My family has always loved fried chicken dinners from Church's Chicken. The sides are good and the employees are friendly. They always have amazing online coupons for big savings!

This particular location is one of my favs. Its family owned, and they are genuine and nice people. I cannot recall a single time thay I've ever had any issue with the service or the food. Love them biscuits!!!

This is my Favorite Fried Chicken restaurant. I usually go after 5pm. They have great deals and the drive thru is the fastest in town. Only 1 time in last 4 years have I waited longer than 2 minutes. The staff is always very nice.

Haven’t been having the best service the last few times. Not the worst though BUT this time and whoever is working there right this second complete staff wise. Great service, order was perfect.

It was really good food. The only problem is when you order the new blank pepper bourbon chicken it takes 10 minutes to make and when I tried to call ahead they do not answer the phone ever. It rings for about 3 minutes then picks up and says good bye and hangs up on you.

The employees aren't obnoxious or outwardly friendly but they are professional and they make some excellent fried chicken. 5 stars for me would be the customer service and cleaned tables to sit at. I'll be back for more of their chicken!!!

I really can't say anything. I deliver Door Dash for them. I can say that they are quick. Your order is always ready. So it's good for me. Might not do anything for you. But Take Out is the BOMB!!

Gotta love church's chicken! Never had a problem with my order being correct at this location. Besides their chicken, the jalapeños are the best here. We always get extra for the house.

Staying in a hotel with my family, ordered food through door dash & included a note to please provide plates & utensils. They provided that and more!!! Food is delicious and so grateful for their customer service. They made this mommas life a whole lot easier!

Service was quick and Speedy the drive-through attendant was friendly. I got a three piece chicken my chicken was hot and fresh biscuit was good and Fries were good. My wife tried the new sandwich it was fresh and tasty. We were there about 2 in the afternoon.

This Church's Chicken has some of the best service in town. The staff is incredibly kind and community oriented, which makes a huge difference. As for the food, the honey biscuits are a must have perfectly sweet and flaky. My personal favorites are the tenders and the jalapeño bombers, but honestly, the legs and everything else on the menu are consistently great and fresh. It’s rare to find a fast-food location that combines great food with such genuine staff. Highly recommend supporting this location.

Ordered door dash from this location and I had to call them to request original/spicy mixed because it's not an option on the app. They mixed it and it was ready in under 5 minutes for the dasher. It was at my door in 20 minutes and the chicken was still too hot to eat. The mashed potatoes and okra were also hot and delicious 🤤

I stopped by for some takeout because I love Church's Chicken. I got the spicy strips and mashed potatoes and gravy. The place was very busy at dinner time so I knew the chicken would be fresh. The ladies working there were very friendly despite being so busy. I will definitely return.

Just wanted snack but it was good just not as good as our newly opened Chick-Fil-A, but again none oudoes Chick-Fil-A in any way....food, pleasant friendly, Godly service with attitudes, smiles, sincere thank you's & speed seevice. Does not expect you to pay for what you don't order. Food is good and usually very hot. The chicken place down the street has a set price and will not budge from that price, they expect you to pay for sides, biscuits, and drinks you don't want thru the drive thru.

I had never had their tenders, especially their spicy tenders, but was pleasantly surprised by them. Nice size, nicely battered, and carrying the right amount of heat for a spicy tender, I would rate them higher than most any local chicken places that serves tenders. The fact that they glaze their biscuits with honey only pushes the bar up farther. In a competition between this and "the running chicken", take yourself to church...es chicken, and never look back... lest you be turned to a pillar of salt...

Inside dining is closed right now due to Strom water damage. And I know it's the times but $1.69 for 1 biscuit? I am old , But I remember getting a can of 10 biscuits for 5¢ at A.L.Davis grocery store

The chicken was good but not as good as it use to be. They cheated me out of 2 biscuits and they no longer carry the corn nuggets, which were one of my favorite things there. All in all its still a good place to buy your chicken.

Service was amazing, quick and friendly. However, the food, specifically the chicken, tasted old. Quite disappointing.

Flavor of the 2 piece meal was good; however, the thigh was not thoroughly cooked, red inside. Mash potatoes, gravy, cole slaw were good. Peach cobbler & fried Apple pie were good as well. However, d sad once we could only eat one of the two pieces, it spoiled the meal.

They were pretty busy when we were there. It is the smallest building & parking area I've seen for a Church's Chicken! We ordered a 12 pc mixed family meal, paid and were told to pull around from drive thru and they would bring our order out in 4 & a half minutes. to wait 4.5 minutes. We waited 12 minutes and then I went inside. We ordered the 12pc mixed family meal. I was told they were waiting on buscuits to finish for our order. The number of employees inside shocked me considering the tiny building. I saw 4 employees & what looked to be a manager, making 5 total! The employees were polite & apologized for my wait. When I was walking back to the car, someone got out of another vehicle & asked me if I had to go in to get my order. I told him, "yeah". Apparently he was behind us in the drive thru & was waiting on his order to be brought out as well, so he ended up going inside to get his order like I did. Food was delicious though!!

