Kebab shop at otay ranch mall is our favorite spot for a quick and tasty bite! I took my kids there, and as always, we weren’t disappointed. The food is fresh, and the service is good and friendly. It’s a great place for a family to dine in or for a to-go meal!

The first time I came here, I did a review, and for some reason, Google lost it.. but I like the food here. The first experience I ordered a doner wrap with extra protein, and it was packed. This day, I ordered it the same way, and I didn't see the protein I saw last time. So I wrote my honest review, and I commented on the inconsistency I found . I quickly got a response from management and was very, very impressed with how they responded and handled the situation. Not only did they listen to my concerns, but the service recovery was masterful. They responded, apologized, and sent me a significant reason to come back and give them another try. It's a win-win how they handled my concerns. Not only did I feel very happy, they took my concern seriously, but it got me to rewrite this review and come back and spend. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and they earned my loyalty. I told all my foodie friends about this experience and encouraged them to also try this amazing food. Sometimes, going above and beyond can go a very long way. I say sometimes because some of you look for reasons to complain. This wasn't the case for me. Thank you management team, you are amazing. I encourage you to try the crave fries and or the doner fries, they are yummy. For my first time i tried the baklava, and it was smackin. The young lady who took my order smiled and was friendly, so reading the "horrible service" I didn't see that. I experienced great service. Love the sauces, love the food, and now I have respect for the management team. Thank you, you earned my respect and loyalty, and you will see me again and again.

We initially came to the mall to eat at Yard House but there was too long of a wait so coming to Kebab Shop was convenient and quick for us. Definitely recommend!

Came here after a long day of work and needed something fast. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Service was very quick. And the food was fabulous. It was fresh and the portions were huge. The only thing better than my sandwich was the brownie afterwards. I will definitely go back.

Found this spot looking for something other than mexican and burgers and it was a hit. Ordered the Sharma Chicken with salad and all the classic toppings. Definitely coming back to try other items.

I had ate here a few times but last night was a tad disappointing as I was ordering my meal I ordered a side of spicy hummus and the portion was so small not even a full portion! Like one or two spoonfuls of this they need to give more for the price of the sides. Also, I had some fire sauce landed on me from my seating near the sauces and fountain drinks due to the staff accidently drop the container of the sauce. I love the food but expects more portions of the items I ordered.

This place was honestly a disappointment. My fiance ordered the Wrap with grilled chicken, which you pay an extra $1 for, and there was little to no chicken, as seen in the pictures. It was basically "a lettuce wrap," in his words. The Box, was good, and worth the price, but the fact that the Wrap and the Box are the same price and the wrap turned out the way it did really bothered us. This place has a lot of potential, but for the prices charged, I expect to get better quantity and quality. Attached pictures are the "Wrap" and the "Box."

Of course I paid for the pita bread for both orders but only got one. Sucks that you have to pay extra then they don't get your order right.
