Julio was amazing and the hot pot was to die for. We will be visiting so many more times and bring all our friends to do the hot pots and Korean bbq, all you can eat with endless options and the broths are so flavorful

I went for the food and experience in Pearl, MS and they both failed. The food was bland. I don't care how many sauces I tried, it was awful. I came home and ate leftover pizza. The host seated 4 of us and the waitress brought out our pots and drinks and didn't come check on us til I had get up several times and ask other waiters and waitresses for help. Then she came running, asking do we need anything. I told her I did until I got up and had to ask someone. It was simple things like chopsticks, napkins, refills on drinks and the hot pots not staying on even after we tapped the power button twice. Majority of the plates were dirty. Things we should have already had before she left. Our waitress was sweet but she wasn't attentive. The bathroom was nasty with no soap and tissue was everywhere. I notified someone and it was clean the second time, but still no soap. The best part was the robotic waiter. I love Korean food and I can appreciate different cultures, but this wasn't it.

We went here with a group of 4 to celebrate a birthday. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Our hostess asked if we were celebrating a special event and about any allergies, which was nice. Our server, Kylan, did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. The food and service was amazing. They really went above and beyond for the birthday girl. We will definitely be back.

First off, our server, Natalie was fantastic. We had never been before, so we needed to be guided through the process. She made the experience super easy. After table debate, we ordered the hot pot meal and didn't regret it. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical, but it turned out really well. The pork belly Thai, paired with the garlic soy sauce, was really good. We plan on going back soon to try the BBQ side of the menu.

Lanz made our entire experience at Kpot. He was incredibly helpful and attentive without ever being overbearing—which, honestly, is a rare balance. Sometimes constant check-ins can feel overwhelming, but Lana had a great sense of timing and knew exactly when to come by and when to give us space. His small talk felt genuine, and even his compliments at checkout were warm and welcome, not forced. Truthfully, I originally wanted pizza and only came because my son convinced me—but Lana completely changed the night for me. I’ll absolutely be back for the experience, and I’ll gladly be asking for him next time. Outstanding service like his is what makes a night out truly worth it.

Appreciate the authentic hot pot experience in the woodlands. I enjoyed the Szechuan broth which was spicy and authentic, while my kids loved the tonkatsu broth. The hot bar of fried appetizer goodies like chicken , fries, egg rolls and dumplings were also a hit. Will be back to try the kbbq. The hot pot selection is excellent: sliced meat selection is great, vegetables are crisp and fresh, seafood is def. appreciated with clams, crab, and shrimp. We also appreciate celebrating birthdays here and friendly service from everyone on staff.

This was a pretty good experience for our first time. In the beginning it was a bit overwhelming because of all the excitement but it was fun! Josh our server was AMAZING and so patient and he knew his stuff! He made our experience so much better because of his great customer service...There were other great servers there as well... so thank you all! We will definitely go back.

The first time to KPot was a very pleasant and unique experience. Not knowing the procedures, our server Fernando was superb in explaining our options. My neighbor and I ordered both the BBQ and th Hot Pot from the lunch menu options. We each had different soups for the Hot Pot with separate add-ins. I told Fernando that I liked a hot 'n sour soup and he suggested Thai Tom Ton, to which I added Gyoza, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts ramen, and sliced beef belly. All of these were cooked in the Hot Pot right on the table. I mentioned to Fernando that the soup was a little spicy for me, and he brought over some plain boiling water to try to dilute the spice. Then I went to the buffet bar and chose crab Rangoon, spring roll, fried chicken, fried dumpling, and chicken tender. I took the sweet and spicy sauce and added some garlic and green onions. For the table grill, we ordered some beef bulgogi, garlic chicken, smoked garlic pork belly, wagyu beef tips , and jumbo shrimp. To top it off, I had a little "Hoodsie" cup of chocolate ice cream. Everything was excellent, and thanks to the help and recommendations from Fernando, this was a very enjoyable experience.

