Their pizzas good and they're always on time. Delivery or carry out/pick up. Better deals online. I tried the new Double Cheeseburger pizza last time, feeling adventurous. It was surprisingly good and we'll definitely order it again. I only wish they had bigger/better salads and a larger option/deal on wings.

Hard to mess up a streamlined tried and true recipe, so food was accurate. Great. But it's like chula vista is under some kind of spell and it's Like uncool to have manners. Beyond being able to say a forced greeting as if it were physically painful, all I got was eye rolls and scoffs. Also, fun fact. To purchase a regular 2 liter soda a la carte costs near 8$ after taxes. Yes I agreed to pay this amount for convenience's sake. Still, that was straight up trifilin.

It's close at 9 pm. The hours on google maps says 11 pm to close. I took a photo showing there are close at 9 pm. So if your are hungry after 9 pm order at another place.

It's close at 9 pm. The hours on google maps says 11 pm to close. I took a photo showing there are close at 9 pm. So if your are hungry after 9 pm order at another place.

One simple pizza it becomes a 40 dollars bill... It is tricky the way the menu is set up, the menu is a tramp. So it the most expensive 12 in pizza ever with two toppings. Never I will shop again there.

The person who answered was very rude and short. Then when I asked a question they said I will connect you to manager then once manager got on phone he was very rude and talked to me as if I was dumb. When all I was trying to do was ask about a form of payment.

I had order over the phone and asked the lady speaking to me if the pizza I would pick up is at the right location and she told me yes. So 15 mins later I came to pick up my pizza an older man was at the register and gave the worst attitude and said that there was no order placed under my name. So then I of course order it with him at the register. So as I am waiting there was an another older man that came in 5 mins after me and seem like he had trouble with his memory and the guy refused to help him and was so mean to him and was aggressively talking to him as he was asking questions. Saying “I don’t have all day to be helping you” and on top of all this I waited for my pizza for 35 mins! Which seem to long! So I saw another employee that walked in and ask if my pizza was ready and she said it was! The guy purposely left my pizza waiting and didn’t tell the other employee that it was ready! I don’t know why they hired that older man if he is going to be an unhelpful and rude to costumers!

We went in and placed our order. We were the only ones that were there and they weren't busy. There was only two people working at the time. As time went by, they got busier and that was fine. However, a customer came in and asked to place an order and the lady literally told him that she wouldn't take his order because she was too busy. From the way that he was talking with her, you could tell that he is someone who frequently orders from there. We said something to her about the abhorrent way that she was treating him and she stated that it's because he is a "drunk" and sometimes he has money and sometimes he doesn't. We explained that it doesn't matter what he is, he is still a human being and deserves to be treated accordingly. My daughter brought up to her that she has no business discriminating against someone who is a customer and has the money to pay for their food. Despite her ugliness towards this gentleman, he was still exceedingly nice and courteous towards her. We will not be returning based on her attitude towards others.

Go figure...Then the manager tells me " I'm sorry to tell you this miss. But they're barley starting your pizzas "😳 wait what! I'm completely done with this location! Will never return and I will let my friend's and family know not to support this location any longer! Very disappointed once again!

If you like to order ahead, this is definitely not the place for it. I placed my order in advance, got a notification saying it was ready, walked in…and they hadn’t even started making it. I waited about 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong order in the end. The issues don’t stop there customer service is terrible, the employees were literally smoking weed by the back door, and the delivery drivers speed through the parking lot like it’s a freeway. To top it off, their delivery truck blocks the whole entrance so good luck getting in the parking lot. The inside smells like a bar, which really says it all. This is by far the worst Papa John’s location I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to another one.

I'm a vegetarian and ordered mushroom, olive, and bananas pepper pizza. All was well, until I bit into a piece and it had ham in it. After checking the pizza, multiple pieces had meat on it. Okay, strike one. I didn't order from papa johns for a while. I ordered from here again and they forgot half of my order. The guy told me it was in his car, he would be right back... Thirty minutes later he comes back with the rest of my cold order. The food was good, so I don't count this as a bad pizza... But, strike two. Tonight, I received my pizza 45 minutes after I ordered it and it looks like the driver dropped it or turned too hard. I don't usually give bad reviews, but I think this place deserves it. I honestly do believe that it is JUST this papa johns though so I'll probably try to change the place my pizza comes from in the app because this is definitely strike three.

They did not answer phone, 50 rings, i walked inside at 9:15pm to order at counter, the young short girl told me carryout registers. Were closed, and could only order on phone. My phone was still ringing their phone, i could hear their phone ringing inside and they were not answering it. I told the girl, that is me calling your phone right now, you are not taking phone orders, and i left. Went to a different pizza place near third ave and g st, and they answered the phone on the third ring and took my order at 9:30pm, and their prices were much lower. I wasted over 30 minutes trying to spend money at papa johns, and the two employees working there were ignoring the phone and not taking walk in orders.

Papa John’s was the worst place I have ever ordered from. I ordered a pizza online and they had charged my money and never came with my order. I called them to ask them about it and a kid named Greg answers the phone and is extremely rude I asked to talk to a manger and I got set on hold while i could hear everything and that was for a about 30 mintues. I had to call from a new phone for them to anwser and then Manger “John” was no help all he did was say to call a confrontation code didn’t care about anything. Never again will I order from them again Little Cesars and Pizza Hut never gave me these problems if you want good pizza and good customer services go there papa johns is extremely rude.
