The food was great but it felt like I was quite sure if the maker knew what I was talking about when I said make it lite. I wanted the middle of the bread removed but she finally got it.
Who doesn’t love Subway!!! This location is a great one - it’s out of the way for some but good for us - never have to wait too long!
Very clean facility, friendly staff. Order was prepared exactly as directed. Bread was fresh, meatballs hot and juicy.

I eat at this subway about once a month but this is the first time I've ever felt the desire to leave a review. Gwen made our sandwiches and was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly personable, kind and informative. She made our sandwiches like she herself was going to be the one taking them home. Hands down the best experience I've had at this subway in 3 years thanks to her.
Ordered my food on the app and it was waiting for me when I got there. The employee was pleasant and the sandwiches were made correctly. The store looked and smelled clean.
The manager Austin and Gwen are awesome! Always make the best sandwiches and create such a comfortable environment! Shout out to the entire crew there! 😊

We are stuck in College Station during the Snowpoclypse. No food for 2 days because everything was shut down. Today we ventured out and found this store open with a very long line and 2 young people working hard. People were impatient and short and the workers just kept going with kindness and professionalism. Soon the manager and another worker came in and helped restock the counter and process orders. We were so thankful to have delicious food during this crazy time. Thank you for being open, thank you for coming to work and putting up with the masses of hangry people. Thank you for being there for us.
Chris was awesome, he made our sandwiches perfect. Usually when I go to subway they just throw everything together and it's all uneven and beat up. Great subway and great employees.

I have to admit I have low expectations for Subways but this one was one of the better ones I have been to lately. Ordered the tuna protein bowl with an extra egg. The lettuce they were pulling from was pretty brown. It was 1:45. I asked if they had some fresher lettuce and they did go get some. The employee that helped me was friendly and not too rushed. Overall I would visit this location again. My only concern with Subway is their prices. If I get only water with my salad they are comparable to other salads but I am always tempted by the chips. Lol

The last 3 times I have ordered online for food here, they missed stuff in the order. Sandwiches had wrong items, other items missing in the order altogether.
I will not stray again from my Barker cypress location. Subway at rock prairie road. I was not expecting this lunch..see photos... from you this evening. That is all.

Saw a commercial on TV any footlong for 5 dollars when you get a drink. The kids behind the counter had no clue and we're very condescending when I asked them about it. Other than that the food was ok.
Usually really like this location but they’re supposed to open at 10am and we waited till almost 10:15 at the door & the person inside ignored us & never opened the doors 🤷🏼♀️ so we drove to another location
Subway is my simplistic meal all time favorite. The little punks texting behind the counter as I wait to be helped were less than awesome.
When I got home a worker's hair was on my sandwich. Worker was impatient.

The employee making my sandwich was excruciatingly slow. I asked for 2 meats; instead of putting a layer of one meat, then doing the second, he picked apart a slice of meat #1, put it on, set it down, picked up meat #2, picked apart a slice, put it on, set it down, picked up meat #1, picked apart a slice, put it on, then put it down and repeated these steps each time. Five minutes later, I also wanted 2 different cheeses, he proceeded to do the same with the cheese. Finally he finished the meat & cheese and had moved on to vegetables. When putting on the vegetables he started over an inch from one of the ends and continued throughout. This meant that my first 3 bites of one end of my sandwich were just bread. I suppose I could have said something, but it took SO LONG just to get my sandwich made I just wanted to take my sandwich home! Yes, I will be back at that specific Subway, but only because my choices in the area are extremely limited.

every time i go into this place they have new staff. the food area is never fully stocked or clean and it seems the employees have no sense of urgency nor do they listen to management. I will never visit this location again and tell all my friends to stay away.
Ordered a tuna melt and it was melted to the bag by the time I got it. Sandwich was un eatble and a waste of money. Solidifies my never wanting to eat at Subway again.
I pulled up to this location tonight (10/1) roughly 15 minutes before they closed at 11. As I was getting out of the car and about to walk to the door, the employee shut the open sign off and locked the door. Very unprofessional.

