was fresh, tasty, and very well prepared, living up to the brand’s reputation. The restaurant was extremely clean, well organized, and the service was fast and efficient, even with a lot of people. Everything moved smoothly, making the experience pleasant and stress-free. Overall, it combines great quality, speed, and cleanliness.
Shout out to Lisa B. One of the red shirt managers for the front counter. I’m a regular who comes for the good food and during a HIGH midday rush I noticed I had a half order of fries. I apologetically asked if it would be okay to review my plate and see if I was eligible for more fries & she agreed it was light probably due to the rush then helped me:)) Look I do pest control and I need the energy, so her assessing the situation then coming in with that extra bit of food made the difference in my days energy. Thank you Lisa B. for giving me enough food to get by today! Appreciate you!
The chickenfingers are very tasty and the sauce get another 5 stars. Nice and sweet the garlicbread and the music from the Background makes a good experience.
This place was jumping! They have literally the best location in the world for a restaurant and they definitely showed up and showed out! The kids were beyond excited to try this place out. Their chicken tenders were great and the whole experience was excellent. The lines moved quickly and they were very organized. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite in Times Square!

This Raising Cane's has it going on. They are taking care of the place with pride. It is decorated based on the toy story. They are getting the food out and like 2 minutes flat. And the customer service has been fantastic for New York. I highly recommend stopping in because they are serving a crazy amount of chicken strips in stride. To top it off they have a DJ. What other chicken place has a DJ? Cane's does lol... Pro tip: they also support military and veterans with a military discount. Well done Cane's!!!

One of my favourite fast food chains. The quality of the chicken is really good. Of course the sauce is absolutely amazing, have to get extra sauce 100%. Their fries are nice and salty, the toast is soft and flavourful. So good
Brilliant chicken tenders. The dips are delicious too. Still not sure the Texas toast was needed but the chicken is so good we’d happily go back. Always nice to see crinkle cut fries too. At Times Square it’s hard to get a seat, especially before shows start, but we managed it and had a lovely meal
Stopped by the Raising Cane’s Times Square location and wow, this place was packed. There was even a DJ, which made it feel more like a party than a fast-food spot—very Times Square vibes. Despite how busy it was, the energy was fun and exciting. The chicken fingers tasted really good, especially since it’s been a while since I last had Cane’s. Crispy, hot, and satisfying. And of course, their sweet tea is still one of my favorites—hits every time. It can get overwhelming because of the crowd, but overall it was a solid experience with good food and a unique atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.
The chicken fingers are delicious, their sauce makes it even better. Freshly made and their bread was perfect. This location is always packed but they do a great job getting orders out fast. We went on a cold night and the door was constantly open, it was cold in there. We were very uncomfortable dining in. There was a DJ in the store, it was very loud, you could barely hear your name called for the order.
The kids wanted to try Raising Cane’s as we don’t have one back home in the UK and it’s all over social media at the moment. It’s pretty straightforward, chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast and their sauce. The chicken was fresh and crispy, decent portions and exactly what you expect from that sort of place. The sauce is probably the best part. It was busy and a bit loud, but that’s the vibe. Worth a try if you’re curious and the kids are keen, just don’t expect anything fancy.
It’s fast food but delicious! Chicken tenders - Super tender and juicy and crinkle cut fries are well seasoned. Dipping sauce as good too. Time Square location is super busy. Long line ups to at in, Self serve machines are great and food was ready in 5 mins with a completely packed venue! Grabbed my to go order and hunted for a spot to sit. Quickest and easiest way to grab a spot to eat.
Overall a positive experience at Raising Cane’s in Times Square. As a tourist, it was a nice inviting spot with a positive atmosphere. It does get packed, especially during peak season, so get ready to wait a bit for your order. The food itself was quite enjoyable, especially the tenders and Cane’s sauce. Customer service was relatively questionable and could be improved.
Very busy even past midnight. Lines get long to wait for food but workers are clearly on top of their duties. General pop music playing in the background and lots of seating area near the front and further in. The decor is classic American, with lots of dog images and unique New York artwork. There’s also a lot of gift souvenirs near the ordering area. Ordered a three finger combo and they’re chicken still taste great this late at night in the middle of NYC. Nice spot to wrap up your Times Square visit.

