Absolutely amazing food. Terrible pre-order pickup. Ordered my food at 4pm to be ready by 8pm so that I could enjoy my full hour lunch without feeling rushed to eat and it still took them 20 mins to bring it out.

Came to Bento & Noodles for the first time on a Friday night. Not busy, and got seated immediately. Service was excellent and quick. Vibe inside the restaurant was nice too. We tried 2 different ramens: the Golden Fang & the Katsu Tantanmen. Overall the broth was decent, but a little on the oily side. The katsu for the tantanmen was also more battered than I’m used to. I’d give the ramen dishes 6/10 while the quality of service & the atmosphere were 10/10. We might come back to try other things on the menu. It was nice to have other potential options.

I had a great experience at Bento and Noodles‼️ The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with a nice casual vibe that made it a comfortable spot to eat. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone craving good noodles and bento dishes!

Tasty food and friendly staff! Bento boxes are a good size for a full meal. The karaage 3 piece add on is large, and was too much for me. (see picture compared to a 330ml tea can)

Came here with my husband on Thursday night. We drove all the way out here for the ramen. Superb flavor, and such a great amount. For what you pay it really is worth it. As for the service, it was meh. The girl that served us seemed inexperienced, and thats me giving her credit for not being attentive or even checking to see if we were ok. Its either that or shes just not so good at her job. I tipped her in the 20% bracket to give her the benefit of the doubt, sadly my husband was upset about that because he truly felt her lack of service didn't deserve it. The front of the house can definitely use more work at being more welcoming and attentive. Just saying.

This is one of my favorite places to head to when craving a bento. They have many, many options to choose from and, of course, have options other than a bento. The only negative thing I have to say is that the service can be pretty slow at times and they don't usually tend to come back and check on you so, ask for every thing you need when you receive your food. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center, and I've never had to wait to be seated when visiting.

Really nice place. Felt clean, fresh, and comfortable. Sushi was really good. Nothing too special but definitely worth a try. The pork chops in ramen were really tasty. Ramen was delicious.

Great restaurant with great staff! The food was good and at a great price, but didn't check all the boxes for five stars. The price was not bad and the children liked the food as well. Great ramen for the area, but still better can be found in other areas of San Diego.

I visited Japan numerous times and B&N is not authentic. This is a food chain. The (only) three times I've been here, the food tastes different; there's no consistency. It's either too salty or greasy and in general, not flavorful. This restaurant is meant for novice customers when it comes to Japanese food. Or you need to eat Ramen close to your home (Eastlake and Otay area). Just go to Kearny Mesa is you want good quality Japanese food.

Horrible!!! This people don’t know what sashimi and sushi is all about!! They send me a huge pieces of tuna and salmon sashimi and sushi! Big like steaks!! Disgusting Also the fish was all cut in the wrong way so all the fat sticking in my teeth I just threw it in the trash! Impossible to eat gave me nausea!!

My and my husband, when tos this place, because the food is good, but on this time we when 2/20/26 and the server old Asian lady, was our server, take 10 minutes to get to our table, and the place have only the tables whit costumes, so we waiting and a guy coming got his table, the lady got him, immediately got his drink and order, so I told my husband m, we waiting now for more than 10 minutes, so she when to our table, and said hi, so my husband try to order, she walk away from our table, when my husband still talking to her, she don't listen, but she was laughing whit the guy, I was mad and I want to talk whit the manager, but my husband don't want problems, and we walk a way from this, place so to the manager to this restaurant please, don't ignore my review

Originally thought this place was great back a second time and received very poor service. My food was not fresh chicken tasted very old was cold and chewy. Sushi also did not taste fresh despite the fact that the server are you with me and said that everything was fresh before I can finish explaining myself. Staff was rude and will not be coming back here I recommend you go somewhere else too.
