I ordered a medium pizza it had the right enough sauce cheese, pepperoni & black olives it was very tasty and delicious and hot when I received from delivery person ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always order from Domino's, they make it easy and convenient to order online, and tracks your order. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza with extra cheese, and the lava cakes. It took about 35 minutes and they apologized for the wait and upgraded my pizza to a large! I was surprised because I felt like they were timely. Thanks Domino's for great pizza and excellent service!

Our order was quick and delivered hot. We ordered the new cookie brownie and I must say is delicious. It is served nice and warm and the Pizza was hot and young man that delivered was very polite. I most definitely will order my Pizza from Domino's more often.

My pizza was fantastic! The workers were super friendly and the service was phenomenal. They made the food super fast and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to this Claremont Domino’s location since 2017 and it never disappoints. I always do the carry out option and the staff who are at the counter or curbside delivery are always friendly and I never have to wait very long. My pizza order has always been correct and I really like that the app lets me know when it is in the I oven as I can start heading over to pick it up. Overall I am very happy with the service at this location. Keep it up guys ! 👍 oh and a tip, the “black box” pan pizza is a game changer. Totally worth the extra chart.

Sometimes the pizza is really good, other times the dough seems flatter than usual. Sauce sometimes is very little. I order here frequently and do like it

Good pickup experience. -1 star because Dominos website doesn't let you schedule a pickup time. Bad customer service if by not allowing that. $9 pizza Little Caesars does.

It's Friday night. I ordered pizza online,I called about 30 minutes later to see when it would be here. They said they were busy it was going to take another 20 to 30 minutes. I ordered a thin crust tortilla style kind of thing and it only comes in a 14-in. I ordered a 16-in and they turned it into a Manhattan crust which was not what I ordered!notautomManhattan if it's over 14 in there was a circle around the 14 in but how was I supposed to know that the crust didn't come any bigger

Before I ordered from Dominos I specifically called the store and asked if they take mixed currency which they replied, yes. I then ordered from the internet and once it arrived I proceeded to pay the delivery guy with my mixed currency. He then stared at me for a good minute and then told me that they can not accept my money even though I spoke to him on the phone 20 minutes prior to the delivery. Thanks Dominos for the great service.

So Dominoes is touting their surprise no fees” which is a bunch of absolute garbage. Not only do they still charge $4.99 delivery fee but they have increased prices. Order of wings went from $7.99 to $9.98. That’s just since last week. Not happy anymore.

I ordered for my first time and was disappointed with the food, not the service. I used the app and pre-ordered. Food was ready on time and hot. My disappointment was the lack of topping on the pizza and it was dry, the taste of the their speciality chicken that had cheese on it. I'll think twice before I place an order with Domino's again.

We ordered our pizza for delivery giving our exact address and city we lived in and were given a 45 minute wait time. After nearly an hour of waiting for our pizza we get a call from the delivery driver saying he cant find us. He then asked for my address, which i kindly repeated to him. He politely explained they do not deliver to my area and to call the store to talk to the manager. The manager then explained that I didnt give him the correct information and said he would refund the money. Money back, very hungry after a long day at work, and dissappointed in my favorite pizza place.

When I place an order for pizza and pay a charge for delivery, I should NOT have to leave the comfort of my home because the delivery driver does not want to fullfill his job. The guy refused to make an effort and made me trek through my condo community to meet him at the front gate. NOT COOL. Food was perfect but the service gets 2 stars

If i could give no stars i would i ordered pizza here plenty of times i never had a problem mind you my mom had an altercation with a guy that said he was the manager and refused to give his name and cussed her out on the phone she then told him she would drive down there to get his name he then told her he would call the cops saying she's going to do a drive by mind you my mother no where hood to do so this was many months ago which i never knew of so i decided i wanted dominoes 10-13-17 i ordered online it said it would take 25 to 30 mins it came a hour late which i didnt mind the pizza was cold that it didnt pull apart so i called them and asked for the manager he then said he was whoever this guy was at the claremont dominoes i ask him when was my pizza done becuz its a hour late and its cold he said so basically your calling for a free pizza and i said what do you mean basically i never not once asked for my money back nor free pizza i called asking when was it done he then said i was arguing with him which i told him not once did i argue with you that if he is the manager why is he talking like that to a customer so he doesnt have time and hes going to give me the pizza free since thats what you want and hangs up i call back ask him for his name because i feel he should have never talked like that if he was a manager what kinda place is this i feel like im in highschool talking to a child he never once said sorry or nothing he just assumed i wanted free pizza. Im beyond frustrated with this place then he says i dont need to give you my name .how terrible

What is point of having the choice of pick up time when I had to wait 33 minutes after scheduled pick up time? Ordered in app at 10:25am for pick up at 12:30pm. I arrived early at 12:22pm, called the store for curbside delivery at the front of store, staff said I was early, someone would bring out to the car as soon as it's done. No problem, I was early. I waiting until 12:40pm to call the store, again not ready. Then called 12:52pm, still not ready. Another call at 12:59pm, not ready. It was brought out at 1:03pm. Then I realized once at home, the pizza was sliced into 6 pieces, toppings were so dry my kids wanted no more after the first bite. So I had to cook mac & cheese for lunch.

Order and delivery was fast. I ordered a hand tossed 4 ingredient pizza. The only problem was there was only 4 little slices of mushrooms on a medium pizza 4 little sliced jalapeños and a couple of pieces of Italian sausage I don’t even think there was four. I had it delivered it came out to $23. And some change. What a rip off….never again.

I tried to order online and it would not allow me purchase the 20% coupon. I input my debit card and it continued to say “Attention”. I then downloaded the Dominos app and ordered that way. However, it does not allow you to input the coupon code that was sent to my email! It only allows you to input gift cards. I called the store and informed them of this problem, but I was told they could not do anything about it because it was online only. If I was able to input the coupon code it would have only $52.00 total. However, it did not allow me and now I paid $68.66. Why do they send coupons to my email with this offer if you can not honor this!!! Horrible!!!

If i could give a negative review I would. I am disappointed that my online order was never delivered. I called the store and ensure that it would be delivered. Upon my call I was told my order had just left the store and that I would receive it later than the guaranteed 25 minutes. To this I understood that it was out of the control to deliver exactly on time, however, two hours later and I have not gotten any notification or even my pizzas. I am upset that I was told they were coming and they never came. I would have understood if I was told that they could not make my order and that unfortunately it was too late, however, they took my money and never gave me what they promised. What kind of corporation does this? What awful name brand to deceive and perpetuate ideas of mistrust.

This is some good pizza. Yea the person taking the calls was kind of rude when I told her that she sent the driver to mountclair. But the driver called and made sure my pizza was still nice and hot.

Will stop going to this Dominos. Please use caution at Claremont Dominos or go to the San Dimas location if you want better pizza or to not get scammed when you order extra ingredients . THE WORST PIZZA EVER, JUST LIKE HOW IT USED TO BE AND DOMINOS HAD TERRIBLE PIZZA IN THE PAST , AND TODAY AS WELL!

The tracker said it was ready after about 20 min, but then when I went in they said it wasn't ready and would be another 3-4 minutes. It was way longer and when I finally got it, it looked like it had been thrown together in 2 seconds. I then had to super hustle to make the train.

I ordered Whole: No Shredded Provolone Cheese, Pineapple, No Cheese, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, Beef, Italian Sausage, Ham. The only thing I got was 10 inc pizza with only pineapple. There was no all other meats. Super unacceptable. Costed me 24 dollars