IMMACULATE venue. AMAZING food. STELLAR service. This is a bargain spot, if you love KBBQ or HotPot... And, even more exciting if you're looking to have both! Having just opened in November 2025, everything was shiny & new, with thoughtful design details - - like the installation of 6 large a/c units, drop down exhaust vents over every grill top, and cooking utensils like needle tongs that add culinary aesthetics. LOTS of booths/tables & seating in the huge dining room, in addition to a semi-private back room (that would be perfect for hosting a party of up to 20 guests). It's spacious and airy, which is a nice contrast to similar venues that feel stuffy & claustrophobic. It's got a chic, K-pop style vibe (with neon signs and teddy bears that bring childlike nostalgia), without being over the top. It's hip and clean, welcoming & appealing. Though the local community was anxious over the painstaking Grand Opening, it all seems to have been worth the final details. The staff is friendly, well-trained, and extremely attentive. Shout out to our server, Victor, who never skipped a beat. He gave us guidance & recommendations that made for a high quality experience, changed out our grill top with each round of cooking, topped us off with refills time & again, and accommodated off-the-menu requests (like ice cream & a boba parfait for our toddler and made sure we snagged a special photo with the birthday bear). We will make it a point to request Victor as our server each time we visit! The COOLEST feature this place offers is ordering your food electronically from a tablet at your table. Nice tech upgrade that streamlines the order process! You browse the pictures & identifiers and are able to customize your meal at your fingertips, and the kitchen crew appears within a matter of minutes to wheel out your plates. Several broth options are available in addition to dozens of meats, seafood, and veggies, along with noodles & rice.... There are so many options for soup and bbq! If you are ambitious enough to want even more selections outside of the table service, there is also a hot AND cold buffet that is part of the AYCE. You'll find Korean fried chicken, spring rolls, sesame balls, and other seasonal ready-made bites, along with kimchis and traditional vegetable side dishes. Fruit and an array of condiments (sauces/dips, herbs & seasoning) are also part of the self-serve. We have been to other locations of the same name, and by comparison the Shenandoah establishment offers that "extra something" that makes the best. We are adding this one to our Top Favorites list. Love this place!

Tried KPot Shenandoah and it was solid. The hot pot and Korean BBQ combo is really convenient, especially if you’re with a group and everyone wants something different. The meat options were good, and the broths had nice flavor. Sauce bar had a lot of choices, which was a plus. The place is clean and has a lively vibe. Service was pretty quick, and they checked on us often to swap grills and refill broth. It’s a good spot for a casual dinner or hanging out with friends. Would come back when I’m craving hot pot or BBQ.

It was chilly last night and the boys and I were craving something warm, so we originally headed out for Vietnamese soup. On the way, we spotted K-Pot on Shenandoah and decided to try it — best decision ever! The parking lot was completely packed, so I thought we’d be waiting forever, but when we called they said no wait. We walked in and were seated immediately, greeted quickly, and our server did a great job explaining the menu and showing us where the sauces and desserts were. All three of us ordered individual pots. It came out to about $80 for the three of us (around $100 after tip). My meal was in the $30 range plus drinks, and the boys’ meals were around $12 and $16. I tried the Tantatsu broth (just okay for me), the K-Pot House Special (really good!), and the Korean soup which had a nice spicy kick. Honestly, I’d choose the House Special next time — super flavorful. Ordering was easy with the tablet — tons of options like seafood, steak, pork, shrimp, veggies… we picked 22 items to start! Everything arrived super fast. The server turned up the heat on our pots and they were boiling in no time. We mixed our sauces and got to cooking — the boys loved it. They even went back for round two with another 11 items and cleaned the plates! For dessert they grabbed sago, fruit, and mini cakes. The restaurant wasn’t crowded inside despite the busy parking lot, and both rounds of food came out quickly. Service was friendly and on point the whole time. Overall, a great hot pot experience — honestly one of the smoothest we’ve had. I’m so glad they opened one in The Woodlands area. The boys and I are already talking about coming back! 🍲🔥

