Really lovely evening at Trivvu. Huge portions of good food. Prawns sharing dish and the baby corn appetiser both very good. Special care given by Giovanni, a really nice guy who brought me chamomile tea when he could see I wasn’t feeling great. Very attentive and made it a nice evening.

A very pleasant terrace at the W Mexico City hotel. As expected, great service and a good atmosphere, with slightly high prices, but worth it. The portions are meant to be shared; we ordered a five-cut grilled platter that was spectacular, accompanied by an incredible mash, roasted peppers, cauliflower, and Parmesan fries. Finally, the chocolate volcano was also enormous. Good music, comfortable chairs and tables, and a great location. I'll be back.

A terrace right on the Champs-Élysées is a gem. The service is incredibly friendly, and the food is truly delicious, the creation of chef Matías Gallegillo, an Argentinian considered a "meat artisan." From appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent and perfect for sharing. The cocktails are also very good, so it doesn't matter what your plans are. They have a "drunch" service on Saturdays, practically all day long. It's located inside the W Mexico City hotel in Polanco.

I had the opportunity to visit TRIVVU, the restaurant located inside the W Hotel in Polanco, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment you arrived, everything was very accessible and safe. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Polanco, surrounded by the city's most renowned hotels. Upon entering, two people perfectly dressed in black greet you very courteously and ask if you need any special access. As soon as I mentioned I was going to the restaurant, they kindly directed me to the restaurant: it's located on the second floor, up a staircase decorated with mirrors and elegant details that make the journey feel like part of the experience. For those who need it, there is also an elevator available. Once inside the restaurant, the welcome was equally warm. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel and Carlos, the waiters who served us during our visit. The place is spacious, with a comfortable layout and a decor with Mediterranean touches, both in the colors and the furniture. The menu is very much in line with that style: they have high-quality cuts of meat, but also light and fresh dishes, ideal for the hot weather. I thought the prices were fair, considering the setting and the type of cuisine. The terrace is a very pretty, cozy space, and perfect for relaxing. Although it can feel a bit warm during the day, it also has heaters on the ceiling for when the temperature drops, which is appreciated in colder seasons. The drinks are well-served; the attention to detail is evident in the presentation, and the ingredients are fresh. However, the price of the drinks is somewhat high compared to other nearby places, so I wouldn't recommend it as a place to linger for several hours, but rather to enjoy a snack accompanied by a good meal. One point I would like to see improved is that when I tried to charge my phone, they didn't have any chargers or wireless charging options, which would be a nice touch in a place of this caliber. In short, I would definitely return and would love to come back with more friends. TRIVVU is an excellent choice for good food, in a comfortable atmosphere, with good service and in one of the best areas of the city.

I think that depending on the time of day the atmosphere can be fantastic, but for me it was a bit quiet and I could enjoy an excellent dish, good options and excellent cuisine!

The terrace is nice, the service is decent, not excellent, the food is okay, and what I liked most was the music; they have good DJs. Of the food, what I liked most was the bread with charcoal butter they gave us as an appetizer. I wasn't a big fan of the cocktails, but overall it's fine for pre-drinks.

Tardan mucho para servir la comida, el servicio no es bueno. Es un bar pequeño donde la carta de comida no es variada ni buena.

El Drunch ya no es lo que era antes, ya quitaron al DJ, ya no hay ambiente y la comida ya está rayando a lo mala, porciones miniatura que aunque puedas pedir muchas veces se tardan mucho entre cada platillo, lo más rescatable son las papas a la francesa, el servicio bastante lento. Habíamos ido con anterioridad y era una experiencia completamente diferente, la música con DJ y shows eran buenos y la comida deliciosa, por lo mismo que ya lo conocíamos decidimos ir a festejar el cumpleaños de mi esposo con sus amigos pero ahora nos encontramos con una experiencia bastante mala, salimos muy decepcionados sin ganas de volver a regresar, definitivamente ya no vale pagar la experiencia del Drunch.

Quede muy decepcionada del lugar,había reservado por mi cumpleaños una mesa para 10 personas via instagram y me la confirmaron,llegue al lugar y no tenían reservación,trate de llamar para re confirmar y nunca me contestaron,me dijeron que trataría de acomodarme pero la realidad es que espacio para 10 personas si tenían en otras mesas. El lugar es muuy pequeño en comparación con lo que se ve en las fotos,no hay gran variedad de comida por lo que si tu idea es ir a comer ahi,es mala opción,tal cual es una terraza para ir a beber tipo la pre-copa con tus amigos

It was a total disappointment. Their brunch doesn't include sparkling wine, there's no drink-free brunch option, and they don't have hookahs (all of which they advertise on their website and Instagram). The food is very good, and the drinks are too, but they don't deliver on their promises, and for that reason alone, I wouldn't return or recommend it. There are good brunches in Mexico City, and this one doesn't even come close.

Son unos rateros, fui a un evento en la terraza y me cobraron de más y aparte exigen la propina. No vayan, pésimo servicio!

The worst place and service at their "Drunch." It's supposed to be a brunch buffet, but they take ages for each dish, and they serve you whatever they want: we ordered cocktails and ceviches, and they decided to bring four to the table; we ordered ribeye, and they brought mixed grill; I ordered a burger, and it took ages (and I had to ask for it at least three times). The dessert is Costco donuts, hahaha! And cake in mini slices. A joke for the exorbitant price; NEVER go there. W has never had good food; avoid it and go to Bajío across the street instead. Total rip-off. Obviously, there's no wait time because nobody goes there; the music and atmosphere are irrelevant because you spend your time begging the waiters to bring you food 🤣🤣 Awful.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Appalling food and service, the Drunch menu is extremely limited and even so they didn’t have everything they offered. Food quality is way below of what you would expect from the W brand, it was a complete disaster. The cold cuts and cheese selections were completely inedible. I asked to add 10% for tips and the waiter helped himself to 30% gratuity so make sure you double check what you’re being charged. Avoid visiting at all costs.
