I think Wendy's has done well for themselves consistently since I was a kid. This location is for my wife and I personally, which is super convenient on our way home from our church. Wendy's has great special options, good discount deals, and overall, it is a great fast food choice, but it is still fast food. Let's remember that. We, for some reason, had to also wait like 10 minutes for them to make out food, which wasn't that positive for the experience overall. I'm not anywhere close to saying don't go here, but just temper any expectations you may have of what you will get from this place.

Just went through drive through. Ordered 50 dollars of food. Got everything but the regular fries with the baconator meal. Only got the hot fries with the fuego meal. Also ordered half hot half regular nuggs.Now the littles are crying cuz they can't eat fries

Food was alright but the customer service was horrible here. My friend took me here to try out Wendy’s, but they won’t let her use her coupon from Wendy app. They made the burger wrong and asked me if it’s ok to add the bacon back in the wrong burger so I have to asked them again to remake it. Not a friendly restaurant and will not be back here

I love wendies food I often buy kiddie bag becoz it comes with great combo of drink nuggets fries and sandwich. So yesterday I ordered same thing but one bag with beef patty and one with crispy chicken patty in Drive thru. And after getting home I see that they packed both of the bags with beef patty. I don’t eat beef because of religious but my husbund dose. Sadly i couldn’t enjoy my sandwich because I didn’t get any. please I hope they don’t do this again because I love their food.

Lorena (the manager) has terrible customer service and attitude, both times, when I initially went through the drive-thu and also when I returned with my issue. Ordered breakfast in the drive-through. It took about 7 minutes for anyone to come to the window and when Lorena did she had a scowl on her face and was very snippy when asking for the money. I received my food. On my way home I ate about 3-4 fries and took one sip from my orange juice. When I got home to finish my meal the sandwich was wrong. I didn't eat the rest. When I returned, breakfast was over so I requested a refund. Lorena said I had "eaten" the meal and only would give me a partial refund. I feel that a full refund was appropriate considering the little I consumed. Additionally, I didn't get my own order incorrect AND I had expenses (gas/time) when returning. This is the stuff that makes people go postal in these fast food restaurants. The photo attached is the food being returned.

The one staff member I dealt with was decent 'til what seemed like the manager left then was pretty short with the food delivery lady after me. I almost went back in after just looking at my fries, but not worth my time - so I got this to remember not to go back to this location at least.

If I could give this location a zero star I would, rude customer service in drive thru window and a lack of communication, I told the order taker a cheese burger, large drink and a large vanillla frosty cream cold brew, at the window gave me the wrong drink, vanilla frosty SHAKE, and wrongfully tried to blame me for it. I repeated to her twice at the drive thru window "it was the large vanilla frosty cream coffee right?" And she said yes. The lady after her had issues of her own after I asked if they were the same priced drink and she shrugged me off with "yeah yeah" and shut the window on me, came back around because they failed to give me my receipt and turns out it's NOT the same price. It's my first time at this location by the way so I recommend not coming here if you're new to the area.

Very disappointed. In general, the situation is as follows: I am a delivery driver and I was standing near the restaurant and asked to go to the toilet in their establishment, which was refused. This is very frustrating because I am constantly driving orders for them and help them to sell more and they respond with such an attitude that I just do not want to deal with them anymore. This is inhumane and unreasonable!