I came here for dinner one night while I was in Times Square. When I entered the crowd wasn’t too bad yet. I like this location because of the merchandise available and also the live DJ. Luckily I was able to find a table to eat at, as most don’t have a spot to eat. I got the 3 finger combo with fries, toast, and sauce. It was good, the same as other Cane’s locations. The one thing that I did not like was the bathroom situation. There are four single person bathrooms for such a busy restaurant and to make matters worse, they were not clean. Other than that it was a great experience.
Kids wanted to come here specifically to sit and eat on the bread seats they have at the front of the store. The line to order moved pretty fast and we ordered in no time at all. The employees were nice and helpful. Finding a place to sit is a nightmare because of how busy it was during lunch. We stood by the bread seats for 5 minutes after getting our food to wait for the other people to finish eating. The kids enjoyed the novelty of it and the novelty of having a DJ playing music. The wait for the bathroom was 20 minutes which was pretty ridiculous.
Really enjoyed the tasty and tender chicken fingers with the Cane sauce, and the flavourful and fluffy toasted bread. The coleslaw and fries were decent too. The service was really efficient and quick despite the place being really busy and crowded. Also loved the DJ vibe and music at the eatery!
Maybe my expectations for the Cane’s sauce were too high... I actually made a DIY version at home following a YouTube recipe, and 'Jong Won’s sauce' (my own) tasted way better to me. Still, the restaurant's atmosphere is incredibly unique and worth experiencing.
The presentation of the place having a live DJ pumping up the crowd was unique and meals when served is good I could give them that, but this place fails in flavor options. Although the chicken fingers had a great texture, the chicken was missing a unique/distinct flavor. I was expecting more options of sauces but there only a mayo/ketchup with a touch of pepper signature sauce that has no flavor. I’ve been to other places where there are options of sauces. The sandwich options are lettuce, signature sauce and chicken fingers in the bun and taste flavorless. My family all had the same conclusion of the taste and was wondering if there was any other options, but there aren’t any. Being this location near Times Square there’s a lot of bathroom traffic but the bathroom cleaners were nice and finding a place to sit to eat is hard.
This is the first NYC location. Huge lines and place was packed when I visited few weeks after the grand opening. The restaurant is very lively and has a great atmosphere which aligns well with being in time square. There is a live DJ in the restaurant and lots of Raising Canes merch available to purchase. I am a big raising canes fan but the food at this location was average.. chicken was bland compared to past Canes I've visited. You must try the Cane sauce, it is worth it. The wait was longer than usual but that was expected for a location like this. Despite the size of the location, it did take us a few minutes of waiting to find seating. Expect to take out and eat somewhere else instead of dining in with how much people come here.
The food and location were spot-on — crispy chicken fingers and crinkle-cut fries hit the mark, and the vibe was lively with great music and even a DJ on site, which added a fun twist to the fast-food experience. Unfortunately, the seating situation was a letdown. It was hard to find a clean table, and despite asking multiple staff members for help, no one ever came to wipe it down. That lack of responsiveness was disappointing and took away from an otherwise enjoyable visit. If you’re grabbing a quick bite and don’t mind a bit of chaos, it’s worth a stop. But if you’re hoping for a clean, comfortable dine-in experience, you might want to plan for takeout instead.
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today at your restaurant — especially because I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past. From the moment I walked in, the level of hospitality was noticeably lacking. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of welcome. Several staff members, including a manager, stood at the register looking on before someone finally said, “You take him,” and I was assisted. The interaction felt transactional and dismissive rather than service-oriented. There were no specials mentioned, no effort to guide or engage, and the overall tone made it feel as though customer experience was not a priority. Additionally, staff were yelling across the restaurant, which created a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. What makes this more disappointing is that this was once a place I truly enjoyed. The difference in service quality is significant and noticeable. I’m sharing this in hopes that it reaches ownership and leadership, as the culture and service standards appear to have slipped. I would love to see this establishment return to the welcoming and polished experience it once provided.
the employees were great in helping me but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I am currently early in my pregnancy and I ate moldy bread I immediately felt sick to my stomach I drove from New Jersey to satisfy my late night craving and I get this! they replaced my sandwich but I didn’t end up eating due to my appetite being ruined! again I am pregnant and I ate mold. Be careful. This is the first issue at this location. But they need to be cautious I have a weak immune system and I know I’m going to be sick. I spent 100$ on food that completely disappointed me!
