The pizza and food is really good but what was more appealing was the service cause the owner/manager who seems to be a Hispanic man on the heavier side(No disrespect) is one of the nicest people/workers I've ever seen ESPECIALLY for cleburne.

Our company ordered lunch for a last minute safety training from Subway. We called 3 minutes before our pick up time to be told they couldn’t not fulfill the order we placed 2.5 hours prior. We walked next door to Little Caesar’s. Not only were they full of smiles but Derrick and Sinai and their manager dropped everything they were doing to make 17 pizzas and crazy bread! It was all short notice and they were Incredibly accommodating! We truly appreciate your hard work and willingness to help us feed our 30 hungry guys on super short notice! 😃 Thank You!!!

We was wanting to try the new pizza they have. They were out, which was ok I got there just before closing. So we got a different one. Pizza was good 👍. The employee's were so nice and very helpful. Definitely coming back to try that 🍕

Food was very good . They didn't skimp out on the toppings I wasn't expecting all the toppings on the pizza . It was more for your money I would differently go back and have another pizza from here again .

Shoutout to little ceasers as it was a good pizza. We thought about ordering from Domino's but then again, their call center is in India and they can't understand what mushrooms are. Glad we gotit from little ceasers.

Ordered thin and crispy pepperoni pizza for $8.11 and it is very tasty. I'm trying to cut down on too many carbs and having a thin crispy crust is better than the deep dish that I would really rather have lol.

Didn't order ahead and had to wait outside even though I had a mask and there were no other customers inside kind of made me mad BUT when I got home and ate the pizza/cheese stick pizza all of the madness melted away! Haven't ate there in over a year but it was really good tonight!

Customer service is lacking at this location. Even though this Little Caesars is updated with the newer equipment it feels like they haven't done anything to make your waiting experience any better. Some of their specialty pizzas are pretty good and they remain one of the discounted pizza chains which is always nice on a budget.

The store was empty when my fiance came in and made an order for two pizzas..over 25 minutes later, people who came in after him were being served before ours were ready and when we got them, they were soggy and greasy. Not the best experience.

Little Caesars Pizza is nothing if not predictable. Their $5 hot-n-ready pizzas were as mediocre as you would expect, and their menu pizzas were alright... "fair-to-middling", as my grandfather would say. If you are looking for exceptional pizza, you are not going to Little Caesars. However, if you want cheap pizza that satisfies that spot that only a pizza can satisfy, Little Caesars will be more than happy to oblige. As a slight departure from the rest of this review, their thin crust supreme was actually fairly decent. Do with that what you will.

I received a text, and then a call from my delivery person telling me that they don't honor the deals posted on the delivery app, only if you use *their* app to order. Had to cancel the food because you can't just remove an item, apparently. Haven't had a chance to taste their food, but the situation isn't entirely their fault (you should definitely fix your delivery app menus), so they get 3 stars. Probably won't order again.

You had one job to do: have pizza hot and ready. No, I don't want to wait for it to cook. That's not the point of Little Caesars. The only reason that a Little Caesars pizza is worth eating is the dirt-cheap price and it being hot and ready. The longer I would wait for the pizza, the more I am invested in the pizza. The more I'm invested in the pizza, the more I would expect out of it. Sadly, a Little Ceasars pizza is worth no more than $5 and zero wait. We were so much more satisfied going to BK just across the parking lot.

Don’t even come here all these kids here don’t know how to run this place burnt crazy bread and the pizza is always trash and cold and not cut or something is always happening everytime I come here

we had to purchase a pizza tonight since the water is out. we got a cold one. that's cool. it HAPPENS. we brought it back in within minutes and everyone sitting around discussed if the pizza was cold. the girl TOUCHED it and said it was yet denied me a replacement. then, when Jeffrey went back In to ask about it they were rude and accused me of taking a bite. less than 3 mins had passed. very hateful and rude.

Okay well Im giving you one star because I can't give you less now for my reasons- I called your store right and ordered 3 different large pizzas right with basic orders Sept 2 of them were supposed to have one thing taken off yeah. anyway. well I spent over $50 just to come home and find out these children... that some how have jobs at your store can't take basic orders and 2/3 of my orders are completely wrong and not what I paid for. Here's the scenario from the vibe I got from walking in your building. The children were to busy huddling around each other like highschool kids in a lunch room playing on there phone socializing on there social apps.they got a call,forgot they worked at a pizza shop, and forgot how to do there job, or take a simple order because they're to busy playing around instead of taking the job seriously like 90% of normal working Americans. If I owned this LC I would fire everyone and make sure the people I hire really want to work. Good luck ✌️

I'm literally disgusted. I called my order in, so that it can be ready by the time I get there. My order came to $7.57, I handed the cashier a $20. She argued that I handed her a $10.00. She begin to state that she has to count her draw.Mind you my food is currently sitting on the counter getting cold at this point. I advised that I handed her a $20. Another customer walks in, and she starts taking the customer order, she has yet to give me any of my change back and decided to talk another customer order. Once she's done with the customer she goes back to counting her draw and states, you handed me a $10.00. I stated I barely even carry cash, but when I do , I know the amount. She then hands me some change and states "if my draw is short , I guess it will be on me". This is now going on or 10 minutes. I 'm disgusted by the cashier and y'all customer service. The cashier name is Beatriz V. When reviewing the receipt she entered that I gave her $8.00 , which is her own fault for not paying attention to the bill given.

