i think his name was Aden, not sure. i’m a caregiver to a gal w Alzheimer’s. we were on a walk & she wanted to come into your store. i told her i didn’t bring any money. she said “that’s ok” and continued towards the door. once inside she went to the counter and strung together a handful of words that made no sense, to which the young man, not missing a beat handed her a cup of whipped cream and told her to enjoy the rest of her day. It was so inspiring to witness his kindness. thank you so much

Hi everyone, have u seen the Dragon Fruit Drink with Cocunut Milk? That is quite a delish, refreshing one!! I recommend it! It's just right... not to sweet, and just sweet enough. No tummy rumble at all (if u have any level of lactose intolerance)! I enjoy this particular location because it's not overly crowded. I like to meet with clients here sometimes.

The staff is always kind and clearly have a lot of well earned regulars. All the morning and afternoon rush staff have always bust lines really quick and are kind while doing it. Im hard of hearing and when I missed my order being called they came to my table with it which is over the top starbucks customer service in my opinion. The place is always clean despite how many people flood in and out of the small space. Outdoor seating is also kept tidy and is nice and shaded for use during summer. They are Rainbow friendly too which is always appreciated :).

Good service! And they remembered my name as I was leaving with my Strawberry Acai refreshment drink. They literally said, "have a nice day, Melissa!" or said, " bye Melissa!" I'm not really sure which one exactly but I do know they remembered and said my name as I exited Starbucks front door entrance. I think their customer service are friendly and very nice! 😃✅👍

Great staff very friendly and if you tend to go frequently they make an effort to learn your name and drink. It's not as big as some other Starbucks but it still has a very wide selection of snacks, and other drinks but they also have a nice selection of hot and cold cups some I haven't seen in any other Starbucks stores which I thought was pretty cool.

The baristas at this location deserve the biggest tips and even a raise!! My brother passed away recently and they took the time to write my sister in law a message and leave it at her home where my brother lived with his wife and 2 boys. I just want to say that it means the world to us❤️ And thank you for serving him and being the best baristas one can have❤️ I pray god blesses all of you🙏🏽 Thank you 1000x #fiftyjuanforever

Starbucks is generally always good. A little something for anybody with an appetite. The servers are friendly and fast and make up your coffee concoction to your desire. Well I don't drink coffee I do enjoy a hot chocolate once in awhile and usually drop-in for hot sandwich or lunch box. Atmosphere is good and people are usually friendly. Depends on whether they haven't had their coffee yet 😉

I love this Starbucks but this time chose carside because their always busy at the time I went. I waited over 10 minutes after checking in so I had to go inside to pick up my order. They did apologize though.

Not crowded and followed current safety guidelines due to COVID-19 the baristas were super cool and they cared to get the drinks out as soon as possible but also being accurate. I was impressed.

Drive thru was fast and accurate and the staff was friendly.

My experience great, sent friend to the one in carlsbad, their experience was less. No onion rings left and that was what they were going for on my reccomend. Oh well.

I came in late at night and had the pleasure of meeting an amazing girl team. Meli, Shantel, Aubrey, and Abril. They were very friendly and made time to chat with me even though they were closing up. Finally came to see how it looked inside when I ordered my coffee. The young man Prince at the register was friendly & told me how busy it gets because it seemed crowded at the time. He informed me what time the store opened. So the next time I come here, I'll bring my earphones.

I've had great service the majority of the time, nice patio where you overlook a golf course and at times see horseback riders. parking is a challenge there having to share it with walkers who leave their cars there to walk the golf course and with R.I.S.E whatever that is. R.I.S.E packs the whole parking area.

Great service, and perfect drinks every time. It's a grab and go place as seating is limited, but the space that is available is used well. Love the atmosphere and location.

Great new building, with very tight parking lot. Along with the new building came a new crew of employees that could care less if you wait 26 minutes for a drink, when there are only 3 customers. Argh!! I was right there, feeling invisible, no hello, no smiles, not the great old Starbucks. Very old customer, and one time shareholder. I sold when they quit making the Coconut Cream Drink, many years ago. Now, they have discontinued the Mocho Chip Drink. And this year they stopped saying hello.

Service was bad, they asked for my name and waited almost 10min and went over to ask and my coffe was there, it was me amd one couple, never call me cause they guy cashier didnt put it. Took it and was cold. Allways stop there cause it aroind the corner from home, i wont come back.

The inside is really small, but they have tables and chairs in their outside patio. Same drinks as other Starbucks, including quality. Baristas can be unhappy at times and seem like they don't want to be there. -1 for poor service.

I did politely point it out to her and let the customer go in front of me anyway but right after that she again started absent mindedly just chatting with her coworker on the head set and kept asking me same question over and over again didn’t even apologize for her mistake at all and rolling her eyes I guess it’s safe to say that ANTICIPATE-CONNECT-PERSONALIZE-OWN that is the vision of Starbucks customer service wasn’t met today, at least not for me today.

