I've been to many Burger Kings over the years. This is probably the best Burger King I've ever been to. Their service is usually Whataburger level in my opinion. And since most people here are crazy about Whataburger this Burger King is never that busy which makes the service even better. As for food quality, again, this is probably the best Burger King I've ever been to. This isn't your typical small town, 2 people working the lunch rush Burger King. It's a lot better. Staff is always friendly. They actually act like they want to be there unlike many places. Don't pass this BK up.

I've never had a problem with Burger King. I usually drive thru. Love the taste of the char broiled burgers. And their prices are good and even better with coupons.

I go to this burger king all the time it is close to my house and the food is always fresh and comes out quick even when it's a short staff those ladies still be pushing it out! Keep up the good work guys !👍

I don't usually eat a burger King but they have a really good dollar menu. I get the spicy chicken sandwich and it's great. This place is not crowded at all if you get there late at night. Not sure about the day.

This location is great! Put in a mobile order in at the wrong location and she went the extra mile to help us and called the other store (an hour away) and made it easy for us to get it here in town.

I frequent here about twice a month, and each time I have a pleasant experience. Good and fast customer service.

Went in and got what I wanted. Quick and simple. The cashier was really nice and so was everyone working at in the kitchen. They were all smiles and really friendly. Will be coming back soon

1 dollar menu is really the best when compared to any other fast food joint in BCS. Rodeo crispy chicken (has onion rings in the burger) and crispy onion rings are my favorite picks. Even the chicken nuggets are better seasoned and cheaper than other places.

Great tasting burgers. The staff here are wonderful. I would say of all places I been the customer service at this Burger King and even other fast food restaurants tops all.

I can never eat my food right away because it is ALWAYS fresh! I have never had an issue with my food. Employees are super nice as well. I recommend updating your drive thru hours on google as it shows you guys close at 11am because of it.

We came to the drive-through on March 4th at 7:44 p.m. and just had a really good experience with the lady taking our order and with the lady who gave us our food. Roxanne was the one who took our order and was able to help us get the most bang for our buck. She's very knowledgeable about the menu and the promotions. And the lady who gave us our bag I didn't catch her name but she was just as friendly and just as nice. They both deserve raises. I will come back to this location and eat again at our highly recommend other people go and get their food from there to especially if it's at night!!!! Great job ladies

There was a lady working the front the day i went in ...they were pretty busy and she had the best customer service I just had to tell her. Because it's hard to find happy ppl in the workplace these days. Especially fast food. She awesome. I didn't catch her name but wow a very nice chic. 😊

They get my very specific burger right the majority of time. Recently my burger had all the things I didn’t want but it was easy to go in and get it fixed up. If you use the drive-through they’re usually pretty fast at getting you out of there. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but even with a long line it doesn’t take that long. The burgers and nuggets are always good. They always my fulfill my request for “a lot of ketchup” and they’re nice about it too.

This Burger King location ranks highly among the plenty of others I have visited in life. Maybe it's management, maybe it's the employees, but one thing is certain: they have not messed up an order once. I have never received a sloppy burger from this location, nor have I received a flipped bag of fries. For anyone who has had bad luck with burger kings in the past, I would certainly recommend this one to get you back on track.

I ordered the new garlic bacon burger and my spouse ordered the spicy chicken king. This meal was absolutely exquisite, my compliments to the chef, and the staff at the drive-thru were spectacular as well. Most definitely a 5 star experience.

if I could give one thousands stars, I would do it. I came to this location with my brother in law and the cashier ROXANN and her coworker (I don't remember this other girl's name, since I didn't see it right) were so kind when taking our order. I enjoyed coming to this Burger King. Roxann made me feel myself like at home. THEY OFFERED ME NOT JUST A SERVICE, but A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. These girls make this place shine. This location changed my mind about Burger King! I used to think it was the nasty food place to visit. This location makes incredible food for a low price. They never mess up my order and it's always hot and fresh. The brownie batter shake changed my life.

Ordered the impossible burger and forgot to get no mayo. Went and asked them if I could hust have a top of a bun and a side of pickles. Not only did they replace the top of the bun but the put lettuce on it and tomatoes and a large side of pickles. These guys were so nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!!!!😁😁 Thank You!

BK is BK... consistent food. BUT, this BK was different. The friendliness, welcoming, sincerely appreciative was like mine other before. The staff appeared happy, and truly like a team. So often we become accustomed to robot-like, disengaged service at fast food restaurants. But the College Station BK was a welcome surprise!

Oddly enough, the French toast sticks are vegan. Also oddly enough, it is less cost effective to buy in bulk. Always order as many 3-packs as you want. The 5-piece is more expensive than two 3-pieces.

It was ok. I had rushed from the house without breakfast...found myself at destination with 8 minutes to spare...was hungry...saw BK and pulled in. Fast, Convenient, Satisfying.

The breakfast croissants were delicious. And a good value. Went through the drive-through. Fast and efficient.

