It was super busy at the time I went, however I did order ahead and used the pizza portal. It was a nice and convenient visit. they were very efficient and getting me my meal especially since I wasn't from the area and was taking it back to my hometown. There were some nice surprise options on the app when I selected this location that aren't available in my town so that was a bonus as well such as pretzel crust, yum!

Little Cesar's has improved over the years. Now when ever I feel like pizza no other comes to mind.

It's great, very time I go, there's pizza ready to go, if not, only takes 15-30min depending on how busy it is once you placed an order. Lines can be long at times but it's not the place fault. If you don't have the patience to wait in line and then wait longer after to get your pizza done, it's not the place for you when it's busy, as they sometimes have to make it from scratch especially if it's anything other than a classic (may take longer). Some people order and leave to get errands when they have to wait, so don't go thinking they "cut" and got pizza or "they just got there and the workers just gave them a pizza before me when I was there first". Also I've seen this with new people but please go in line, you're not going to get served if you think standing to the side is going to get them to take you first over everyone who's already in line waiting.

it’s 10:38 rn and me and my bf went to get pizza and ommmfgggg the pizza they made us was so good like it was delicious, love it 10/10, pepperoni with jalapeños, amazing give whoever made it a rise.

Excellent pizza. Service is nice. But last few times I have been the pizza is not ready to go. You have to wait 10 min.

the one in coachella is always super crowded and idk why but what is it going to take for the pizza cutter to actually cut the freaken pizza evenly!😅

They need to be more organized specially in the weekend, they should have a line for those who order on the phone if they were more organized the line wouldn’t be that long people order ahead because they are limited on time and they shouldn’t wait that long to get an order that should be ready, but instead they make people wait in long lines just to pay.

Do not order for Delivery there Delivery system or whoever there contract with cant read instructions and will deliver at the wrong place

Ordered online and still waited 30 min after the order was supposed to be done for my order. Ordered 2 chicken wings only received one. Tried calling nobody ever answered.

Very little sauce, toppings are very light... feels like eating... cardboard. Noticed kids leaving pizza alone at our parties. Twice tasted it, and it was mediocre. Did not want to intent a third try at a different party. Best if luck to this establishment.

Ordered on the mobile app at 7:28 p.m and my order wasn't ready until almost 9:30 p.m. " little ceasers, not fast and ready. Little ceaser, wait for hours"

Horiable customer service waited 15 minutes and was told it would take an additional 20 minutes for 1 pizza... what happend to the hot and ready!!! No not at Coachella it take 45- 1 hour for a regular pizza

We just ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza and as we sat down to eat it we discovered that the pizza had some sort of plastic or parchment paper in between the toppings and pizza crust, watch out before eating pizza from here double check your slices.

I tried helping the employees by calling in my order 30min in advance and they still can't get it ready, the owner should change employees, or tell employees to be honest with costumers and tell them a more realistic time frame that the order will actually be ready

They lie when they say hot and ready, literally 10 people waiting for pizza and nothing in the hot and ready cabinet, and that’s after I called and they said they had plenty!! Very Very disappointing....

Phone ordered a thin crust pizza. Got to the location to pick up, he tells me “Oh we ran out of thin crust so we made it a regular is that ok” what the heck NO THATS NOT OK!!! How about you check to make sure you have the correct Items to make the pizza that was ordered in advance next time. Definitely disappointed even more because I was on my lunch break, now I have no time to find other food. You guys suck.

Pizza is nasty, crust is always too thin and hard as a rock. They can only be 2 reasons. Pizza is not fresh and it's been sitting around for hours. #2 you guys need to switch person thats making the dough. Just a tip case you guy are short on buject, you can always use a knife to make the slices

This location is always busy in the evening. Knowing how busy they are they should staff more people. I spent 45 min trying to call to place an order for pickup..the phone kept ringing but no answer. I finally drove there and I asked the girl at the counter if there was something wrong with their phone.. she avoided the question. I asked again and she finally said "we were told not to answer the phones".. I asked if the manager told her not to answer she said yes.. the line was out the door and people were becoming upset because they were calling and then having to come in because there was no answer.. then once they placed their order they we're told 25 min but we're having to wait up 45min. Audrey the mananger in the back ground kept saying don't answer the phone.. This location is busy because they advertise $5 Hot n Ready Pizzas.. if they are going to advertise then they should have plenty prepare and should staff accordingly.

Awful service no hot and ready pizza. They were able to make me an extra pepperoni pizza but not a classic? Terrible workers. Rude and unprofessional attitudes telling me next time order online, when all I wanted was a classic pizza.

I ordered one thin crust 6 dollar pizza and crazy bread with sauce.. I was in their waiting for 28 min. I cancelled my order when the worker's in the background heard order was canceled they started laughing... What kind of people are getting hired here. Two thumbs down..👎👎

Showed up to an empty lobby, around 9pm. Around 5 to 6 employees in the back kitchen not one single pizza was ready. I had to place the order and wait for them to make it. While another customer walks in and they give him two that just came out without him placing an order. Worst place I've been to.

Ordered 30mins Prior to avoid the wait. Soon as I got to the location store 5731 Denise the supervisor was Very Rude. After having to wait 30mins already. Didn't take my pizza after all Due to the long time waiting. Horrible experience poor customer service from that young lady.

Wow they really did not care about how they made my pizza or how they cut it. Almost looks like they were having a bad day or something and took it out on my pizza....we all go through it but show some professionalism when it comes to your job otherwise please find a different job....or ya know. Get some therapy....

I was just asking if the change was recent.” She responds with “it doesn’t matter. It’s just a box.” And me with “sorry, I was just making conversation.” If she doesn’t want her job I have a few cousins that would love one !!! They’ve been applying here recently lmao we’re all broke there’s no excuse for being a horrible human

I've even overheard other customers complaining about the exact same thing.
