Took my son here and got a Blizzard yum! Came back the next time and Juliana recognized my son and asked him about the bet that we had made about him finishing his treat. Now that is service. And with a smile. Thank you Juliana.

This is the only location that consistently has all the blizzard flavors, other locations seem to run out throughout the season and don't restock

Stopped in for ice cream today on the way through. Great service all around. The workers were very young but you could tell they were very responsible and cared.

Got a blizzard for my self and a sundae for my friend both were yummy. The server inside was super friendly and even thought it was around 9pm we were made to feel welcome. It was really nice to sit down and eat our ice cream, everything was clean and tidy. The fireworks blizzard was a lot of fun it reminded me of my childhood and eating poprocks.

Blizzard was delicious but near the bottom of it was just plain vanilla ice cream.

Very good location. When my dairy queen is closed, i can still enjoy my treats.

Been here plenty of times over the summer for a treat to deal cope with the hot weather. These days it might be a little too sweet for my palette, but don't let that stop you from giving them a try!

Had such a great experience the last time we went here. Went in on "miracle treat day" expected it to be crazy busy or for the employees to just be tired or overwhelmed and worn out. Was the exact opposite while there where plenty of people there service was quick and super friendly! I ordered a Sundae with peanut butter and hot fudge and was asked if I wanted half and half or extra sauce. The girl taking our order made sure the ones making our treats made it just right! By not only punching it in but verbally telling them. Our treats were made quickly and we were offered lids and a carrier before I could even ask. This is one of the best exercises I've had here.

Why is everybody that works here always so miserable? Everytime I come here the workers act as if you're infringing on their time. A simple smile and hello can go a long way.

A cheap place to go when in the mood for a treat. The Blizzard's are always good and I've never had a bad hot fudge sundae. Haven't had the food, but I'd probably not eat anything like a burger or chicken at a place like this due to the size. It's a small place and very packed when busy. Hard to find a clean table when it gets busy. Also a weird smell about the store.

The ice cream was super soft and it wasn't even a hot day, maybe 72°. We ordered two twist cones and there was the smallest strip of chocolate, maybe 1/2" wide, and the rest was vanilla. When I mentioned it to the 'manager', she said that's just how the machine is running. No apology or real sign of concern. No effort to try to satisfy a customer.

Their desserts are usually very good but the young girls who work there are ALWAYS rude.

We were the only people in the store. We placed the order to go. Got home to find they gave us an incorrect drink and forgot the appetizer. When we called 10 minutes after leaving the store, they couldn't remember the order.

I was there today 5/3/2020, no one had gloves on !! They are making food and serving ice cream adjusting their masks and never washing their hands !! TOUCHING EVERYTHING !! It was very disturbing, someone should be providing them gloves ! They are touching the lids and fruit everything, so you have to wear a mask and stand on the X's placed on the floor, but your workers don't have to do anything. Really people use some common sense!!

One of the few in the area that has indoor seating and is open year round. Prices are starting to get out of hand for what you get. Only 1 person working there and she was not happy to be there and it showed in how she treated and spoke to customers. I won't be back any time soon.

There is a sign that over hangs the counter for "Mobile Order Pickup". This was now my 4th visit to this location and each time I have to either ask how do I get my mobile order or wait and wait and wait until someone pays attention. Basicically, if you have a Moble Order, you're ignored until you have to catch someones attention or you must wait for the cashier to take orders and there to be absolutely no line to get your mobile order. Poorly structured in my opinion.

Consistency of Blizzards is disappointing. They used to flip upside down, now on multiple occasions, cup is 2/3 to 3/4 to top of cup. Training issue, or mobile pickup causing orders to be overwhelming at peak times? 🤔

Staff was young and rude, I didn't get greeted until I walked up to the register and said hello. The place overall was dirty and the signs hanging were really outdated looking. Just overall tables were dirty, I sat outside to eat because it was so bad. Portion size was small and sloppy, I've been to tons of these chains and this one is by far the worst one. Don't even waste your time here.

The online menu is not even close to correct. They actually only serve 2 or 3 chicken items and the the rest is all dessert stuff.

We come here all the time , but tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had , I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough pieces and had a total of 3 pieces in my medium blizzard , when I asked the girl working , to get the cookie dough pieces I paid for ; she told me she couldn’t help me with that , and the girl who made it has been working there longer than her so if that’s what she gave me , that’s what I get , will never come to this location again

Such horrible food. I attempted to eat an artisan sandwich and couldn't believe how bad it was. Imagine eating a piece of chicken cooked in the microwave and it would probably be better. Stick to the ice cream.

