It's such a beautiful restaurant. I love that everywhere you look, you see something new. The hostess was super friendly and was very patient in explaining the most popular dishes. I had the one she stated was her favorite, and it really was good. The only concern is that if you are thinking on going there with a date, you might want to call to see if they will have live music. It was great live music, but then I couldn't hear my dinner date and I had to yell as well because the music was very loud.

The cocktails were delicious; you can't taste the alcohol, which is perfect for me, but you'll feel the buzz within 15-20 mins. Their surf & turf tasted amazing. Staff was really nice. Not gonna lie, I felt a bit underdressed in casual clothes, because everyone dressed really nice, even the waitstaff and host looked polish. 😅 Great food for sure, if I come back to Chula Vista, we'll definitely visit this restaurant again

My husband and I went to try this restaurant. We ordered french toast sampler, Italian frittata, fresh orange juce and Bananas Foster Coffee. The server was good but she forgot to bring my fresh orange juice. Italian frittata was okay. They don’t give the while bottle of hot sauce. It’s in a small cup container and the ketchup as well. Bananas Foster coffee has lack of liquor. Could not taste it and it is also expensive for a little glass. French toast sampler was good but a little bit expensive. They just made it fancy by adding bansnas in syrup , strawberries and apple. The presentation was overall good.

Second Review (Brunch) We tried Savoie's brunch and for sure we are coming back. Ordered: Souffle Pancakes - fluffy and delicious pancakes with whipped cream/berries. 5/5 Savoie Benedict - perfect runny eggs the way I like it. Creamy, rich and buttery hollandaise sauce. I wished the crab/lobster/shrimp mixture had more seasoning on it. 4/5 Classic Breakfast - nothing special. Two over easy eggs, crispy bacon and well seasoned breakfast potatoes! 4/5 Cappuccino- 3/5 Orange Juice - 5/5 Highly recommended with their welcoming atmosphere, outstanding customer service and delicious food! First Review: First time here and we were surprised how good/delicious most of the dishes we ordered. We made a reservation for a Saturday dinner. Ordered: Lobster Ravioli - marinara sauce was so creamy and delicious. I wish they have two (2) more ravioli's on it since it's loaded with sauce. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo - nothing special with the dish. I wish there's more sauce like the ravioll. Braised Polpo - right portion size and tender octopus. Dressing was good and balance. It compliments perfectly with the main ingredient, "octopus". So close with the polpos we had in Lisbon during our vacation. Highly recommended! Short Rib Lasagna - Al dente pasta plus well seasoned/juicy short rib and perfect ratio of cheese and sauce made it the best dish we had during our visit. For sure will order this again on our next visit. Most restaurants we ve visited offers free bread. Their bread is good but be prepared to pay $7.... Great and attentive customer service. Ambiance and decors looks great. No issues with parking. Savoie is highly recommended if you are looking for a great Italian food.

Visited for Father’s Day and enjoyed an afternoon meal. Server was friendly and we revived quick service, he warned us about a large party beginning their meal and got us in before they placed their order. Cocktails were mediocre, steak frites was a little fatty and the photographer produced low quality images but we still left with two. There is a DJ starting up at around 7 and would recommend coming in earlier if looking for a quiet environment. Overall, hip, modern restaurant worth trying.

Great spot for a quick drink. I've been here before years ago, but this time, I stopped by for a drink. My friend and I enjoyed the outdoor patio next to the fire pit. The bartender and server were nice.

We went on a group dinner and got a reservation, while waiting for the whole group we were drinking at the bar, suddenly they want us to sit already or we will lose our reservation. Then they didn't want us to take our drinks from the bar to the table even when we paid already. Food time was kind of slow and the waiters they didn't stop very often, we needed to be after them to ask for something. Place needed also some atmosphere music, place was so plain. Won't be an option to dinner again.