We’re so glad we picked this spot for our first time trying hot pot! Jacob is easily one of the best servers we’ve ever had, which made the experience unforgettable. He was super patient, attentive and checked in on us frequently. He was also great about keeping our table and grill clean. The rest of the staff were super friendly as well but Jacob’s service def stood out! Can’t wait to bring more people to this spot. :)

We found a new favorite restaurant. This place is absolutely amazing. You literally cook your food at your table. You order 10 items they even give you the times to cook for things everything from meats, chicken steak, Korean shrimp, vegetables, mushrooms then they have a big bar with all kinds of sauces , spices, Kimchi and seaweed salad we would give them six stars if we could impeccable customer service👍🥰🥰🥰🥰

Our first time Korean BBQ experience was phenomenal! From the customer service to the quality of service & food! We enjoyed every bit of our dining experience! We did the Korean bbq with spicy beef bulgogi, steak, garlic chicken & various vegetables - everything was flavorful and tasty. The side dishes & sauces provided were fresh & delicious and paired well with the food. There were a lot of drink options to choose from as well. The staff made celebrating a birthday very special for my husband, we highly recommend & will be visiting again soon!

Had an awesome time at KPOT! The food was amazing! Absolutely loved the kimchi and spicy cucumber salad at the sidebar! The hotpot was delicious and ai enjoyed everything that was provided! Out server, Lanz, was also very attentive and lively and made our entire table feel welcome! He made it feel like a homey place with good food and good company! We will definitely come back for more!

I'm so excited to see a location close to me. I was driving to Willowbrook. We got here early. I was surprised to see they were opened on a Tuesday, as the other location opens on Wednesdays. Kendra was our server and she was very friendly. Everything was good. Layout was different. I was surprised to not see TV's along the wall showing KPop videos. I really like that about the Willowbrook location. The grills are different, they sit more "tabletop" and this location has drop down vents, which I thought was pretty neat. Workers come around often and offer to change them out. Even with oil, they get pretty sticky and brown. They actually have "Pho" noodles on their menu, which made my ordering a lot easier. One feature that this location has, is tablet ordering. So you are able to order your BBQ and /or HotPot items directly at your table. I thought that was very modern. You don't have to wait for a waiter, who may be busy with other customers. I'm not sure if they disinfect them in between customers, so bring your wipes. Compared to the other location that we visit, this location has a larger selection of hot foods on the hot table. (Fried shrimp, chicken, dumplings and more). I didn't see a teriyaki sauce, which is my fav, but I did get to try another flavor. They have pictures showing the ingredients in each, along the wall behind it, that was helpful. The only training gap I noticed was a couple of the workers didn't have answers to a few of my questions about some food items and also about what some of the options were on the hot table. I wanted to try something that looked delicious, but a worker didn't know what it was, so I passed. Not a big deal, as this location just opened and they are still learning. Overall, all top stars. We will be regulars.

Sophia’s amazing clase azul Maragarita was a must-try! The BBQ & Hotpot were delicious and fresh, and they had a huge sauce bar with my favorite tokoyaki balls. Oh, It was my friend’s birthday, so they even gave him a free cheesecake and a meal to celebrate! Patrick and Kendra were the best service staff, they were so friendly and attentive. I had an incredible time and will definitely be back!

I went with my daughter, and I loved the concept, but it is too much food for two!! $97. Soups(2) and BBQ(2). I loved the Healthy Herbs soup!! Recommendation for vegan, be sure if you take any soup to let the waiter, because there is a soup that can be for a vegetarian BUT not for a VEGAN! They lack of a good dessert, not a good quality napkins and the music should be more Korean. Also, the music is way too loud!! This place has a great customer service! Enjoy it! 😉

First time coming here since the grand opening. Well, it's definitely renovated and modern. I think, considering the nature of the restaurant itself I would recommend group outings than individual people like myself. Overall, the food is good: it's essentially an all-you-can-eat buffet but you get to cook your own food via hotpot or barbecue grilling. Met my server Joshua who's pleasant and explained the overall concepts to me. You get to order various of meat, carbs and veggies to cook. Sadly, there wasn't any alcoholic options 😕, I like good wine with my food. Otherwise, it is a pleasant experience. Not exactly the biggest fan of trap music playing in the background - would've preferred something different, but that's just me. I wouldn't return by myself; I'll bring my family and friends to eat together though :).