I waited over 30 minutes for 1 order of cheesey bread. I never got the order, or an apology. Honestly, I'm surprised they could be bothered to issue my refund. There are plenty of restaurants around here, don't waste your time or money at this one.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I called 4 times within different time ranges and then my friend called twice later as well and NO ONE ANSWERED! I drove up to the store and they tried to say that their phone number changed so I called the number as the worker went off to the back as everyone was agreeing with him. I CALLED THE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY AND THE PHONE IN THE STORE STARTED RINGING! Then a coworker answers it as a I hang up. Then a girl from the back rudely answered well when we get busy we can’t answer. Honestly they didn’t look to busy when I was in there. Just looked like they weren’t doing their jobs efficiently! I will NEVER BE getting food from here ever again. I drove all the way to the place to pick up my pizza after they wouldn’t answer because I wasn’t sure they were going to deliver. I was not rude at all when I came inside and asked them. I was just frustrated and I didn’t cause a scene either. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

ordered a stuffed crust pizza online at 5 for pick up at 6. came in at 550 the mgr said they didn't make it. it will be ten mins. 25 mins later i asked if it was done, he said they still didn't make it. i got my credit card out and asked for a refund. 10 mins later after he couldn't give me a refund because he didn't know how to, finally figured out how and refunded my money and they still hadn't made the pizza (627 at this time), it is Cleburne so they keep lowering the bar

Terrible customer service, the lady manger at night is very disrespectful and has an attitude problem. Young man working with her as well. If you work customer service you are suppose to be friendly and as soon as I walked through the door they had attitude because they were closing in 15min. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Lose the attitude and be polite. Especially to your elders.

I bought 2 pizzas 9-12-23 and ended up with food poisoning. Not sure how they store their ingredients or cook but Im sick now since then

I would rate them on their pizza but I didn't get any. They close at 10 so I got there at around 9:45. The doors were locked so I proceeded to knock on the window to get their attention. They were standing right there at the register but they ignored me. So I knocked a little louder but they still ignored me.. I know it's a little late to get pizza but you guys are still supposed to be open..

I was told i had to wear a mask even tho i have a written medical condition saying i don't. I ordered then was told i had to wait outside. I simply asked if they were bringing it to me or how would i lnow it was done. Was there a few days ago and my card wouldnt go thu cuz the bank was doing some updating. Was laughed at by a rude lady....thanks..... Was there today and it was still an hour to closing time but the staff seemed annoyed i was there. Asked for a cheese pizza but was given a cold pepperoni pizza instead. Was stared down till i left. Rude af employees so not going to that little ceasers no more. Looks like the staff here been getting trained by UNITED FAIL-LINES..haha

She turned the children lose in the waiting area went to work without washing her hands. The people are unfriendly AND it does not look clean actually i give them less than one star

Purchased two hot and ready pizzas. They were so old they tasted like a cardboard box. At minimum they were a few hours old and basically non edible

Called and placed an order tonight for my brother. The CSR sounded stoned as hell. Words sounded slurred. Order was for a Jalapeno Pizza. A Meat Lovers Pizza. A Stuffed Crust Pepperoni with Banana Peppers Pizza. What we picked up? Pepperoni Pizza. Meat Lovers Pizza. Pepperoni with Green Bell Peppers Pizza. Luckily, we checked before leaving the store. Instead of fixing their mess up, they wanted to give the mess ups to my brother and make him pay more for the replacements. Although, weirdly enough, the cost is just $1. But still... c'mon... This store lacks training, competency, common sense, and the know how to function. If you can't handle the smoke, don't touch it. These kids at the Cleburne location need serious retraining, and maybe some drug tests to hopefully knock them in-line. But I ain't holding out much hope for them. However, I'll leave a pinch of hope for them to maybe one day come around. Lord knows I won't be eating any of this tonight, as I'll be getting myself food elsewhere tonight, as this food I don't run much trust for. More power to my brother and the others though who will eat this.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I definitely would. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable. I placed and paid for my order, yet my order was never entered into the system. I waited for 35 minutes for my food and when I asked the employees for an update, they had no record of my order. What?? After a long day of work I decided to cancel my order and leave.

Ordered 3 pizzas online, 2 deep dish pepperoni and 1 thin crust hamburger. They were to be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there and they were ready. Got them back home and the pizzas were correct but they were semi burnt and didn't even taste like they were fresh made. It's like they've made them and cooked them ahead of time and then when they are ordered, they put them back in the oven and they weren't as hot as they normally are, probably from fear of burning them too much. I've never had this problem there before. The pizzas have always been fresh and hot until today. The store was completely empty of customers when I walked in so no excuse for the pizzas to not be fresh and hot. The young guys that work there have never been welcoming and are always more concerned with being on their phones or just talking among themselves and are rude and act like they are put out that they have customers to wait on. Someone was standing at the register when I walked in today but he never spoke or thanked me for choosing to eat there. The owner really needs to look in on how his store is being run and consider changing who he has working there. If it keeps on like it's going, he won't be able to keep this store open because people will get tired of how the employees act there and with near burnt pizzas.

First I was told the online orders are put at the end of all the orders even those who walked in and ordered. Someone came in to pick up an online order and I asked when he ordered his pizza and he said 15 minutes ago. When I asked about why this order took so long inwas told I am not the one who makes the pizzas. This is the same person who told me all online orders were put at the end.
