What an amazing discovery this restaurant is! The all-you-can-eat menu allows you to sample a variety of dishes; all expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients! I particularly enjoyed the pappardelle with Cinta Senese ragù, the tripe, the peposo, the cooked cheek, and the meatballs! Highly recommended!

We came to this restaurant because of the all-you-can-eat menu. We were a little worried that this type of offering might negatively impact the quality, but we were disappointed. We tried a little bit of everything, and all the dishes were carefully prepared and very tasty. The portions are just the right size (allowing you to try multiple dishes, and the first courses are quite generous). We particularly enjoyed the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù, the gota, and the ribollita. The service was very quick and courteous, and the price was absolutely reasonable for the experience. A special thank you to the owners, who very kindly offered us a ride, given our difficulty finding a taxi after dinner. Thank you! P.S. For future guests: if you're staying in the upper part of the village, don't walk there!

Excellent experience, very refined and charming atmosphere, in the heart of the city next to the main square. It's a shame that we didn't have the pleasure of sitting on the terrace due to bad weather, but we enjoyed the good food inside one of the rooms. There is the option of ordering and doing an all-you-can-eat, but we preferred to order à la carte. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The only negative note was the service was a little slow, but certainly due to the crowds that evening. I recommend it.

The restaurant is located in the heart of the village, and the atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, which allows you to eat any dish on the menu for €29. We tried several dishes, including the cured meats appetizer, tagliatelle with Cinta ragù, gnocchi with ragù, pappa al pomodoro, and peposo. The portions are small, but everything was delicious. The option is interesting for those who aren't from the area and want to try more traditional Tuscan dishes.

After several years, I returned to this place, intrigued by the ALL YOU CAN EAT option, even though I'm not a big fan of these options. The place is well-kept, charming, warm, and clean for my tastes; the only downside is the incense inside, which I find annoying. The service was very attentive and fast, performed by the staff who were quite knowledgeable and at the same time very willing to explain or advise. There were three of us adults and we ordered almost everything from the menu, as the portions for those who choose ALL YOU CAN EAT are very small, but I was very pleased because I was able to try so many things. I chose not to order a first course, but my friend, after trying the pici all'aglione, assured me that it was a well-made dish. The appetizers were good, the soups excellent, the coccole were tasty, the fried vegetables didn't blow me away, and the second courses were delicious, especially the gota alla Colligiana and the peposo, accompanied by beautifully flavored baked potatoes. Honestly, I'll come back because you eat really good Tuscan cuisine with medium-high quality raw materials.

A well-maintained and spacious restaurant. The menu features Tuscan dishes. The portions are delicious and well-portioned. You can also choose an all-you-can-eat dinner for €29.90, excluding drinks and desserts. The service is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a try. Dogs are welcome.

Excellent food from „haute cuisine“ and the service is very attendive and dedicated! You sit up on the roof terrace and have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Highly recommended!!

From the beginning to the end: a perfect night out! We had a table at the rooftop-terrace. Very cosy - in the middle of the city centre. The waitresses were very attentive and kind. As for the food: it was simply delicious. The crunchy tuna, the sea bass, the rump: we enjoyed all of it. The restaurant used to be a mill and has a long history. Chef Sandro, we think you will write history in this place as well! A pity you are closed on tuesday or we would be back tomorrow. A place to recommend.

food was amazing! Service great! Prices fair. The building is also really cool, kind of in a cellar ish. We had the Pisi pasta and another pasta with wild boar. Both are very very tasty and special. The salmon tartar was also really good. So were the sea bass! Even the baked potato was good. Highly recommend.

Ultima cena delle vacanze con tanta voglia di viziarci. La location è veramente spettacolare, soprattutto la parte ipogea con le attrezzature del molino, che cortesemente ci hanno consentito di visitare e che andrebbe valorizzata. La cucina è buona ed è tipica toscana. Il prezzo è assolutamente coerente con la qualità del servizio e dei piatti.

Abbiamo preso il menù all you can eat , per assaggiare la cucina Toscana. Consigliato

Drawn here by the various TikToks and Instagram reels, we had high expectations... but we didn't have a great experience. The terrace is definitely worth it, and the service was generally very good. As for the food, it's good that they offer an all-you-can-eat option, but the quality is a bit subpar; a little more attention to detail would make it a truly unique experience. The value for money is definitely good, but I wouldn't go back.

Servizio cucina pessimo. Ordinato alle 14, alle 14.40 iniziano ad arrivare alcune pietanze, si chiede se ci riportano il foglietto per poter fare un altro ordine e la cameriera ci dice che la cucina è chiusa, che il cibo già ordinato sarebbe arrivato ma non si poteva ordinare altro. Abbiamo detto che andrebbe comunicato che la cucina sta per chiudere e la cameriera si è scusata. Alle 15.15 abbiamo chiesto quando sarebbe arrivata la roba ordinata ma ci hanno detto che non arriverà e si sono scusati. Ci hanno fatto un piccolo sconto ma il problema è che il personale della cucina è veramente inadeguato! È proprio un peccato perché i piatti arrivati erano ottimi ma perché non hanno continuato a cucinare ALMENO l'ordine effettuato??? Se la cucina chiude il personale lo deve comunicare poco prima in modo che se il cliente volesse ordinare le ultime cose ne ha la possibilità, è il MINIMO. Veramente un trattamento pessimo. Mi dispiace molto perché siamo andati via veramente arrabbiati ma il ristorante sarebbe valido con semplici accortezze in più! A rimetterci poi sono state le cameriere che hanno avuto a che fare con tutti i clienti arrabbiati, l'errore però riguardava il personale di cucina, a cui non importava evidentemente del dispiacere diffuso e non hanno provato a rimediare gli errori.

The food was average and the menu quite poor. The gniocetti is deffinately a dish that you need to avoid as it has a repulsing appearance and is completely tasteless. The stuffed ricotta pasta was rather stuffed with an omelette-textured cheese that did not feel nice. Also, if you want to try some overcooked pasta, this is the place! Besides that, the staff was quite abrupt and at the beggining we entered the restaurant no one there, after 5 minutes a waiter exited the restaurant without answering and after another 10 minutes the mettre showed up.
