What a pleasant place to eat! All the ingredients are very fresh and flavorful. Huge selection of salad dressings. Couldn’t resist buying chocolate chip cookies for the table. Mario, the manager is so friendly and helpful. All the staff in the serving line were truly friendly. We will be back!

Salata has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a healthy and filling meal. Despite not being a huge fan of salads typically, I've been pleasantly surprised by the portions and freshness at Salata. While I've noticed some reviews mentioning small portions, it hasn't been my experience at all. As a larger guy, I appreciate getting bang for my buck, and I can confidently say that Salata delivers on that front. Each time I order a regular salad, I find myself being able to make two satisfying meals out of it. The ingredients are consistently fresh and delicious, which makes each bite a delight. Whether it's the crisp greens or the vibrant veggies, everything tastes like it was just harvested. Plus, the ability to customize my salad exactly to my liking ensures that I always leave satisfied. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a hearty, wholesome meal without breaking the bank, Salata is the place to be.

This is a great idea! It's like I am making salad at home and adding all my favorite ingredients. Everything was fresh. The employees were great and made our salad perfect. The small size was a pretty big salad. They were not skimpy with the dressing either. They had a great selection of proteins and veggies of all kinds. Lots of drink choices too.

Clean you pick what u want on your salads which are huge all types of veggies they put in bowl for you off the bar. if u want meat it's extra price for reg salad was 10$ you can't see in pic but I had tons of stuff under my spinach. You do clean your table or at least remove dishes. Highly recommend if your ever in college Station Texas. That bowl was big enough for a family of 4. You take home what u can't finish there.

Absolutely the most delicious salad in Bryan College Station a bit pricey but you get what you pay for The large bowl is my go to and it is a helping and a half Love their assortment of diff veggies and meats The flavored teas and juices are the best Prickly pear raspberry lemonade is so so good Would Def Highly recommend

I was used to eating salads with metal forks out of plastic bowls, then I started coming to Salat and got used to using plastic forks to eat from metal bowls. Now, I get metal forks AND metal bowls. And the salads are tasty too.

This was my first time at this new salad restaurant. It's pretty pricey. I didn't see egg slices as an option. The employees were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was dinner time (730pm) on a Sunday, so there weren't many other customers until shortly after we sat down. The restrooms were clean. The salad I purchased was $18 without the tip. The avocado half was extra, and so were the bacon bits. It was delicious!

Delicious but it was a hassle to get to! The address is 1907 Texas Av. SOUTH, not 1907 S Texas. Also the premade salads on the website aren't available in store, it's all build your own. Once we got the salads, all was well but I wish it had been a little easier.

Employees could not answer extremely basic questions about the menu, once I was able to find someone who did not present a language barrier, I was then presented with cards for each items nutritional information but the cards were very nondescript and did not identify what nutritional information the numbers were associated with. I asked the employee that spoke my language (English) what specific nutritional information each number was referring to, but none of the employees knew or attempted to direct me to another source of information like a more complete menu or website. I decided to pass on eating here because I have allergies and the lack of basic knowledge was concerning for me, I can’t give feedback on food quality as a result.

Today was my very first time visiting a Salata. Long story short, if you have any allergies, adversions, or special dietary needs please be sure to carefully monitor them as they prepare your food.I asked for tofu as my protein. Got home and dug in. Immediately I could tell that this wasn't tofu. I called the restaurant and explained that I think they mixed the tofu and Turkey up by mistake. I was told that wasn't possible as they were too far a part but if I wanted to bring the food back they'd take a look. I did just that, and low and behold it was Turkey. Thankfully they remade my salad, but did not offer for it to be free. Seriously. There are people with extreme allergies that could be affected by their negligence. On top of that the staff didnt know what items were vegan and the dairy salad dressings were dripping into the non dairy salad dressings. Overall if you have allergies be careful or dont even bother. The one star is because the food was actually pretty tasty. Pictured is the Turkey and tofu.
