Oh, I love their food. Lemon basil chicken salad is the bomb! All flavors I've had have been very good. They know their chicken salad. And the cookies are yummy. Staff is great. They never disappoint.

First time in today and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The chicken salad was very good as well as the chicken pablano soup! I can’t wait to try all of their options! Place was sooooo very clean very cute shop!!!! I loved everything about this place!

To start, the food is phenomenal every time. Never had a single bite that didn’t make me look like I was a commercial actor over-enjoying the food for the camera. Eyes rolling back and all! Service is quick and the staff is very kind. The owners are some of the best business owners i’ve ever met, truly care about the customers and pride themselves on running a great and friendly restaurant! Extremely awesome and kind, I regularly recommend them to customers at my work and have even had some come back to thank me for doing so! Amazing quality, care in sandwich building, and most consistently fresh ingredients i’ve ever experienced at a sandwich-style place! Due to work hours I mostly order delivery but when I’ve gone into the store the service has always been impeccable. A++ 11/10 3 thumbs up, they’re wonderful!

For a place that specializes in selling chicken salad -- this place was spectacular. It is a very simple concept but really good! What they lack in flare, they make up in making a really good chicken salad. Lots of options on the menu -- especially multiple "spicy" options which goes over really well with me. The speed of service was good and the combo was only $9.99 (but you'll need to be ready to pay a bit more for a drink). I will be going back!

The food was way better than I thought it would be and I'm not a big fan of chicken salad. But, it was great 💯 we are definitely coming back for lunch or maybe dinner next time? I inspect at least 5-6 restaurants a week and I can tell their team obviously stays way on top of keeping the place clean. A++

Our party of 2 stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around 11:30am while Texas A&M was not in session. They took our order and served us in no time. The place was clean and welcoming as usual. Our food was yummy and reasonably priced. They have outdoor seating available but it is not shaded. Parking is usually not a problem but at times you might not be able to park right by the restaurant.

Love this place and have been coming back for the last 3 years! Amazing customer service even on their busy days. The food is always great and the one time my order was wrong, they were amazing and refunded me immediately! Couldn’t recommend it enough to people in the BCS area wanting something lighter for lunch/dinner. Big fan!

Great service. I had asked the young man helping me how much for a cup of ice. He asked of was for my containers of chicken. I replied yes, I had forgot my ice packs and I had a 30 min drive home. He asked the manager if I could have ice in a bag for chicken. She was so kind and gracious to give me plenty of ice to keep my food cold. GREAT customer service and delicious food.

Amazing chicken tortilla soup!!! It had a great amount of spice in it, authentic flavor, & the tortilla chips gave it a perfect crunch. Plus, there are some really great deals for this restaurant on Safe2Save! Plenty of parking. Lots of seating. Quick service. Local business. So many reasons to eat here. This was my second time and I hope to be back soon!

Ate lunch here with my wife on a Saturday. As usual, the place was hopping, but the staff did a great job getting food out quickly and cleaning off tables as soon as customers left. Food tasted great, and restrooms were very clean. Nice job.

The food here is top notch. I ordered the sandwich meal with an extra scoop of chicken salad as the side so I could try more than one flavor. I had both the "Fancy Nancy" and the "Jazzy Julie" and they were both fantastic. My only complain was that my wife got the "Jalapeno Holly" and it was even better than the scoops I got. Great food, and certainly worth a visit if you like Chicken Salad.

First time here and just YES, good food and excellent variety. I got the Olivia's Old Fashioned, and it was just excellent. It wasn't heavy - it was filling but didn't weigh me down. That's a good find for a quality chicken salad. I'm going to make this place a regular staple of mine for as long as I'm down here.

Secondly, the food was perfect. They took 2 mins to bring all four meals to our table. We had: Chicken Salad BLT on toasted white with the Buffalo Barclay and fresh fruit ($9) Spicy Pimento Cheese on croissant with loaded baked potato soup ($8)(2 pics, one open face sammich) The Dixie Chick BLT on toasted white with grape salad ($8) Sassy Scotty BLT on croissant with pasta salad ($9) And 4 drinks, reg ($2ea) AAAND a Salted Caramel Cheesecake. I had NOOOOOOO interest in going here. I offered to go to make my wife happy. I won. I will be going back. I was not excited about $50 tab, until I started eating. I was great and we all left happy.

I got the Madame Curry chicken salad on a croissant (you can get it on white/wheat bread or no bread if you want) with a side of Mac n cheese and I was very satisfied! It also came with a pickle for the sandwich as well as a cookie. I honestly will come back and try other flavors!!

So cute!!! It felt so homie and warm inside. The guy, Jose, that helped us was very helpful. We got to try a few samples of different kinds. Which was great! The sandwich’s were really good! The soups were good, I felt they could’ve used a little more seasoning, but it came out hot and it was good for the most part. It also came with a cookie! How fun!! Where in America can you go and get a full sandwich, cup of soup, and a cookie for less than $10. HIGHLY recommend!!

Plenty of booth and table seating. Sunny and colorful decor. Not loud. Room for wheelchair. Excellent food.