Missing half of the items I asked for on my sandwich, it really depends on who is working at this location because some of them really hate their job and want you to know it.
A Gentleman by the name of Terry was making sandwiches during lunch time rush hour with NO mask. He has long hair and facial hair. I hope management corrects this issue.
Why so many bad reviews on this subway

Couldn't go in. The store reeked of ammonia. No way.
ON MEATBALL MONDAY, I came in to get myself a meatball marinara sandwich at 9:30 pm on a Monday. The employee informed me that they won't serve tuna or meatballs anymore. I clarified if it was because the had run out because it wasn't very clear. The employee then informed me that, "[they] usually put those items up at 8:30" to which I responded, "8:30?? You don't even close till 11:00pm that's pretty early!" The employee then informed me that "well [they] usually close at 10:30 sometimes 10:45." So fair warning, they close off items on the menu 3 hours before the close and they don't "usually" stay open for their hours of operation. As someone who used to work in fast food and retail, this was super disappointing and we left after my fiancee had unfortunately already ordered.
Went in after work today and the employee working the front was rude as heck. When I came in he came up from the back and slammed open the bin that the meat and cheeses are kept. Never looked up at me and had the crappiest attitude. I’m all for giving good reviews because that’s how businesses are built up but at the same time if I’m spending my hard earned money somewhere I don’t want to be treated like an inconvenience to the person working there. This is the 2nd time I’ve had this horrendous service at the same location. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt - people have bad days but I think every employee that works this location is having a bad day.
This has got to be the rudest Subway I have ever been to .Where to begin I am from outta town and we were at the hospital went to go get 3 foot longs meals . I have the app and was going to use the special buy 1 get 1 for 50%off o told the clerk well she didn’t know what to do so she got her manager who may i quote was very rude . When I showed him he told me to call consumer affairs they don’t do the specials . Really what’s the since in having the app. And yes they do because it was excepting it online. After I left, I called back to get the store number because I threw away my receipt. Well, the female that answered the phone was very rude. She would not give me the store number. I could hear her talking to somebody else in the background. The phone was not on the hook. On top of that one of the sandwiches was leaking mayonnaise so bad and the lettuce was wilted. I will not come back to this subway. One thing I did appreciate is there was a customer behind me She actually had a paper coupon she used it for my order.

This place is the worst service I have ever got. I told the woman "1 foot # 6 on the Menu" . At first, she thought I order 6 inches. So, she directly cut the bread in halves. And I retold her I would like "#6 on the Menu", she then put some meatballs in the bread and got it heated. I looked at the Menu, that includes peperoni, and I told her to put peperoni inside. Then the ridicules thing happened, she refused to serve me anymore. Just put the bread down rudely and told another man to serve me because I gave her many troubles. I really wondered whether she know the ingredients for #6 on the Menu. Does she know how to respect customers?

I gave it 3 tries because sometimes people have bad days which is completelyunderstandable, but the 2 behind the counter (especially the female who clocked in around 1030am today) decided to give me an attitude despite my smiles and "please" and "thank you". All I wanted was to make my 2 subs a meal. After she rang me up & I paid, she asked me what kind of chips I want and I said "oh no sorry I don't want the chips, I'd like the 2 cookies" she looks me dead in my eye and tells me the cookies don't come as a meal. Funnily enough this is not the first subway worker to try saying this to me at the very location. They absolutely DO come with it and that's what I told her. I get the same meals every time. It's not a special request. You literally either get cookies or a bag of their gross chips, which I don't want. It's not that big of a deal to give me the cookies. Then she tells me with all the attitude someone can give at 1030am that she was supposed to put that in the register and I said okay well typically cashiers either ask prior to taking payment, or ask me as they're setting it up in the bag. She was still refusing lol I was like are you kidding me? I paid for a meal so I want the cookies it's not that big of a deal.. and she huffs & puffs at me over some cookies that I have the choice of getting. And yet I was still trying to be understanding. This is the 3rd time I've had to deal with their attitudes for no good reason and frankly I'm sick of it. The only reason I come here is for my children otherwise I wouldn't. I'd rather travel across college station than deal with the nasty faces & huffing and puffing every time I walk myself in here. Not to mention they are never at the front when I walk in.. and they know people are waiting and they just keep hiding in the back to avoid the work they chose to apply for. Get it together subway.
There is an older Caucasian woman who made my order. She was waiting on a customer before me. She handled the payment (money) with the gloves she was making sandwiches with. I asked if she could change them before touching my food. She did change them but with an attitude. She threw my sandwich together and literally threw it at me along with my receipt. I decided not to make a big deal out of it because I was on my lunch break and in my work shirt. She needs to be retrained or let go. I use to work at subway in college and the expectation was to was your hands after handling the register and replace gloves. I will make sure not to stop at this one for lunch.