I've only been here once or twice but the times that I have been here I have had good service and my food was out in a timely manner and correct.

Cashier did not know looked inexperienced. She first rang my order and it came to $32. After checking the receipt found she had charged me incorrectly and did not use the specials that were being displayed. Fortunately the lady helping with the orders sorted it out and my bill came to $20. Still, great food.

The food was extremely nicely made, and came out quickly as you would expect from a quick fast food spot. The one complaint would be the cleanliness as it was very dirty. Also the bathroom tower dispenser was not functioning, please fix that.

The new cheddar bacon King is good couple be a lot better of the bacon was fully cooked. The mozzarella sticks are lacking texture and flavor. That were rubbery.

My son talked me into a pretzel bun bacon cheese burger. I had a single meat and he had a double. His was warmer than mine, but not by much. Mine was cold. The bun was cold. The meat was barely warm and my cheese unmelted. My husband said it is unusual for the food to not be hot. The burger had good flavor and the bun was soft and flavorful. I think one cheese would have been better than two. Thought it was a bit salty with two pieces. This may have been better if the cheese was melted.

Highly recommend the fries, but the milkshakes were surprisingly small.

I went with a group of four in total and three of our orders were messed up. They were minor errors like forgetting to take off onions or not adding jalapeños to my burger. Food was just like your average Burger King.

It took forever to get out good, quality was good. Everything tasted as it should, service was very slow. Definitely don't go on a lunch break!

Service was really friendly. Food was fast. Drink Machine was sticky and not kept very clean. Lighting was really dark in the area. The food was good and we would go back for take out. It isn't a newer building so don't expect super clean facilities...they could do better to keep it up.

Burger King's foods good when the employees like what they're doing but I do have to say its always normally clean including bathrooms so that's a plus just wish employees gave a little bit more care when they prepare your food. Cuz some people could be allergic to things like tomatoes pickles you know it sounds odd but it could be true and that's why people ask for no tomatoes no pickles sadly enough there's people out there that's allergic to Coconut too and that's in 98% of everything that's made today so Burger King you rock in some cases hugs

Not a great Burger King, but I don't remember the last time I went to a good Burger King after 2010. The service is very slow in the drive thru even with online ordering, and the parking lot is a mess at best. The food is decent, but not what it could be, the app is nice and it gives some decent deals time and again.

This last trip was just ok I asked them to add lettuce to my burger and they didn't. I didn't go back and ask them about it. Fries were not cold but also not hot again edible just not great. I tried the new Sourdough bacon burger I thought it was pretty good. Kids always get chicken fries. I will go again it is fast food you can't expect it to be great just ok.

Hairs in food 😣 I haven't had Burger King in a long time and I had a coupon to go get $1 French toast sticks 5ct. I got to my class and started eating and when I started pulling out a French toast stick, I noticed a big ole hair wrapped around 2 sticks. Not sure I'll be eating there again for a while..

This BK is not in the "one of the best" category. Yesterday, they said they did not have a Double Cheeseburger meal and charged me for each separately: What was supposed to be $6 turned out to be over $10. This was either a Scam or the staff needs to be better trained. Food was good. We will not return to this BK as this happens too often.

Food was good but it took us forever to get it. Used the mobile app to order. After arriving, I talked to 3 different people. The first one told me to pull up that the order was ready. Pulled up to window and the person had no idea what I was talking about. After 10 minutes of them working in our order a third person came to the window and asked what our order was because the person 2 cars behind us had the same order with the same name. It's obvious nobody has a clue what is going on and what orders have been served. Won't go back!!

I doordashed their Halloween Whopper and asked for no mayo and no onions add mustard, for some reason it did not go through to their side but instead of just solving the problem and replacing it their so-called manager (female) just wanted to sit on the phone and argue with me about what I ordered I asked for their name but they said their name was irrelevant which makes no sense because I want to know if I'm actually talking to a manager. Thank you for having a rude staff I will be sure to avoid this Burger King.

They don't pay attention to what you order at the window and don't give receipts.

How does a restaurant run out of items? Then tell me, when I order my meal that you have to give me smaller items and substitutions, but expect me to pay the same price. No bueno BK.

Advertised as 2 whopper meals for 10 bucks. Ordered 2 double Whataburger jrs, ended up paying 11 dollars, no receipt. Employee at the window did not allow for any inquiries or further interaction, as she practically slammed the sliding window after mumbling a few words. Horrible service, awful food, make sure to demand a receipt.

I had gotten a #3 and a #10 here. The burger and sandwich was soggy, tasted old, and was overrall disgusting. When I got my twix milkshake it was already liquid and did not have the thickness you would normally expect from a fresh milkshake. The milkshake looked to have been sitting around for awhile already. The fries were however fresh and hot, but still had an off taste to what I have experienced at other burger kings in the past.