Went in for the 85 cent blizzard promotion and found out it's a lie at 84 Niagara St in NT. She told me I had to download the app and then buy items to earn points to get the promotion. Stopped in tonight and ordered a medium caramel sundae with one topping, whipped cream. The price on the overhead menu said the cost for a medium sundae with one topping is 3.59. I was charged 5.09 cents including tax. I mentioned the discrepancy to the counter person and she just pointed to a small screen attached to the register facing me and said matter of factly and not too concerned "there is your list total" I would have to call that robbery.

I love Dairy Queen ice cream, especially the Summer Berry Cheesecake Blizzard. But the berries today tasted fermented, like they had turned, fizzy. When I called to let them know about this, the girl who answered had the nerve to argue with me. She said the blizzard is supposed to be "sour." Apparently she wasn't educated enough to know that the word sour can mean "rotten," which it was in this case. She never apologized or offered me a store credit..nothing. There is one nice guy who works at this location, he wears glasses and always asks me how I'm doing. But every one of the other employees has a huge attitude problem. I hope corporate does something about this because I don't want to give this place my business with the way it's currently being run.

Worst DQ in the area. Blizzards are always like soup. This location used to be fantastic, but whoever is running it, is running it into the ground. Do better, get good.

Was there Wednesday evening and I asked the young ladies behind the counter if the hotdogs they sold were beef and they said yes. I got sick from it and I am now aware that's a lie and if not it wasn't cooked properly or something. Probably will never return!!

Staff was incorrect when telling me I was to receive a free blizzard due to mine being Water like when I went to go in an get my free one they said I would have to pay. Called the owner Colleen an she said I am unsure who was work an has no way to find out an would not give me my free item this is not right you go somewhere every week an you can't even get good service. I came in for a doordash and was waiting in the mobile pick up area. I can see the workers working. So I stood there no one acknowledged me or anything. So one of the workers by the name of Samara came out and immediately came to the counter to take orders. This lady had came after me so she went straight to her and took her order. Didn't even ask if I had a pick up or acknowledge me. Horrible customer service. I hate to day this but the person that she did acknowledge was of the same race as her and not of mine 😔

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered ice cream through their app, and it showed that my order was received, but the store insisted they never got it. The staff were extremely rude and had no idea how to resolve the issue, and they didn’t even know the customer service phone number. I had to look it up myself and call them, and the customer service confirmed that they had received the order and told me to go back to the store. It felt like the staff and the customer service were just passing the buck. The employees were not only unhelpful but also quite rude and unprofessional, and eventually, they just ignored me and went about their business. I am never going back to this location again.

Roxanne needs to be fired immediately. We ordered online via the DQ website and I get there a few minutes early and I tell the cashier that I’ll wait for it if it’s not ready. She immediately gave me a rude look and said “I don’t have it!” Then she spoke to me like I was a child and tried to convince me we ordered at the falls location so I show her the screenshot of the order. She looks at it and refuses to make it even tho it shows we paid. She also yelled at my sister who was on speakerphone and placed the order. She had the order in front of her but still refused to make it !!!! What establishment does that?! She was the rudest and most ignorant person I’ve ever come across in my life. I ended up walking out without my food that was paid for because she refused to make it. Then I asked her name and she almost walked away without telling me. This should all be on DQs cameras and there were 2 other workers who watched in disbelief as they witnessed this craziness.

The worst chain ever. Do not order through their app. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I usually give 4 or 5 stars in reviews, but obviously not this time. I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have hot dogs at all! You might think, “OK, that happens.” But then they said I had to request a refund myself through their customer service. When I asked them to request the refund on my behalf, they said they couldn’t! Again, you might think that’s not too bad, but the only way to request a refund is by submitting a written request. When I did that, a few days later, they responded that the restaurant should issue the refund, not them! Then I called customer service and requested a refund again. A few days later—nothing. When I called back, they told me the restaurant had not responded to their request. Again nothing happened yet. And these many calls just for a small amount! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Spend $30 on my order. Can't fill the order because they don't have the items I ordered as cashier has no clue what they have or don't have. But unwilling to correct the $$ on the items I had to change. I LOST $$ in the transaction. Then ice cream machine ran out of ice cream and they run my order thru with melted ice cream. Threw everything out when I got home. Wanted ice cream not milk!! Poor service, poor quality of ice cream and VERY poor quality of help along with the manager making excuses for the help. Just an idea listen to the customer and make it right.
