Robert was my tables waiter this afternoon and he was amazing. Robert's attention, service, and attitude to the table was impeccable. He was over all just so awesome and definitely one of the best waiters I've met. 10/10 he made coming to BJs for the first time a great experience. He was ontop of our refills and gave great feedback about the food when we ordered! Thanks for the lemonade refills Robert!!!

Robert G, we came after a funeral memorial and were lucky to have had him. His positive attitude brought a great mood even very late in the evening. I haven’t been here in years but will be back

Had a great lunch here with a good group of people. The server was very good at making sure we had plenty of refills and anything we needed. The atmosphere was nice inside. Food was fresh and delicious. Not too bad of a wait time for the food either. Will be a repeat customer 😊

Wow! I haven’t been to BJs in a decade but coming here was like eating here for the first time all over again. Robert was our server tonight and he was without a doubt one of the best servers we’ve had not just at this restaurant but at any restaurant. The food was phenomenal! It was all warm and fresh and flavorful. Definitely try the fryckle fries and the snickers pazookie while they’re around. 11/10 experience!

My husband and I ate lunch at BJs today. We sat at the bar & had subpar service. The food was great though! The servers seemed way out of it. I never got a refill on my soda & my husband ordered a drink & a water but he never got his water. I'm not sure if they were too busy doing other things as the place wasn't very busy. We ordered the chicken tacos and the chicken club sandwich. We highly recommend the food.

The food is good, dependable, and satisfying, the kind that makes you nod and say, yep, that works, mmkay. Service is fast, which is important, because nobody should be sitting around waiting when they’re hungry, mmkay. The waiter, Robert, is friendly, attentive, and does his job the right way, which is exactly how it should be, mmkay. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, not loud or stressful, just comfortable and friendly, mmkay. Overall, BJ’s is a place that gets the fundamentals right, and when you do that, everybody leaves happy, mmkay. Also, don’t drink and drive, that’s bad, mmkay.

Robert at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse was an amazing server; he was super friendly, knew the menu perfectly, and kept everything flowing smoothly. He made us feel really welcome with his warm personality and great service, from drinks to checking in. Honestly, Robert made our meal exceptional, and we're already hoping to see him on our next visit!

Before I had Robert as my server, I was homeless, broke, had no girlfriend, and was socially impaired. But on this faithful night at BJs, Robert has done more than just served me my food. He has elevated my life to another level. I am married to 3 European models, I have 7 mansions in Argentina, and now; I can have a conversation with animals. My life is forever altered and changed because of Robert. If you ever come to this establishment; ask for Robert and you will be enlightened. Also the pizookie was bomb as flip.

WOW ROBERT NEEDS A RAISE., CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THROUGH THE ROOF OMG REALLY IMPRESSIVE. Customer service is AMAZING. Robert made sure we had quick refill, gave us quick info about the menu and most importantly he made us feel WELCOMED. The Host was also great dint get her name but it was a Thursday night that I came. I had a Dubai Pzooki and it was GREAT, couldn’t take a picture because I ate it too fast. I ordered a drink from the bar I think it was a refresher and it did NOT disappoint. Disappointed in my food. My main course was the ribs which were good but had room for improvement texture wise, they were really the opposite of tender. The loaded mashed potatoes needed work also they seemed sprinkled instead of loaded and they were cold. The broccoli was NOT cooked at all it seemed like it was just thrown on the plate. Presentation was good but at the end, it's how it tastes that matters. I was really looking towards my food but was disappointed overall considering the prices. In all words, it seems like this restaurant is doing an AMAZING JOB FRONT OF HOUSE but not so much back of house. Again I would highly recommend asking for Robert as your server he WILL take care of you. I walked around and checked out the bathroom they were pretty clean and the bussers were making sure all tables were clean and that there were no crumbs on the floor. Robert was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He had this high energy from the start that made the whole experience better, but it never felt forced or fake. Drinks were always on time, food came out smooth, and he kept everything moving without us ever having to ask. On top of that, he was genuinely funny—just the right amount of humor that made the night more enjoyable without overdoing it. I always saw this place and didn’t think much about it but the wife and I decided to give it try since we were in the area. Stoked we did! For starters Robert was an amazing waiter. If we could only be so lucky to have the level service more often. The food and atmosphere were elite. The trip was cooked perfect. The pizookie was delish. Another highlight was the oasis beer. He leaped like a panther across the table to do the Heimlich maneuver, but atlas my bro’s heart stopped. Immediately he starts to do chest compression to highway to the danger zone. Great happy hour and other specials... The pot stickers weren't great but the chips and queso were good. The steak special wasn't bad but definitely wasn't medium rare. Service was spotty as refills on water etc could've been improved.

Our server, Trystan, was great. Highlight of our visit. Atmosphere is a little weird. Feels like a high end steak house, but the smattering of televisions has the feel of a sports bar. It was extremely cold inside. We actually saw another diner using a blanket. Calamari was really good. The garlic aoli dip was perfect. My wife had the parmesan chicken. She loved it! I had the slow roasted tri tip and chicken breast. Tri tip was cooked just right, but it had an overtly sweet glaze on it. It really was too sweet. The chicken had a flavor I couldn't place and it was on the dry side. The side salad was okay. The clam chowder had a wonderful creamy flavor and a lot of clams. Nothing stands out as a reason to go back.