Referred my wife to try the Chi-king Sandwich as I’ve done since first trying it a few days ago at a Colorado location. I hyped up the chi-king sandwich to her and many others to be as good as chic-fil-a... what she got was a dry chicken Sammy and a bad case of diarrhea the next day. You’ve let me down, BK.

Come here if you want a swarm of employee's to judge you. Went there last night (1/3/16) & apparently they started judging me out loud and in front of other customers. Fortunately I knew someone there & they brought it to my attention. When asked for their names, they did not want to give them out. One of the employee's, which was a female, knew they had messed up badly. Instead of running your mouth judging people, go run the grills. My personal life is none of your business. Worry about your job. Already brought it to corporate's attention.

The attitude they have just to be at work is sad. My entire order was messed up and there are absolutely no managers ever to assist. This place should be shut down.

Personally, I like extra vegetables on my sandwiches. I was fine paying for it but they forgot to put them on my burgers. The little to go boxes they put the vegetables in was only a quarter full and it had one tomato and pickle with a little lettuce. I don't think I'm picky but at least give me a fist full of vegetables if I'm paying for it.

Ordered a Whopper with cheese. They didn't put cheese on it so I went inside to get it corrected. All they did was open it up and put a piece of cheese on it which wouldn't melt because it was cold by then. Next time they pulled a cold piece of meet from an overhead bin and served it to me. Needless to say, I don't go tbere anymore.

Don't serve Whoppers at morning via Uber. You gotta be kidding me... You should change your name to something other than Burger king at morning.

This place was okay, however they charged me for lettuce i got on 1'1" square didnt cover even half of the sandwich. Then i walked up to get more Buffalo sauce and the people looked at me walking up then one walked away and the other one walked to the back and was eating putting her fingers in her mouth then she walked up to me and asked me what i needed and did not wash her hands befits helping me. I mean its not horrible that she was eating i mean people have to eat but there is a time for that and i work in the food industry i would never walk up to the counter and wait on a guest with nasty hands. Needless to say i will not be returning here

Never again I've been here a quote. A bite and. Ever had a Problem didn't eat all day went there about 6 hours ago it's almost mid night and I been throwing up and shutting my brains out. Normally I wouldn't rate something this low, but I find it hard to believe that a car is conviently blocking the drive thru. A very un professional way of saying we're close with out actually being close or close to the closing time. I noticed three cars pass by, as I wrote this review, that's three customers this location missed out. Upper management should know.

Awful! They didn’t complete the order. When I called to let them know, I was put on hold and was waiting for 45 minutes. Meanwhile I heard them laughing, making jokes, being so unprofessional and taking orders but no one came back to the phone. When I showed up they acted like nothing was wrong.

I ordered almost fifty dollars in food just to have my sandwich sent back because it lacked bacon that I paid for once the sandwich was fixed u sent it out to me cold with new bacon on a old whopper not to mention the individual by the name of Daphne lacked professionalism and manners. The food was gross. And the service was horrible.....had to repeat my order 3 times. The girl at the counter never looked up and was clearly learning the register cause she kept pushing buttons and then stopping amd staring at one of her coworkers (didn't call for help literally stared at her back until she turned around). As for the atmosphere...the homeless looking guy in the back yelling about how he was going to call corporate that was the best part.

I wish to give them zero stars. I had a egift card and tried to use it. The cashier person activated the card. But then she said she cannot apply it because they have a new system and it doesn't allow them to do that. I told her that I will lose the $10 in the cart and won't be able to use it anymore since she activated it!!! I will lose my gift card money!! After big troubles and argument, she went and ask the manager and it turned out they can can apply the egift card!!! It looks like they were trying to steal the money of my gift card!!! Really!!!!!! After that, they didn't give me my entire order correct. One of my orders was a regular size veggie burger. They gave me a junior burger and charged me $7.5 for it. They said that veggie burger comes like that. I ate veggie burger in another king burger place before. It came in a normal bun size (NOT a Jr size)!!!! This is the worst place I have ever seen! WIFE AND I WENT TO THIS STORE EXPECTING A GREAT BK EXPERIENCE. THE SERVICE WAS OK AS I GAVE 5 STARES,THE FOOD WAS SO BAD,THE PRESENTATION OF OUR MEAL WAS LIKE IT WAS PICKED OUT OF A GARBAGE CAN 3 DAYS LATER. FIRST TIME TO VISIT THIS BK, IN OTHER CITIES IT IS OUR PLACE TO GO TO GET A WHOOPER. NOT HERE AGAIN. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO REVISIT THIS UNIT. I AM HOPPING THEY OWN OTHER STORES; SALES AT THIS UNIT HAS GOT TO BE DOWN YEAR OVER YEAR ! ORDER WAS MIXED UP SO BAD WE COULD NOT FIX IT OURSELVES. I don't care how many slices of cheese you ask for, you get one. Double cheeseburger? One slice of cheese. Pay for extra cheese? ONE SLICE OF CHEESE! Explain to me exactly how many slices of cheese I need to order and pay for to get TWO slices of cheese on my double cheeseburger.
