JAX Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Came here for lunch today and it was great! The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Quick, friendly, and super helpful with the menu. Definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the last trip I made there I ordered an Oreo shake. One of the staff members was seen eating, with her gingers, out of the OREO canister, holding the Oreos. I let the lady know that I saw what she was doing and she said that it was OK because that was for the employees, but unfortunately, she was sitting at the front register where they make the shakes and everyone could see what she was doing.. I did reach out to the company by sending them a message through their website and have yet to hear back from them so I resorted to this platform in hopes that they will see it and reach out so we can discuss what happened. Unfortunately, I will not be back until I hear from the company. I do have my food handlers certification, so I know that what she was doing was not acceptable. Please do better because you’ve got awesome food.

My wife and I think the burgers here are some of the best in town—and the shakes are so good they should probably come with a warning label. Every time we’ve gone, it’s been staffed exclusively by teenagers. Not a single adult in sight. Honestly, it’s like watching a high school group project that actually turned out right. Fast Food Hogwarts, but it works. Pro tip: if you’re catching a movie after, leave some extra time. The food can take a while but always hot and consistently right. Kind of like if DoorDash suddenly discovered responsibility. Basically, this place is the pre-show worth showing up early for that even adult-run spots can’t always pull off

The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The wait time wasn’t long at all. I really like the menu. I like how they let you choose the number of Pattie’s then what you want on the burger. I got a triple meat shroom burger, the Cajun chicken sandwich, and a basket of fries. I enjoyed it and will definitely visit when I come back in town. Also shoutout Andrea, Faith, and Luca. I really appreciate a group of people who work as a team and they exemplify that. TIL next time Jax!!!

First time customer and I honestly thought it was going to be eh' so-so. But i was wrong. I really liked the taste of the burgers and the buns were awesome. Prices were amazing! Service was great. The gal that took the order was just the sweetest and smiled whichbis rare to see anymore. We will be back as this was a good burger joint.

Decent burger spot in the Shenandoah area. Has lots of variety for toppings, but to actually customize costs extra, unless you pick on the premade choices. They also have chicken tenders, fries, and shakes. I had the Swiss mushroom and it was good, as well as the chicken tenders which were better. The burger was pretty big, very moist but also very oily. Overall not my favorite but a good choice if you are looking for a burger bite in the area. Has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and there’s typically not a long wait compared to the other restaurants in the area.

We recently went to Jax burgers and it was pretty good. The burger was delicious and the onion rings were good fries. The chicken sandwich was pretty good as well. If you want a new place to try give this place a try

I recently just tried the one in Spring so when I ordered here, it was with expectation of the same items I ordered in Spring would taste the sane as the one in Shenandoah. I was wrong. I ordered the chili cheese ff because the ones in Spring were the best ones I’ve ever had! So Sunday came around and the Spring location was closed so I ordered from here. I was highly disappointed in the taste and flavors of the ccff! The grilled cheese was big for a kids but it was tasty, my kiddo didn’t think so but I did. It wasn’t my cup of tea but it wasn’t terrible either.

Bigger was good, not great.. It did have decent flavor.. Bother was a bit over toasted for my taste. It was burnt on the edges. Initially they only brought out husband's stuff and didn't even remember that I ordered anything.

The server was friendly and the little place has an updated burger place atmosphere. We had the Classic Jax lunch combo. Our food came out relatively fast. We opted for the cajun fries which were good. The burger looked yummy and was definitely juicy. My only complaint is I wish the actual burger patty had a little more spice/ flavor to it. Having said that, there are several options to add a kick like the Baja and Texas burger.

Great no nonsense burgers. Had the Baja and Shroom burger, Baja definitely had a kick to it. The shroom burger was good but recommend getting some more toppings on it as it’s pretty bare bones on it’s own. Fries were great and employees attentive. Highly recommend, shame the area doesn’t get more traffic.

So the first day I went there it was not so good I ordered a blta and needed to say by the picture below it was mediocre at best being because the guy barely put any bacon on my sandwich when I say my newt I mean very minute as the picture below the reason why they even got three stars is because that was a girl there when I went the next day and had the $11 deal she made it all worthwhile and I'm posting a picture of her below or somewhat picture because I just could not catch her facing forward but she is the height of the whole ordeal because no questions asked she didn't know what had happened to me today before but she still took care of me and that to me says a lot because you can go and complain to a place all you want and they will do nothing it's not even complaining at all and being taken care of is what sent me over the top with this place in the first place so with that being said I do not know her name but she is the reason I'm going to get a shake now.

It was still missing things: lettuce, tomatoes, when they brought the 3rd so I gave up. Bright side: the shake were damn good tho!

Sooooooo......the food is literally ok. Ordered the steak sandwich with half & half fries, mushroom burger with garlic parm fries & the Baja with tots. The burgers were basic & the fries were salty. I would've added an extra star but they served my son the wrong burger three times & when the fella came to look at it, he put his bare hands on his food with no gloves. It was still missing things: lettuce, tomatoes, when they brought the 3rd so I gave up. Bright side: the shake were damn good tho!

My wife and I agreed that what we got were dense and had a chewy consistency. I hope they go back to the handmade patties. The sides were fantastic and hit the spot.

I went out to eat with my mom, and sister. We expected decent food and good drinks but the Dr Pepper I drank at the restaurant tasted water down and not delicious. The table seemed very sticky and they had an almost empty ketchup bottle sitting on the table. The food was very over seasoned and not appetizing we ended up throwing the food away and leaving. We called with a decent size order at 8:20, they close at 9. The girl on the phone lied to us and said they close at 8, all because they didn't want to make a bigger order that close to closing time. I used to love this place but after this I'll never go back. ADIOS JAX!