Great staff. But too many people in line waiting for drinks, and orders to go by app. Over 15 people waiting for orders. Great staff, just swamped. Need more staff for this location.

I brought a croissant and the bag was ripped/not sealed glued and by croissants fell threw.

Don’t order the Selena drink from here. I gave them the right direction on how to make it, yet it came out wrong. The Selena drink includes: Strawberry Cream Frappuccino w/ heavy cream & dragon fruit inclusions w/ strawberry purée drizzle. The drink they gave me was Strawberry Cream Frap, with **MANGO** dragon fruit and extra strawberry purée drizzle with heavy cream. It says it gave me Ex Strawberry Purée Drizzle but there was no drizzle at all!!. As you read before, I asked for dragon fruit and yet again there were none. It was a bit upsetting especially for me. I rate it a 2/5 you could taste the strawberry but I’d say 1.5% of it. Not even the dragonfruit that you can taste. You’d mostly be able to taste the mango much more. The drink was okay, would go back for a redo but it was acceptable. I got the drink idea from TikTok and you can see on there that it’s a more dark pink/purple color and can clearly see the drizzle and dragonfruit. Mine was more of a light pink instead. Expectations were a bit high not really what I expected but maybe next time I can get a better drink and more accurate.

Came through the drive through on a Friday afternoon, simple grande white mocha no whip no foam and venti iced coffee. get my grande and it is so light that you can pour at least 4 more oz in the cup and it’s obvious I haven’t taken a sip bc I felt the empty cup and opened the lid just to find whip cream where the label clearly says no whip. Didn’t wanna be rude so kindly walked back in said it the cup is not anywhere near full and it came with whip. She said they would remake it, so I was perfectly fine. The Filipina girl suddenly says out loud it’s a remake bc the complaint is it wasn’t filled completely and it has whip to a heavier set blonde girl who is going to remake my drink and then push it toward me with her attitude and whatever she muffled in the corner. I am a new mom who doesn’t get coffee too often these days bc it expensive so excuse me if I am looking for a FULL GRANDE CUP or damn near close. Next time yall wanna chat about a complaint make sure we don’t overhear your heavy sighs. And to the blonde girl with an attitude, hope your day gets better!

Today (2-28-21) was a pretty bad visit. There was one other customer in the shop so I was second. They let 2 more people in, then a third making a total of 5 of us in there (no social distancing). I ended up getting my order last as I was the only customer left. Not to mention an employee decided sweeping while in was in there waiting, throwing up a lot dust as I finally got my drink. I walked out only to return asap for a refund. I did not appreciate the treatment from the 3 employees. Very disappointed with this location.

Starbucks #2071 inside Vons The renovation is great but you guys forgot to train your employees to be nice to your customers. I didn’t get there names but 2 young ladies were working at 7:15 am 4 weeks ago. I came up and said good morning to the young lady taking my order and she didn’t even respond and I even said it twice. I’m not sure if she is not a morning person or what but that is unacceptable. They were both busy talking about their nights and what they were doing on SoCal media. The only thing that didn’t make me walk away was my cup of coffee. I really didn’t want to drive down to another Starbucks #5030 Why is the service so horrible here at the Starbucks in Vons and you go down the street to the Starbucks #5030 on central and Bonita rd and it’s night and day??? Management is too blame not those rude girls. Management need to assure that they hire the right people and train them correctly. There are so many people who would love their jobs and would appreciate every single customer. Shame on you Starbucks. I no longer will buy my coffee from that location. I wanted to purchase gift cards for my kids teachers. This is my local Starbucks that I always go to. That being said I will not be back. They would not let me purchase the gift cards because I didn’t have a mask on. discrimination is never ok!!

Today my friend and I went to Starbucks Bonita Usually we have good experience here Today we went an ordered coffee I received my coffee my friend did not. So I said where is her coffee ! All of a sudden it was found! Then I used the rest room! Oh my God the transgender potty was full of poop in toilet! There were paper towels everywhere and it was dirty! So I used the other trans gender bathroom It was dirty and had towels on the floor ! I went and told the workers both bathrooms are filthy! She said she would get right on it! While we were having our coffee outside several transgender people came in ! Omg ! Then while we drank coffee outside a crazy man was talking to himself and taking off his clothes wandering around ! Help where do all these freaks come from We as normal people are disgusted with this Place! What is happening to a nice friendly Starbucks? Sick of this place

Says online they have a drive tru. Drove a bit further to go to this location to find out it doesn’t have it. Save your time and go to the one in Ralph’s. It’s faster and you won’t have to wait 20-30 min to get a cup of coffee.
