I recommend trying the famous Tim Hortons coffee shop in Canada. I'd heard it was Peter McKinnon's favorite coffee shop, one of my favorite creators/YouTubers 👌🏻 and it didn't disappoint. It's a great place to get a good coffee. ⭐ ☕️Quality – The coffee is really good, I liked it. I ordered an Americano; I thought the coffee was good, and the bread and sweeter coffees look delicious. ⭐ ✨Service – The service was excellent! The place looks really nice, with lots of people visiting and trying it, since it's the newest thing here in Querétaro. ⭐ 🎆 Pleasant atmosphere – It has a pleasant atmosphere, more the kind of place to go and chat or eat bread, haha, but it also has seating on the terrace, ideal for enjoying a coffee. ⭐ 🗺️ Freelance – If there's internet and tables to work at, it might be a bit crowded right now, making it difficult to work peacefully. But once the initial excitement dies down, it will become an ideal place to work with a good cup of coffee. ⭐ UX – My experience was very, very good. I really enjoyed it, and I'll be back when I'm not so overweight, to eat bread and drink sweet coffees. The only "but" would be that there was a huge expectation. The coffee is good, but in my humble opinion, it's not the best in all of Querétaro. It's among the best compared to franchise coffee shops (Starbucks, Cielito Querido, etc.), but it falls short of the specialty coffee at some of Querétaro's cafes. I'll definitely be back :)

Un lugar cómodo para tomar una bebida y un pan para acompañar, no recomiendo las donas se me hicieron muy normales pero si están buenas, mismo tema con la demás bollería que cumple pero es costosa para el sabor que tiene, a excepción del churro que si que estaba jugoso y rico, si quieres variar del tu típico lugar de café y donas está bien pero solo por eso.

This was my first time trying this brand, and I liked the service. I'm not usually a fan of the Starbucks style, but I felt more comfortable here. It's not pretentious at all, the coffee is good, and the place is simple but pleasant for a chat. The donuts are the typical American-style ones, loaded with sugar, which are actually quite enjoyable if you're still young enough to digest them ;). The prices are reasonable. I would definitely go back.

I found the frappes too sweet, but the iced capped ones are delicious. The difference is that the former are made with milk and the latter with coffee and cream! I also 100% recommend the cold matcha without ice! The place could be cleaner, it has restrooms, and the view is beautiful.

So you don't get lost like I did 😅… Tim Hortons is on the second floor to the left (entering through the main door). As a hint, turn where the GNC station is, you'll pass 2 or 3 more businesses, and finally you'll see little red umbrellas and the entrance to the café. (I hope this helps and I haven't confused you even more, hehe 😜) Here are some photos for extra reassurance! 😎📸 PS: This branch, since it's inside the plaza, isn't open 24 hours; they close early compared to other Tim Hortons (but there's another one further down Constituyentes Avenue that is open 24 hours, so don't worry, be happy) ☕️😊

Staff working well, polite and only a shirt wait, but I ordered a medium Latte and could only just taste the coffee in it. A nice hot cup of warm milk though. My daughter said her French Vanilla latte was "fine".

A non grilled sandwich!!!! Cold bread with semi melted cheese! Coffee regular good! I was longing for buffalo ! Bad choice! Guy tried to solve the issue, too late! I was half way thru the food!

Primera y última vez que lo utilizo como opción para desayunar, el huevo del biscuit los más horrible y espantoso que he probado en mi vida. El frappe de chocolate ni se diga, entiendo que era dulce por ser de chocolate pero parecía que le habían agregado más azúcar. Quizá lo único rescatable fue el café. Además de que se tardaron para entregar adicional a esto no te avisan cuando tú pedido está listo.

When you ask, they answer rudely and tell you to "wait if you want," showing zero professionalism. Yesterday, Saturday, we just wanted a hot chocolate, and we ended up dealing with terrible service, rude behavior, and no interest in helping customers. A very bad experience. Not recommended.
