I went in today to ask for a refund on a mobile order, and left with a full stomach and as a satisfied customer. I’ve gained great respect for the manager! And the food was amazing too. Very understanding, Very fast, Very delicious. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you again!

I love this place the tacos and fountain drinks are amazing!! The trailer park is a staple there as well as beef fajita. The independent is amazing as well especially if you like tropical and spicy. I’m also in love with their margaritas.Just don’t go there around 11:30am to 1pm is extremely crowded you may not have anywhere to park or sit the lunch crowd is insane.

We love Torchy's Tacos. When we go somewhere and one is around, we go there. This was our first visit to the College Station location, and it was great. They were redoing the parking lot so parking was limited, but the service and food was excellent.

Comparing this Torchy's to the ones in Houston, this one is miles ahead by everything from parking and restaurant space to portion size this one is better at everything. One taco is probably good enough for most people and they are inventive enough to keep you coming back for more. Service is fast and the place is clean, so if you like tacos it's worth a visit with the other taco place to visit being Fuegos.

One of my favorite places to eat tacos. They have really delicious loaded tacos for a low price. Their queso and chips was delicious. The ambience at this place is great too. The service is really fast even if the restaurant is busy and the waiters are really sweet. They have an outdoor seating area too which is really nice. I usually have the chicken fajita tacos with chips and queso and I'm never disappointed!

We come to this location all of the time and absolutly love Mandy at the bar. The food suggested is always great and she is super bubbly, fun to talk to and well.. makes good drinks! Best tacos in the county. I had a great experience with friends while sharing a bowl of delicious queso and dang good tacos. Especially highlight to Jordan, she had excellent service and a very welcoming personality. I will be coming back because of how great of service and care she showed. 10/10 highly recommended.

I was passing through town and decided to stop by here for tacos. This place has great reviews but I had to see for myself. Each taco comes with its own style sauce. I thought Diablo habanero sauce (little spicy but not to hot) and the other sauce (Chipotle) shown in the picture were the best. I ordered additional quantities of these two sauces for my other tacos. I had the shrimp taco, chicken taco and the trailer park trashy style (this means removes the lettuce and add queso) but I kept the lettuce. Omg they were packed full of meat and fixings. It was difficult to eat all 3. I cannot wait to go back there. I’ve been back several times and it’s always good. I really like the poblano sauce as well. It has a little spice. I tried the Democrat which is a beef taco. It was also one of my favorites. I put Diablo and Poblano sauce in it. Delicious. I love chicken but I think I like the Democrat more than chicken taco. Update: Baja shrimp with Diablo and chipotle sauce. Update: I’m not usually big on breakfast burritos but the Wrangler is absolutely amazing. I also recently tried the beef fajita and it was packed full of beef. It was delicious. My favorite salsa is still the Diablo. It has a good bit of spice and flavor to it.

what can i say except that i absolutely love torchys. try their brushfire, crossroads, democrat, baja shrimp, mr. orange, chicken fajita, and trailer park. you can’t go wrong with any. torchy’s has my favorite queso of all time and the diablo sauce is something i can’t go without. service got 4 stars just because regularly the chip refills are not as fast or not-refilled-without-requesting as compared to other torchy’s locations, but staff and service is still incredibly nice! food also comes out super fast. just note this location can get super busy on game days, move in days, and graduation. if you haven’t been here? go here. 10/10

Came with my wife and four kids. Food is always great! They went above and beyond when our youngest (4yrs) said he wanted a taco instead of tenders after our food came. About to go back in line, Marcus saved the day and said no problem and brought us some bacon egg tacos! So very generous when it's hard find good service like that now and days! 10/10 for food and service!

Torchys is great place for tacos. The food here is amazing. This place is next to college station so there’s a lot of students that come here. This location has excellent staff. I had great interaction with them. There was a hiccup with payments and machines are not working but they handle it perfectly. They place is very clean. I sat down to wait for my order. We had a big order but they finished it swiftly even being somewhat busy! Love the sauces they have here. If you haven’t tried Torchys give it a whirl. Keep up the great work in this location!! Will come back when I am back in town.

This place wasn't terrible, but I have been to better establishments. Be warned, everything seems to be on the spicy side and you'll probably leave with a burning mouth. The tacos we got were hard to taste anything but the spiciness.

