Food is always good and fresh. Nothing wrong with food itself, But, this time around a couple of workers had no customer service whatsoever ! They looked like they didnt even wanna be there. The manager in the morning is always jolly, love the dude. But his staff needs to smile a bit

Family order 4 plates last night the fried chicken pieces all seemed 3 days old hsrd & crunchy. Wont do that again. And 2 of the plate had wrong items on them. Nit sure if we got right order

Food is always good and fresh, tables/floors are always clean, staff is always friendly. But please get the 'online pick-up' organized. There should be staff attending walk ins on one register and same for the pick-up line. Out of all the times we've gone in on our lunch hr, I'd say we walked in and out within 2min about 3 times...

Bought my normal favorite kung pao chicken in this branch. But chicken sauce was watery not thick and chicken tastes like it’s raw. Wasted.

I have been here a few times recently. Every time that I do, a nice young lady serves me every time. Josie is her name I believe. Great customer service, although everyone else seems to be in their own world. Not as productive or helpful. Rude as well. I would give this a better rating if everyone else looked like they cared about their customers.

I thought the 3.6 star rating for this location was harsh at first. Only to find it was quite generous of people to give them extra credit. I'd say a solid 2.3 star is right where this location is at. First I try samples to check for temperature because it's hard to tell how long the food has been sitting. They refused to let me try any samples here. Second the soda was the only item at the correct temperature. Third only half of the menu was available so I had to choose unwanted items. Fourth I could've paid $2 more at an all you can eat buffet and received 10X the quality as what was available today. I like panda express, but this location is greedy and genuinely sucks.

Right now, 8:30 pm, 1-23-26 ,nobody else was in drive thru line. They had 2 of their 4 employees standing with their phones in their faces doing nothing but they've got me waiting in a parking spot for my food because nothing is prepared. 20 minutes.

Ordered a bowl with Fried Rice and String Bean Chicken, opened up my container at home only to find barely 5 small pieces of chicken and some string beans… literally the whole bowl was just rice at that point. Almost looks as if someone already ate my food. Might as well have ordered an Entree of Rice with a side of chicken.. This Panda Express has been a let down recently. Obviously still ate it cause I was hungry but common learn how to ratio half of the bowl or give an actual serving of the entree I ordered.

Went through the drive thru for dinner. I ordered beef and broccoli and orange chicken. There were 3 small pieces of beef a a whole lot of broccoli. See the picture. Won't go back

I haven't been to panda express in a long time. Decided to try it out again but I think that's my last time. First off they are disorganized, which is typical from my remembrance of how they used to be. The staff are decent but again disorganized. They need to build the right processes cause they are running around doing alot without doing alot. Food is OK but experience was trash

Staff is super friendly. Overall though, panda food quality has declined aggressively. I haven’t eaten panda in years and was looking forward to it. The noodles don’t taste the same, the teriyaki chicken was seemingly undercooked and tasted soggy somehow? Husbands beef and broccoli he said didn’t even taste like beef. Just go get Chinese food at HEB down the street. So much better quality and taste.

Ordered a bigger plate on 7/11/25 around 1130 and ordered some spring rolls. Was told teriyaki chicken wasn’t ready and would be a 5 minute wait. The drive thru politely asked me to pull straight ahead the food would be brought to me. When I got home there were no spring rolls and even after waiting for the teriyaki chicken it was cold not even warm.

I had a disappointing experience at Panda Express due to the behavior of an employee named Asha. She was our server during our visit, and her attitude came off as overly blunt and unprofessional. What stood out most was when my family member held out my card for payment, and instead of asking or acknowledging it, Asha just grabbed it abruptly. It felt rude and impersonal, and the overall interaction left a negative impression. I expect better customer service and more respectful communication when dining out with my family.

Ordered mushroom chicken, steak and chow mein. Drove all the way home to find that it looked like this with none of the protein and mostly bok choy. Called and spoke to the manager Blanca and asked for a refund she said that they don't do refunds even though I spent $17 on this. The only thing she could do was offer For me to come back and pick up another plate which is extremely inconvenient seeing is how I'm already home. I've Been a loyal customer since they opened and dying here frequently after this not anymore.