Many of the 5 star reviews were only to get a free desert once you show them you left a 5 star review. We have eaten here 6x and each was different. We order the same thing most visits a Carne pizza (no mushrooms) and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The first 2 visits there were no onions or bell peppers (1 little sliver of green, see picture) on the pizza. The 3rd visit I asked the waitress if they can make it as listed without the mushrooms. It was made properly. The owner came over and introduced himself amd said the pizza would be made as I ordered it. I showed him pictures of the 2 previous visits and he agreed they were not correct. The 4th visit the toppings were not as much, but still met the menu. The 5th visit the onions and bell peppers were very limited, as in not all slices had veggies. The 6th visit the crust was made very thin and was soggy, this was the worst one so far. It was just not a quality pizza. Decent price of $21, if they could be more consistent we'd probably eat here more often. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo decent for each visit, but the chicken portion varied from a few bites to so much chicken (in a good way). The price was a bit high for the portion size, the portion size is what I would expect for a kids size. No bread for that price either. The online menu says the price is $25... We usually only drink water with squeeze of lemon or lime. The lemons and limes are not very fresh, likely cut days prior. The limes have browning at the cut edges, indicating the were not cut that day. Some staff are very friendly and make this more of an experience over just eating out. Some staff seemed very strict and robotic in their time at the table, that just seemed very awkward. Overall the place seemed clean each visit. They Parmesan is store bought powdered that is served in a ramekin, it is often just clumped together, so use a fork to mix it. To me real Italian food would have fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Maybe head to O.G. for that and bread sticks! The free desert for a 5 star review was a Creme Brulee. It was not good, just tasted of sugar and not worth getting for free. The 1st picture of pizza and pasta together, and the dessert was the first visit. The rest were from this past weekend. Give it a try, you may get the good chef!

Came for a dinner birthday party. Place has nice decor, the restaurant “dining” part is very well kept, with a nice atmosphere. The bar side is more of a club trend. Drinks were not impressive at all, nothing spectacular and lacking creativity and taste. Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary that makes it go with the price you are paying.

Made a birthday brunch reservation for indoor seating 24hrs prior to the reservation time. We waited 50 minutes to be seated. They did offer us outdoor seating but it was too cold, we had several kids with us. One of the authoritative figures there said “you made the reservation today, that’s why we’re not ready” which is false and why would a manager blame a guest to their face? Even if I did make the reservation that day, it should be honored. If you can’t honor reservations, don’t offer them. The workers did nothing like “hey have a seat at the bar and we’ll buy you a round of drinks” or anything at all to help the waiting. The food was relatively pricey but descent tasting. However it was very “what you see is exactly what you get” no sides or anything at all. Once seated, we waited for about 10 minutes before our drinks were in front of us. The final straw was when we got the check and it was full price. We spoke to manager and he gave us 10% off. That manager should have been proactive with trying to make it right, not wait to be asked. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but i had to due to fact that we waited so long, the manager falsely blamed us and also he didn’t even try to make it right until we asked. Thanks for the horrible birthday brunch experience. Never again.

My husband and I went to Savoie Italian Eatery – Otay Ranch on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5:30 PM to celebrate our 26-year wedding anniversary, and the experience was outright disrespectful. The hostess completely ignored us upon arrival and took an unreasonable amount of time to even acknowledge our table. When she finally took our drink order, our appetizer was delivered before the drinks—and the drinks never came. We had to ask the bus boy to find them, and he brought them directly from the bar, where they had been sitting the entire time. The hostess was rude, inattentive, and never once checked on us. She made it clear through her behavior that we were not a priority. She gave noticeable attention to other guests while deliberately neglecting us (black customers), which was unacceptable. This was supposed to be a special occasion, and instead we were treated like we didn’t matter. This is now the second time we’ve experienced poor service at this location, and we will never return. Do not spend your hard-earned money where you are clearly not wanted.

Food was bad, there were only like 2 other tables in there being served and our waiter seemed bothered when taking our order and she'd take forever when we needed something. On top of that, the food was absolutely terrible, for almost 30$ a plate you would expect higher quality food. Most likely never returning here. Overall just a bad experience and would not recommend eating here. You're better off going somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could.

For the record, I have never given a restaurant one star. My husband and I ate there last night. Our server Oscar was very good. As was our busboy, Fernando. I ordered a gin and tonic and it came with lemon and cucumber. In a G and T. Huh? Supposed to be a lime. The food was not good. We started with the brussel sprouts, which were fine but nothing special. The meatballs were up next and had no flavor , tough, and they were completely underwhelming. Next, the pear salad which was completely over dressed, the greens were wilted and had no real flavor. I had the salmon entree which was supposed to be seared, it was not. And lacked any flavor. My husband had the lasagna it had far too much sauce and that was all you could taste. I would not recommend this restaurant!

This was the worst and most traumatizing experience ever! When we first got there we had to look for someone to sit us down. We made reservations but still had to wait. We didn’t have water or bread til 15 mins after being seated! Nobody greeted us! We waited a whole 1hr for our food we didn’t make a big deal because we thought it was going to be fresh and this is what we got raw salmon with sauce over it. It was my birthday so I was very upset so we just left I couldn’t stomach to eat anything else.