For a place that specializes in tacos, their Migas taco was a little bland. Not a fan of the roasted tomatillo salsa. Overall, I might come back and try a taco from the main menu, but not a breakfast taco.

The tacos are little small but they're mighty good. They serve Revolver Blood & Honey on tap which is a little hard to get a hold of in College Station. Sit at the bar for the fastest most personal service.

Torchy's is my Favorite place in BCS to get a Taco, they have great Variety not just standard Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, tomato on a hard greasy she'll, like others. I like the Shrimp ones (forget the crazy name, like Trailer Trash) with the special sauces and queso. The ONLY place that comes close Taco wise is Fuzzy's but Torchy's taste WAY Better in my opinion. And Honestly the ONLY Reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 Stars is the place is always TO CROWDED, May be better when A&M takes break over summer, and I don't care for the Drink selection, I like Coke, maybe DrP but they got some crazy stuff there.

Food was great. I keep seeing this issue at restaurants. They use toxic cleaning products that clearly say not safe for humans. This is the product they use on the tables.

Torchy's is an upscale taco joint with plenty of flavor to go around. Every visit has been as delicious as the last. The queso is some of the most addictive I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. I've tried different tacos each time I visit and haven't had one I dislike yet. I make an attempt to visit whenever I'm near one. Definitely recommend visiting Torchy's if you haven't before.

Damn good tacos 🌮 Generally hard to find parking for my truck... and usually pretty loud inside... but the Baja shrimp 🦐 and Republican brisket tacos were delicious and worth the efforts! 😋

Torchy really exceeded my expectations. I first was doubtful about the price vs quality of the place. However, the taste of the food was incredibly delicious. I normally do not feel this way about restaurant food with comparison of home-cooked food. Torchy taco really hit my taste buds amazingly. However, the cashier seems unfriendly and exhausted. I tried to ask about what people order the most and her response was robotic and swift. I recommend the burrito, it is super packed and quite fulfilling compared to its price.

We came here early on Sunday so it wasn't busy. It was our first time here and the staff answered all our annoying questions. We ordered the brisket taco, beef fajita taco, and the chile queso. The queso is good and has a good kick to it. The fajita is well seasoned and the toppings do not overwhelm the meat. The brisket wasn't fatty , don't know what marinade they use but it was juicy.

I don’t like at all that you have to enter your own order into the computer. Went on a Saturday afternoon and there was long and slow line. My teenage son couldn’t customize his order. They need to improve that. Or at least have 1 employee taking orders. I did not like at all.

I don’t normally write reviews but i just had to this time because im very disappointed. i ordered two tacos and it was 12 dollars. didnt get a drink or anything else so i was expecting some decent sized tacos. The tacos ended up being the size of a street taco and enough for maybe a small child which is very disappointing considering it was 12 dollars. One of the tacos tasted really good it was the republican but it was still very small. The other taco was the green chili pork one, and I kid you not the taco was pretty much pulled pork in a tortilla. extremely disappointed.

I knew I'm not entering a three Michelin's stars restaurant, but the beer glasses, floor, tables, and the chairs were filthy. The food was twice-fried and not too fresh. My friend had a terrible experience here and didn’t feel comfortable speaking up, so I’m doing it for her. She found a piece of plastic (or glass, she wasn’t sure) in the drink she ordered to-go. When she called the restaurant to let them know, they showed zero concern and didn’t even offer a refund. This is unacceptable. First, this raises major concerns about the competence of their bartenders or the overall safety and sanitation standards at this restaurant. My friend could have seriously hurt herself—she almost bit down on it, and it could have broken a tooth or caused injuries to her mouth or throat. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants in College Station that deserve your support. At the very least, go to Chuy’s instead.

We come here when we are visiting our son in CST. The sauce is something to die for. It’s definitely one of my favourite I came with my family for dinner on December 12th and I hope food is made in a more hygienic & clean manner. I hope people working in the kitchen can wear head caps as I found a strand of hair in the taco which was so unhygienic and repulsive.

I ordered online, $50+ of food, and came in and it was STOLEN since there is no verification system for online orders; they’re put on a rack when ready, for anyone to grab. So I had to wait extra time for my food to come out with no discount. I guess if the restaurant also wants to waste resources to make more orders when they’re stolen, that’s on them. But I’m not coming back for awhile. I don’t care if the food is good, because this was a significant waste of time. I’ll avoid that by going somewhere else.