I am amending my review on chicken salad chick…Love their chicken salad and other items. However today when I went in to purchase some items….their customer service might have cost them a customer. I love their food and stop often to purchase things in their large containers for the family to enjoy. Today one of those items was the broccoli salad which is awesome. I asked for an 2 extra containers of the salad dressing for it…..no prob they gave me one….but would not give me a second….said policy etc…okay I get it whatever….I told them okay this is fine I will purchase another…and they would not sell it to me. I felt like the calorie or dressing police was there….what?? You will not allow me to have another extra container of the dressing even when the customer is standing there saying they will pay for it? Even Taco Bell does not do this!! So….as much as we love the broccoli salad….their no extra dressing policy even if you want to give them money for it will cost them future sales of it….as now I just wont buy anymore of it until they decide that customer knows how much dressing they need for their salad…and decide to either give it or allow it to be purchased!! I have never been told no we wont allow you to have anymore lol And do note that the container of it was a pretty large one….so to ask for extra dressing is not out of the ordinary ….I will also add….that the Chicken Salad Chick location in Flowood Ms is much more accommodating …as they are always happy to provide the dressing needed or asked for.

The staff and establishment are both great. I was not a fan of the particular salad I chose (Scotty) but I would try again with another flavor. I sampled the pimento cheese and it was very nice. The cookie with my meal was a nice touch and it was very tasty. Will try again in the near future.

I love Chicken Salad Chick food. Everyone is very friendly and service is always great. I was there today and noticed their CHRISTMAS Decorations. Grinch- Santa- Nothing for the birth of Christ. I don’t understand why the true meaning of Christmas was not recognized…..

Chicken Salad Chick is always a great experience. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really sets this place apart is the amazing variety of chicken salad options—there are so many unique flavors and choices that it’s easy to find something new to love every time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is clean, and service is quick. It’s a perfect spot for lunch or a light dinner, and I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend!

For someone who is allergic to gluten, I am glad that this place has many options. That being said, I do wish there was more flavor in the chicken salad or that they offered gluten free bread. I had a scoop of the buffalo chicken salad and a scoop of the BBQ chicken salad. The buffalo chicken salad was not spicy at all and really lacked buffalo sauce flavor. The BBQ chicken salad had way too much BBQ sauce in it and I wish the meat had a smoky flavor to it. Our food came out very fast and the staff was super nice and answered any questions I had. I also love the concept of the restaurant. It’s unique and I’ve never seen another restaurant like this before. Overall, the chicken salad was average and I most likely won’t eat here again. I do recommend trying it as a sandwich or with crackers because I think it would help a lot. The concept of the restaurant is great, but the flavors of the chicken salad need to be altered some.

It's good but I make better Chicken Salad. It's a little bland for my taste. I chose one with pineapple in it maybe the others are better. I am not a fan of buffalo sauce or dill so I definitely passed on those. I would go back but not of my own choice. My friend suggested it and it's her favorite place. To each his own... I suggest you check it out for yourself.

Everything is DRY. The chicken salad is DRY. The pimento cheese is DRY. It’s sad that it not good and it’s the main dish. The grocery store deli next door makes much better chicken salad than this place. Besides the food being mediocre, the service is weird. It’s like high school when you walk up and the girls have been gossiping about you. I thought it was a cute and happy place for the first 3 visits. But it’s time to say it. I thought the first couple visits was just me until my daughter finally said it. Done with it… Making my own or going to the GROCERY STORE. Eat in peace and watch TV.

I had a weird experience for lunch this afternoon. The food I would give 4/5, but the customer service was odd which is why my rating is so low. I ordered, paid, and asked for lemonade, and the cashier left the counter for two minutes or so. There being a line behind me I step to the side and wait. I ask the older lady at the next counter If there is a beverage station where I can fill up my drink (I've never been here). She looks at me crazy and tells me to wait and she can do it. Fine no problem, my order is finally ready and the older lady just stuffs it in the bag on its side right in front of me. My sandwich and broccoli salad got everywhere. Juices even got all over the inside of the bag and outside the box. I found this very strange as the woman was very nice to everyone else. Good chicken salad, but the customer service is off-putting. Not sure if I'll be back soon.

And that I would not be able to enter any establishment in college station without a mask. After leaving the restaurant I read the law or shall we say the “ordinance” put out by the governor and the ordinance from the city of college station and then called the city of college station for clarification. And I do not have to wear a mask ! I have PTSD. And because I do I have panic attacks when I cannot breathe. I explain this to the college station assistant city manager and he assured me that this would definitely fall under the “exclusion” to the mask order , both the order of college station and of the governor. After I spoke with the city I called back and the owner would not take my call and did not call me back. It’s too bad this owner chose to be scared about getting a fine Instead of being concerned about his customer and finding out why the customer didn’t have the mask! And just a side note to the owner- I went to Lowe’s today without a mask and they asked me why I didn’t have one I explain to them about my PTSD and funny enough they let me in the store. And I ate with no mask add another restaurant! During this whole entire event I have supported your restaurant by eating there at least twice a week. And you proved today you care nothing about your customers.