ABSURD PRICING FOR THIER CHICKEN. WHY DO YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WORKING PEOPLE

Used to be really good. My wife and both got the 3 piece special. It was old, nasty, greasy and stringy. Too many chicken places in town for this poor quality.

They will lie to your face. Over $40 food I asked for fresh fried I'll wait it wasn't Shorted a upgrade chicken breast. 4 extra biscuits only got 3. And they only gave me 4 honey packs. Wont go back I'll drive 20 minutes more to Burleson to Regio.

Food wasn't hot...tasted like old grease. They were less than forthcoming with condiments (purchased a 20 peice family meal...wouldn't give me but 3 honey packets...had to INSIST on getting 8). Rolls were cold .....NO THANKS ....BRING BACK KFC .....

Associate running drive thru was extremely rude. You should probably pick a better person to interact with customers. We ordered our food then drove up to the window. A few minutes pass. She comes to the window and then gives us our total. We had ordered chedderpeno biscuits when we were at the speaker. Well she did not ring up the order when we were actually ordering. When we got our receipt I noticed that the cheddarpeno biscuits were not on there. My husband then asker her about it. She then caught an attitude and told him the total just for the cheddarpeno biscuits. She then asked what we had as drinks. After my husband telling her twice what we wanted she still got it wrong. She gave us our drinks then basically thru our food at us. Never got a thank you or anything from her. She has a serious attitude problem. She acted as if we were an inconvenience the entire time. Maybe you should look for friendlier employees. That is probably why every time I pass by the restaurant it is empty and there are no customers. DONT TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE AND INCONVENIENCE!

Very very slow. Was the first one to order by the drive through told me to wait out front for order. Waited 10 min. The Dr pepper tasted old. Food was less than okay. Inside not sure if the A\C is out but the doors were open. Hot inside and outside. Not coming back here. Go to chicken express. Also inside where the food is made looks very nasty.

Advertises a 9 piece wing combo with side, drink, biscuit and dipping sauce for $12.99. Ordered at drive thru. First amount she gave me was over $16.00, told her I wanted the advertised combo for $12.99. Second amount was $8.99 for wings only. Again, told her I wanted the combo with a side and drink. Overcharged me for $13.59 before tax. I told her she overcharged me and she stated that it was just tax and proceeded to shut the windows on me. Asked fir a manager and brought my receipt out to show the total order was over $14.00. She huffed and started punching numbers on the register. Told her not to bother because I did not have time for it. Got home, barely any sauce on the wings, no biscuit and no sauces. I frequent this place 2-3 times a week but think I will find someone else that knows their menu and are more friendly. Completely disappointed in this.

I bought and paid for three pieces of chicken white, they gave me two breast pieces and one very small wing. I was gone too far to come back to return it. I got a regular side of macarpni, which a previous time I got I said Im not buying any mavaroni from this place because it is just a dough of mpasta with cheese with no flavor at all, same goes for the cole slaw. These new owners do not care about costumers. 27 dollars for two pieces of chicken and three regular but really very small sides. Never goibg back.

Pulled in at the drive thru at 9:35 on Saturday 5/20/23 and they had it shut down and another vehicle had pulled in before me and they still had chicken up on the warmer and the open sign was off and the workers were just standing at the register smiling as if it were funny we weren't able to come in or order. Very poor service if you ask me. Specially when on the website it says they are still open. 👎👎👎👎👎

Usually Church's is my go to for chicken. After last night my rating falls to one star. I couldn't get information about their latest promotion after asking 3 times. I couldn't get what I wanted in a family meal. Overall visit was disappointing. Fortunately, there are several other chicken restaurants to choose from in Cleburne.

This place used to be so good back in the day and now it's gone downhill. Chicken always taste like it's been cooked in old oil. Mashed potatoes is bland and lacks flavor. They need a do-orver and provide better customer service.

Chicken was disgusting, Gravy was watery. The only good thing was the fries and Biscuit. I remember when churches chicken was amazing definitely has gone downhill which makes me sad used to be my favorite place when we had one here in Burleson.

We all work to hard for the moneybwe earn. When I am served something through the drive through I take it and go home expecting good fresh food. I did NOT get that with this chicken. I was served nasty chicken that was brown and cold. I tried 3 different pieces. Went back from my home 30 min away and they REFUSED to give me a full refund. Then refused to replace the meal. During all this the customer service was horrible. The lady there had no idea how to help customers and she lied to us several times. She was not the manager and told us the manager Alex said we could only have half of our refund because I ate some of the sides before trying the disgusting chicken, and having to drive 30 min to get my refund. We were never asked to leave nor did we yell at any of the staff. We just simply stated that we wanted our refund. The lady CALLED THE COPS. Really? Not once did we threaten or yell. This lady was ridiculous. I will NEVER go to this Church's again (even though I have been going there for years). I would say this lady's name but none of them have name tags. My suggestion would be to not go there or atleast check your chicken. They replaced my chicken but refused to replace the sides. I ofcourse left after the cops came and took home the chicken. I took one bite and threw it in the trash bc is was nasty too. Something with the oil or the flour. It isn't my taste buds either. My bf tried it too. Nasty chicken. They must have changed their gease or something. Just sad that a good chicken place is RUINED by a girl, her distasteful customer service, and some rancid oil.

