This place is such an amazing spot for your poke cravings! Personally I think their fish is the best in the area and the inside is also really well maintained and tidy. This place is great for poke bowls! The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors come together really well. There’s a good variety of toppings and sauces to choose from, so you can make it just the way you like it.

Got two bowls for husband and he LOVED them! Also got a boba tea for myself and one of my daughters--delicious. We will definitely be back. One thing to note, parking is atrocious for this place because you have to either pay for parking in front or walk from the free parking garage on the *other end* of this whole shopping center. The whole center is super cute and has great potential, but the parking situation should really not be this bad. It isn't the fault of Pokeworks, though--they are still worth it! The shopping center should definitely offer quick, free, convenient parking options for those that just want to park for a few minutes to pick up food from these establishments. Way too many spots were empty in front and nearby, just because of this hassle/shakedown for money.

The large poke bowl is a big portion at a reasonable price, especially compared to an equivalent amount of sushi rolls. Not sure how there are so many negative reviews recently. I eat here at least once a week and haven't had any unreasonable problems. The worst thing that has happened is them being out of a protein option I wanted, which the worker apologized for, and explained that it hadn't come in the store's shipment. The staff is pleasant, the ambiance is fairly comfortable, and the food hasn't disappointed me yet. The main reason my review is 4/5 and not 5/5 is that during the school year the wait can sometimes be a little long due to the limited staffing.

I ordered poke bowl to go and it was disappointed. Rice was part dry part wet. They forgot my sauce, for both of my order. And on top of that, my guess (because they didn't give an explanation so I didn't know until I got home) was they ran out of lids so my bowl was wrapped with plastic wrap. It was a terrible experience and I'll never be back.

I am a big fan of this place! Unfortunately this past Friday afternoon my fiancé wanting to surprise me with a bowl had a bad experience with the guy working, he had an attitude because he called me to ask what i wanted. The only reason I decided to submit a review was because I found a hair in my food :( bad service and hair left a bad aftertaste of what once was my favorite spot.

Service was terrible. The guy that served us was rude and not helpful. Tried to over charge us for water. No soda machine. Small selection of canned drinks. Something was incorrectly marked Gluten free. Could cause a big problem for someone who was not careful

After eating the first one I called the manager to tell her they tasted very funny and too sweet, tasted very off unlike the times I’ve purchased before, but we came to a agreement that maybe I just haven’t had them in a while and don’t remember what they taste like. 2 hours later my stomach started cramping and aching .Fast forward to night time and I couldn’t go to sleep because of the pain, vomiting, and fever . I woke up after only 4 hours of sleep the next day ( Today) 7/1/2025 and still feel ill and in so much pain. As I’m typing this from the toilet I realized I’ve got food poisoning. Never in my years have I experienced this. I ONLY go to poke works for the spam musubi as I’m not a fan of anything else, and I was excited that it was back in stock after a while of me missing the restock. But Clearly there is an indication of improper food handling, cross contamination, or lack of training. Either way I’m so upset this has happened to me, I’m even more upset that I feel I chose the safest thing on the menu and it turned out to be the one that got me.

Extremely unsanitary. All the ingredients are being mixed together and they don’t care. Bowls are overpriced for the portions. Plenty of other options that are way better.