Food was great but my order was wrong but it’s ok we didn’t complain so we ate it. We ordered the unlucky ducky but unlucky we didn’t get the duck!!! 🦆 😢 and it was freaking cold in there. Overall I ordered the drink because of the duck yet it was missing. Like it but with the small things I would not be returning as a resident of the woodlands!

Ordered the tri tip and rib combo. The tri tip was surprisingly good. Tender, and flavorful, but very rare. The ribs were disappointing as they were very fatty and that flavor overwhelmed. Wouldn't recommend the ribs.

Came late on Valentines Night '26. Will have to give them a 2nd chance. 23yo Waitress was very nice HOWEVER she talks way too much. I couldn't concentrate on my own conversation because she was right behind us with a group of 3 people her age and would not stop talking. She was there for a good 15min before the table 2ft from her could finally get her attention to just be checked in. She was also so into her convo she had forgotten a couple of our things and took a good while before bringing back our card. The food could be better. They were out of a certain steak for the shrimp pasta dish so I ordered the prime rib. I was a bit led down with the lack of seasoning, even after asking for it medium (medium rare is best!). The mashed potatoes seemed house made (even if from a box that was impressive) and were tasty, just needed gravy which they don't have? I was disappointed with the Brussels sprouts - i know others would like it, but mine were too tart from the yellow / orange sauce that came with it. I had to salt and pepper everything which I never do when eating steak plates. For the price, it's good, I know others would enjoy it more than I. My fiancee tried their ribs and said they were not his favorite as the flavor was off. They were definitely dry on one end so that could be a reason. The only thing he liked was the chili. Apps: If you order the mozzarella sticks, ask for no sprinkled cheese on top. I don't know whose idea it was but if a dish is left under the heat lamp too long (again our waitress took a while) with pre-shredded cheese, it turns very hard and does not melt! Calamari was great.

We had not been to this chain in many years and unfortunately, it has not passed the test of time. The wait was about 20 minutes for a Saturday night which was okay. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed. The food took a good while to come out and was cold. Cold pizza is never good. We ordered the pepperoni extreme and were extremely underwhelmed. I've gotten better pizza at Sams Club. Hardly any cheese or sauce and a regular amount of tiny pepperonis. The hatch chile burger was delicious and the all american was okay. We got the famous pizookies (butterfinger and strawberry) and the cookies tasted raw. Not sure if that's what it's supposed to be -- we enjoyed it but were expecting a cookie base not a raw cookie dough. Probably won't go back -- I think we get better food and service at Cheddars.

My experience at this restaurant left a lot to be desired. First, my husband ordered a certain brand of beer in a tall glass and they brought him the wrong one. When he asked for the correct one, they brought it to him and it wasn't cold. Then we ordered some wings and they also arrived cold. My daughter ordered a dish that was partly a salad and they only put half a lettuce with dressing on top. I definitely didn't like that. We will definitely not be returning. The pizza and the broccoli soup were delicious, that's all I could save.

My sister in law took me out to eat for dinner we order ribeye steak we were eating or dinner then noticed how much fat our steak had. We told the waitress and she said it was normal but the way it looked we new it wasn’t normal she didn’t even offer a discount or anything and my sister in law still paid 175 dollars smh never again will I be going here

Steer clear people it's not busy for a reason. Hubby and I decided to stop and give BJ's a try and to say were disappointed was an understatement! We had the calamari and their sampler, the calamari was so bland we kept squeezing lemons and dipping on the aioli and it was just blah. Wings were mushy and the flavor was just awful, (who decided on the sauce options??? ) spinach dip was good but it was the tiniest serving and yet half of it was burnt at the edges. We will never be dinning at a BJ's ever again.

Busy week and a very busy Friday. Late night and not many places in the Woodlands were open passed 10pm. BJs was still open. We got there around 9:45pm. I was not busy but there were still people eating. We got seated right away. It was our date night. It was good to sit back and relax. Good atmosphere. Subdued and not loud. Dishes on the menu looked nice. After about 5 minutes, I knew what I wanted to get and my wife did too. We sat there, talking and enjoying. We waited. We waited. We waited. Nobody came. We waited. We waited some more. Did I mention it wasn't busy? After about 30 minutes of waiting, we left and drove to Chuey's. Great food and great service at Chuey's. I'll never go back to BJs.

I go here a lot so I’m sorry to review you guys at one star because of one extremely detrimental experience. I have experienced the upmost enjoyable experiences at the bar with Avery and Sirus so I thought this would’ve been the ideal place to bring my friends, which I did. The host was amazing very personable and had the most kindest energy. This quickly changed when being seated. It took ten minutes for our server, Michael, to get to our table. I asked him how many tables he had and he responded and said he only had 3. With my experience as a server I knew that it was odd that it took him ten minutes to greet us if he only had three tables. He then went on to take our drink order and when we all got waters he said we were boring. Which, okay, I get it, you want to make money off a table so receiving water orders initially can be disappointing, still his statement was very unprofessional. The night goes on and he barely checks on us. We get our food he doesn’t do a two bite check it took a substantial amount of time before he would check on us after anything. It was truly a distasteful experience and I hate that it had to be at a place that I frequent often. I’m sad because I feel like we received bad service because he expected us to not tip well.

La estrella en este review es para el mesero, hizo lo mejor que pudo. La pizza deep dish estuvo pésima. Los ingredientes y la masa se separaban el uno del otro como si fuesen de platos diferentes. No la recomiendo.