Good service terrible food I have never had anything so bad the chicken that I got was covered in a powder and felt like rubber in my mouth. Placed my order in the drive thru. A 8 pc mix family with 2 sides. The sides were suppose to be fried okra and corn. This is suppose to be for a family of 4. Get up to the window and she says 8 pc family with corn and mashed potatoes. My response no corn and fried okra. Get our order leave and are about a block down the road and notice we had mashed potatoes, not okra. Make the block and go back in with our incorrect order, as my daughter is walking in she hears “well if they come back we will just charge them.” So they knew at that point they had made a mistake. Say we want our okra and she says that will be $.50 and we want the mashed potatoes back. Fine but they have left the store with someone and now you want them back. So sorry to the person behind me that got those mashed potatoes. And we got 2 pieces of corn for a 4 person side. Needless to say since I have a choice my choice is no longer Church’s.

I never experienced bad service until couple weeks ago the older lady that works there ask us to leave we couldn't eat there bcs they close the lobby but we had been waiting for our food already for like 10min sitting on one of the tables . When we got out we check our order it was all wrong went back and she made faces bcs she had to give us what we ordered. The young guy there looked like he felt bad when she ask us to leave.

If I could give no starts, I would. Have eaten here for years with no issues. Came on the 21st and got a family meal. Nearly every price in the box was undercooked. I took pictures. Tried calling to talk to them and couldn’t get anyone on phone. Went by there and was told the owner wasn’t in and to come back. Tried going back on 22nd, 23, 24, 25. Got told same thing. Came on 26th and owner told me the pictures I showed him wasn’t chicken from his store and anyone can say what I’m saying to him. Told me he isn’t going to give me a refund or any chicken to replace because it wasn’t chicken from his store. Been customers for years, won’t be back again.

Really gone down hill. It's so filthy inside. They can't hear order over the drive thru intercom. Slow service, no apologies for the long time it took. Chicken was overcooked, fries cold, just awful. I always enjoyed eating there in the past , but never again.

Had to wait 30 mins for my order. Then the girl who was sweeping the front went back and started loading it up. She Never washed her hands. No gloves. Long hair hanging down. Also while she was grabbing our food a man was sweeping around her. We"ll never go here again

It was 7pm and they had no mac n cheese. We waited in the parking lot 30min for our food. Got home and they didn't give us our 4 apple pies, no dipping sauce for our tenders, and no extra gravy. They closed for business around 7.15 and had 3 cars parked, waiting on food. How can you be so bad at your job? Worse, how can you be so bad at running a business?

I ordered a feed for 4 Half original Half spicy. Didn't get the spicy. Also the Chicken didn't taste right. Only ate 2 pieces and Mashed potatoes Didn't taste like anything No flavor about 2 hours later. Wife an I had a upset stomach!!!!!!! Just my wife and I ate. The kids didn't good for them. Throw away the rest. I will go back and try it again to change this review. But will not go this week or the next!

The food was not what I expected.. cold and bland..... But the man who was the cashier (not the onwer ) was amazing great customer service and was upselling to us which is great... The lady owner or manager need to pick her hair up and put a hair net , get off the phone and focus on what u doing .. on phone and then touching the food to serve us is disgusting.. do better!!! Churches use to be good. The chicken is not fresh any longer. The kitchen area is filthy. We have had chicken that is not cooked properly. We actually threw away chicken because it was so bad. We quit going for months. We tried again today. Once again the chicken was not fresh and tasted bad.Not sure if the ever change their oil. We threw away the chicken. This is the first bad review I have ever given. I hope they read these and make that store a quality Churches Chicken again.

Picked up chicken on the way home (12pc mix dinner with poppers $41.44).. we live in Rio Vista.. got home to eat and the chicken had no flavor, very bland, as if it wasn't seasoned .. We have always enjoyed Churches chicken, except this time, I hope this was a one time incident...

Rebrand should be “Texas Miniature Chicken” For over a decade the 10 piece dark was an affordable staple, but over the past few years the pieces got progressively smaller and more expensive. The legs and thighs are so small now you should just call them wings. So after a lifetime of getting my fried chicken from Churches I am finished. Grocery store fried chicken has bigger pieces and much better prices than the hard, expensive, tiny chicken that Cleburne Church’s has been selling for a good while now.

About 4-6 months ago Cleburne Church's Fried Chicken had new owners. I was so excited! The chicken was cooked perfect. The last 2 months, the chicken has been over cooked. It's not as over cooked as with the previous owners. The previous owners- hard as a rock. Current owners- half way to hard as a rock. When you over cook fried chicken it has no taste. Also, they miss adding items to our orders, no biscuits, no french fries, etc etc. I'm so sad. I'm not going back to Church's Fried chicken.