Nice experience. I loved the robot bringing use the raw food to cook and our waitress was Natalie was exceptional. We will be back.

So we tried for the first time today. Staff is absolutely amazing, even on a busy day, the food was good. We did not like the complicated ordering system (we're old LOL) and the fact that if one person wanted hot pot and bbq, everyone had to have it. Im sorry my autistic 13 year old isnt going to eat enough to cover the cost of both since they charge full price for 13 year olds, but we did it anyway because everyone wanted a little bit of everything. It was expensive to feed a family of 5. Food was fresh and came out quickly once us old folks figured out how to use the tablet, took 5 people 20 minutes to order. Maybe add another tablet to a large party table when everyone is forced to order both. The cold bar was fresh and had interesting things, bathrooms were clean. It started pouring down rain and got cold and the hostess was so sweet standing outside with extra umbrellas to help walk people to their cars. Overall a good experience. Will it be a regular stop for us? No, its too expensive in the long run with a large family. Is it worth going back to? Yeah.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in for the lunch special and had a good experience overall. The hot pot lunch for $20.99 is a solid value. Ordering from the tablet was easy, and there were plenty of options including steak, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, and a variety of soup bases. The salad bar was a nice bonus and included fries, fried chicken, egg rolls, nuggets, shrimp, and a dessert bar with fruit. Plenty of parking made the visit easy and stress-free. Tip: Come hungry and take your time—there’s a lot to choose from, and the tablet ordering makes it easy to try a little of everything. Good variety, good value, and a fun lunch experience.

Na Na was excellent. She kept our drinks refilled and checked on us several times. I accidentally spilled my drink and flagged Jared over to get some help. He told me to tell my server and walked off like there wasnt a full glass of mountain dew on the floor. I would have appreciated some urgency, as I was afraid someone would fall, but he showed none, pointing to my server and telling me to tell her. The spill was eventually cleaned up, after I told another staff member.

I came here with a group and before we sat down we were not made known that we would have to all get the same thing as well as have added gratuity on our meal. This wouldn’t be such an issue had we enjoyed our food. I have been here before for hot pot and everything was amazing but this time, we got Korean bbq. Everyone said their cut of meat was easily the worst they’ve had in a while and 2 of us began to feel nauseous immediately after eating although it was cooked medium and it was steak which would not make us sick this quick. Bottom line, I will not be coming back to this establishment and it was not worth the money we payed for it.

We arrived at 9:00 pm and were seated at the back of the restaurant. When we walked in, our server made a comment to the host saying, “I didn’t know we were still seating people 🙄.” We confirmed with the server when we sat down that the restaurant closed at 11:00 pm, as we wanted to be sure we weren’t arriving too close to closing. Beyond that, the only good service we received was from the robot that delivered the food. Our server never returned to our table after bringing our drinks, and we had to continually flag him down just to get refills. This was our first time at a hot pot restaurant, and the server seemed bothered to give even a very loose explanation of how it worked. To make matters worse, starting around 9:00 pm (which was when we got there), the servers began using our section of the restaurant to close and clean. When each person is spending at least $30, it made for a terrible atmosphere to try to enjoy a meal while hearing staff complain and rush to leave. The food was fine, but not worth the price. The hot buffet closed at 10:20. We were also told that broth refills were included, but when we asked for one, we were given hot water poured in the remainder of our soup. At the end of the experience, we all received warm smiles from everyone in the restaurant waving at us goodbye after we paid at 10:40.
